This time, I was told they had called me and left a voicemail, but I did not have any missed calls or voicemails. I was informed that it was too late to cancel the dress due to it being in production. Now, I find myself without a dress and $1,400 out of pocket. The owner mentioned that I had signed the receipt, which stated that there were no refunds or exchanges. I haven't rented a tux in a long time, as I have had my own for many years, but sadly, I "outgrew" my most recent. So that is to say I've been spoiled by custom-fit tuxes since after I married 40+ years ago, until this one. Maybe I'm being too harsh?
