The store was surprisingly organized with a huge selection of clothing, and I scored some really good deals at a great price. I also appreciated that the shoes were arranged by color and size making browsing much easier. My cashier accidentally rang up a pair of pants twice and wasn't able to figure out the issue. She called the manager for help, and the manager was friendly, stepped in right away, and got everything fixed quickly.

Instead of a relaxed shopping experience, it feels like you're being monitored the entire time. The employees stationed near the fitting rooms act more like security guards than customer service associates. The tone was cold and overly watchful, as if every customer is automatically suspicious. It makes trying on clothes awkward and stressful instead of enjoyable. Retail is supposed to be about customer service and comfort -- not feeling policed while you shop. Definitely not the experience I expect from a department store like this. I won't be returning anytime soon.

When I first walked into the Vista Ridge Mall I was shocked as SO many stores are closed! I thought am I in the wrong location??? I put KPop Bestie into Google Maps and found walking directions to their store!! I am SO glad that I persisted and found them. The store is WAY bigger than the LA location! Unfortunately everything I was looking for was sold out (Stray Kids Do It album, Cortis and Mingi's birthday album... should have had my sister pick that one up at Choice Music in LA while they had it). Sorry I digress. The sales girl was super helpful while trying to help me find what I was looking for. She let me know that they were getting a shipment the next day and that I could call them and they would hold what I was looking for for 24 hours. That is super nice. She also told me about a bunch of upcoming events and said I should stop back in. I wish I had got the sales girls name so I could spotlight her in this review!! I browsed the store and decided to purchase Lisa's Alter Ego album (Vixi). Their prices are REALLY good in comparison to the prices in CA! With my purchase I was able to blind pick an Ateez photocard and pulled Hongjoong! Ohhhhh I forgot to mention that there appeared a photocard event going on while I was there! If you are ever near Lewisville, I highly recommend stopping into KPop Bestie!
