He Was in a an awful mood, seemed angry. Zero customer service skills. Whenever I would ask a question he would start off by saying "Like I said". Then he became even more agitated when I said that he was rude, and aggressively said he didn't mean to but was still being rude, so I just left the store. Then I called to obtain a name and he answered and said how I help you and said MY Name! Again, super weird!!! he said, how can I help you I said I said I just need your name and hung up. His energy is the reason Why that store is always empty. Please, if see Adam, go back home and return another day or go to Another location. **** Business OWNER PLEASE READ *******Responding to his response: How is this even possible? if I didn't have the merchandise with me and tried on a pair of scrubs, with the intention to purchase yet another pair and my friends were also going to make a purchase. Adam, these allegations or pretty absurd and only confirm my initial suspicion, you do not have the mental capacity to be in a retail environment. You dont demonstrate any professionalism to be in a management role. You aren't fit for this role. You are the retail manager for the store and part of your job description is to answer questions. Although, I don't expect you to be jolly you can at least for the business pretend to like what you do. I don't think as a business owner I would want someone who is unapproachable to represent my business. As this is not good for the business. You are in a role where you have assist customers, if you don't have the patience for this field maybe, as previously stated this may not be a good fit for you. You are taking this personal and it's business. I as the consumer, with intent to make a purchase shouldn't feel as if I am bothering you by asking about a brand or a specific line of scrubs. Another concern is the way you are reacting and responding not only to this review but also to others is alarming. You're fabricating a description of what took place. I would self reflect as I don't have to return to this business but you are an employee and will continue to interact with customers.

I have used the Uniform Store for my business for more than 5 years - embroidered hats and shirts…read moreand jackets, screen printed shirts, vinyl signs, vinyl printing for my store windows and work trucks, and I'm probably leaving some stuff out. I've also used them for uniforms and practice apparel for athletic teams that I've coached or been a booster club officer for multiple sports, and screen printed shirts for school organizations. They have come through with flying colors EVERY TIME. Big orders, small orders, custom orders, rush jobs, and everything in between - they even do custom art and design and come up with exactly what I want when sometimes I don't even know what I want when I walk in. Mickey, Shawn, & Darryl are awesome. I don't normally take the time to write reviews - I think I've only done maybe five or six in the last couple of years (and sadly half of those are because I had a negative experience). But these guys warrant my time on this - they just saved my bacon because I procrastinated on a big order that I had promised my church group, and they stepped up. I will never go anywhere else. GP

This should have tipped me off. They offer a 10% discount for employees. The staff was helpful. Seriously, tried on every uniform they had in the store. They lacked colors and sizes in everything I tried on. Nothing matched. Boo! I was able to buy ONE uniform from the store, but paid for two uniforms at the cost of 120$. Steep for 2 uniforms. This included 8$ shipping for a uniform I'm still waiting to arrive. When leaving the store, I received a register receipt. That's it. No information regarding shipment, or number to call for follow-up on the shipment. I check my mailbox everyday for a shipment. With what I paid, the uniform should have already been at my door. It's past the due date of arrival and I'm still waiting. I bought this uniform April 23rd. I'm fuming. If I knew it took this long to get uniforms I never would have made the purchase. Unbelievable! Buyer beware and lesson learned. I should have been more aware when placing an order. I would have tried on, thanked them and ordered online. Maybe that's why they don't tell customers? Update: Went in person to check on the status of purchased uniforms. They apologized and said they will be shipped. At this point it's 20 days later. Not happy to hear. Not happy about having to wait even longer. An apology and additional wait time is what I got. I should have insisted on a immediate refund. It's 24 days later and I've not received my uniforms or a note about the status of the order. I've been very patient. This is bad business practice, and shameful. Finally, after 26 days I received my uniforms. Be advised returns are not excepted after 30 days. Word of advice, if they don't have what you need write the numbers down and order from Uniform Advantage online. 26/2019
