We tried to return our clothes within the same 5 minutes and were told we cannot return. If we knew this we wouldn't have even bought the items. The staff wasn't helpful with this ordeal and the manager has no say in anything just the owner for whatever reason. I've worked plenty of retail places and I can tell you now if I didn't give out our policy verbally on certain items my manager would over rule the policy because that is the staffs fault. We WILL NOT be shopping here again. If they need money that bad that's actually very sad. Conversion is above customer's satisfaction sadly.

It was 7:25 and I ran over only to find them closed. Perhaps your hours need to be updated on the mall shop listing and other online places (some saying you are open until 8 on a Wednesday). People do use online information to plan, especially when they don't live in the area. I give 2 stars because I did find a few things I wanted earlier in the day on that Saturday. I could have spent more, but...well...see above!! Cute stuff...but evening shoppers beware...they might be closed.
