I was informed that they had been busy with other customers and would call me by the end of the day. I felt like I wasn't treated as a priority. Then, I was told that the designer would not be back until Monday, and they would have to contact me after that. Three days went by without any communication, so I called again. This time, I was told they had called me and left a voicemail, but I did not have any missed calls or voicemails. I was informed that it was too late to cancel the dress due to it being in production. Now, I find myself without a dress and $1,400 out of pocket. The owner mentioned that I had signed the receipt, which stated that there were no refunds or exchanges. I was told by other bridal shops that the production of the dress could be stopped since my wedding is so far out and I would need to pay a restocking fee. I haven't rented a tux in a long time, as I have had my own for many years, but sadly, I "outgrew" my most recent. So that is to say I've been spoiled by custom-fit tuxes since after I married 40+ years ago, until this one. Maybe I'm being too harsh? I will still recommend them, just be sure you go a day before you need the tux to pick it up in case it needs tweaking.

Also, if she had already ordered it like she said, and it takes three days, why would I need to wait another 3 days if she wasn't lying?! Also, take note, the shoes they sell look just like worn, used outdated relics. The owner has one thing on her mind, and that's your money. I Ubered over here after dinner (it's 8:08 PM) and you're closed. I called the location and it says you're open until 7 PM. I guess I should have checked the DXL website so, shame on me. But I've run a few businesses and it takes about 5 minutes or less to update your Yelp page. So please, whoever has the authority to do so, UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON YELP!!!!! Complete waste of my time and your company lost out on my business by simply not keeping your hours updated.
