AND white girl (WG) cashier totally stood up for herself to the other black girl (BG) cashier when WG took 50% off of a blazer I bought for my gf. BG told her it wasn't 50% off, but WG told her no and remained adamant. Regardless if WG was wrong, the 50% was already taken off the dress and it would've made me feel bad afterwards if she put back the 50%. So kudos to the WG for not only not backing down, but remaining confident in her knowledge and understanding how the customer would not feel good after you took off 50% then put it back on the bill. You go girl! And BG, even if WG was wrong, don't argue in front of customers please, it's poor form. I've always been a little self-conscious about my weight, and I couldn't even tell you my clothing measurements. That didn't faze Josh one bit. He had a great eye for what would fit me well, look sharp, and complement my build. I walked out with several new sport coats, dress jeans, and shirts that I felt genuinely great wearing. Even better, everything I purchased was on sale, so I felt like I upgraded my entire wardrobe at a bargain. What impressed me most wasn't just Josh's knowledge of clothing, but how he made what is normally an uncomfortable experience for me feel easy, relaxed, and enjoyable. Never once did I feel pressured or self-conscious. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thanks, Josh, for helping me look and feel my best. I'll definitely be back.
