As other Cinnabon locations, they offer their cinnamon rolls (the Classic, Minibon, Cinnabon Bites, Caramel Pecanbon, and, currently, their special, the 'Wild Berry'), Chillattas, coffees, and lemonades. It may be due to the fact that we went there when it had recently opened for the day, but the Cinnabon Classic Roll that I received was still warm and gooey. This is well after covid boom, so no excuse. I ordered chipotle delivered by doordash with one stop to pick up one single cup of center cut cinnamon buns drenched in caramel and walnuts. First I got butter cream only. Oh well, I say to myself. My extra caramel I paid for, oh didn't get that either. I got more white stuff. I was still going to suck it up until I couldn't even pick up a piece because it was so dried out. They gave me stale dough and drowned it in sauce I didn't want. It was not the best Cinnabon I've had. I can't put my finger on it, maybe it wasn't baked that day. They don't give you napkins. The place was a wreck. Customer service was okay, they won't win any awards. I thought the price point was fair for a pecan, caramel large size bun at $5.40 including tax. It was okay. When I eat this many calories for dessert, I don't want to feel regret halfway through. I won't be back instead, I will go to the Cinnabon in Springfield mall. Wow. This place is an actual crap show. I came in and bought a 6 pack with extra icing. I got home, heated one up and put extra icing on it. The first bite the icing tasted like plastic. I threw it away and then went through my extra tubes of icing and the cinnamon roll - all had the same flavor. I then called the location a lady answered the phone and said "Cinnabon this is Maria" I proceeded to ask if there was something wrong with the icing. She huffed then hung up on me. I thought maybe we got disconnected giving her the benefit of the doubt. No answer. Called three more times and realized they were avoiding the phone call. I went on the website to file a complaint about not only the icing but also Maria's actions. I submit the complaint and go on about my business. My phone rings 5-10 minutes later and it's a Waldorf number. I answer it thinking it's Maria calling to politely discuss. BOY WAS I WRONG. I answer the phone and she proceeds to scream at me and says "why did you call corporate to complain on me. You are not mad at me you are mad at the icing." No Maria... I am mad as you as well. This goes on for 5 minutes while I am trying to calmly explain to her this is not how this works. The deal breaker was when I asked simply for a refund for what seemed like the 700th time. So I came to the Cinnabon store @ St. Charles Town Center in Waldorf, Md after having dinner wanting to buy 2- six packs of Cinnabons to take home to my 12 yr old son and his football friends staying at my house for homecoming. The store had one 6 pack on the shelf and one fresh pan of 6 under the lights in addition to 2 other pans that both had 5 buns in them. That's 16 Cinnabons under the lights and a 6 pack on the shelf. Remember its 8:40 pm and the mall is closing at 9 and I only wanted 12 Cinnabons (2- six packs that should've cost $32). Because u only had one 6 pack prepackaged, u then were going to sell me 6 more from under the lights but at retail price @ $4.49 each= $44 and some change. Really?!?!...for 12 Cinnabons. When I asked why, Marie behind the counter gave me attitude. I asked for the managers number at which point she gave me 3 wrong names and numbers before I was given a 4th number to finally reach Andrew the so called owner. Andrew proceeds to tell me he is "200 miles away, what do u want me to do about it". I say u need to resolve this issue with your staff and call me back and tell me why this happened. To that he says, wait 10 mins and ill call u back. At 9:20 I receive a phone call from Justin, the supposed store manager who says come in tomorrow morning and we'll give you 2 free six packs. Guess what Andrew and Cinnabon, I live 30 mins from your store and am NOT driving all the way back here tomorrow morning to pick up 12 free Cinnabons that I tried to pay u for the night before but u tried to rip me off on! Those same 16 Cinnabons plus the 6 pack were still sitting there when I finally left and the mall closed so I know those "leftovers" will now be packaged up and sold as fresh in the morning. Cinnabon lovers beware....they're ripping u off and selling you old shit!!
