I wound up purchasing a suit, shoes, jeans, and several dress shirts. I'm a tall, thin man, and not easy to fit, so it was really refreshing to come across a place that accommodated me so well. We got home assuming that everything in the bag was what my son had ordered for his prom. We got ready to get ready on Saturday and the pants were a 38. He's a 32 Slim. They were not his size nor were they the brand that I paid for i.e. Vera Wang. Also when we were there getting alterations on Wednesday, Miss Tanya was fiddling with the bowtie. It was already damaged and broken, but she still put it in the bag which made me have to fiddle and toy with it to get it to work on Saturday. I feel like the service that I received from Men's Wearhouse in general was low. It's just a place to get tuxedos quickly and it definitely was not cheap. I paid 200 dollars and some change for a Vera Wang tuxedo and that was definitely not what I got at first. We came up to Men's Wearhouse about 630. My son's prom was at seven and they found his pants separated from his bag in the back, so literally they just gave my son someone else's tuxedo and did not check to make sure that it had everything for him that he paid for. We went up there. They found his pants. He ended up getting dressed there and he was able to get to the prom an hour later. The whole point of this review is just to say that when people are spending their money, they expect to get quality service as as well as the items that they paid for. When I returned my inventory on Sunday, no one asked how was the experience? No one asked how did it work out they just took it from me and said have a good day. I would rather pay two or $300 for a company that's going to appreciate my money then to spend my money with a company who just turning tuxedos over and over and over. I will never do business with this company again.

Huge thank you to Laura, Jacy, Marsha and the Stardust team for helping us plan the perfect wedding…read moreday! I'm probably one of the only grooms writing a review for this amazing wedding planning team, but they deserve a shoutout because they're all rockstars. My wife and I started planning our wedding with the Stardust team in 2019 with our wedding originally scheduled for 2020. COVID happened and so it got pushed out to 2021. This meant that we worked closely with the Stardust team for 2 whole years, and they kept us organized (but most importantly calm) throughout the entire process. Laura was our Lead planner, and she is highly efficient, communicative, organized, basically everything you'd want in a wedding planner. She answered all of our questions throughout all kinds of odd hours and helped us bring the wedding vision we had in our mind to reality. It's also important to note that my wife bought her wedding dress here as well, and she looked stunning on wedding day :) If any couple is looking for a wedding planner to plan their perfect wedding, look no further, you got the best in this team.

I wouldn't have imagined taking time out of my day to write a 1 star review about a dry cleaner,…read morehowever, my experience this past week with this store was bad enough to warn you to find another dry cleaner in the area. The day before, I brought in two white lab coats and a t-shirt. I told him I needed the t-shirt dry cleaned but just needed the lab coats pressed. He said no problem and they would be ready on Monday. I asked if the was any way he could have them sooner and he replied "Yes I can rush them for you, no problem." Great, I thought I really appreciate your response to my urgency. I go to pick them up the next day and the bill was $35. I asked why it was so high and he responded that (1) just pressing is the same price as dry cleaning and pressing and (2) I asked for a rush so there was a "same day" charge. I asked him why he didn't make me aware that the price was the same whether I had it cleaned or not, and he pointed to a complicated pricing matrix laminated on the counter and told me I should have read the prices. Of course I would have had them cleaned as well if I was paying the same price! Secondly, he said I asked for rush service and there was an extra charge for that (which is reasonable), however, HE DIDN'T TELL ME THAT! I believe he purposely responded to and phrased his response to my question to make me think he was extending me a favor. Never once did he mention there was an extra fee for the favor he offered. I could have asked for detailed pricing line by line before I left, sure. But I figured one dry clean and 2 irons, even if they weren't a cheap shop, it would be fine. He was belligerent and defensive and not once did he say "I'm sorry for the confusion, I should have been forthcoming with the pricing when you dropped off." I wasn't even looking for a discount, rather an acknowledgment that the way he's doing business is not forthright and definitely not a recipe for creating loyal customers. A simple "I'm sorry, you're right, I didn't mention that to you, can I give you a free rush service on your next order?" Remorse doesn't cost a thing and it fixes a lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. There are a ton of other stores in the area within a mile of this place.
