It had no salty flavor despite the name. Katy Asian Town is always busy, and it gets even more hectic on the weekends. There was a bunch of staff in the back and restocking all the breads around the store but only one person ringing up at the register. And I'm going to assume that one person was calling for technical support or something because he was on the phone while pressing buttons on the tablet. Or he could he be taking a phone order, who knows. The point is the other workers should have seen that he isn't ringing up anyone and the line is continously growing longer and longer. Management needs to work on having an adequate amount of staff or have rules implemented to help fill in other positions when needed.

The employee offered no bag, napkins, or even told me if the price was the same. She basically told me choose another sandwich and went about her business. Nowhere on the store label or on the sandwich box itself did they indicate that there was meat in the sandwich. It just said egg salad, which usually just has egg.
