Tiff treat's customer service is non-existent. I ordered from them several times before and had no issues before but these few times were disappointing. Maybe they have new management *shrugs* ? When I ordered cookies today the delivery driver drove past my place and left without delivering the cookies. I had no way of contacting them directly so I called their customer service line. The representative did not greet me and was not very empathetic about the situation not only that, but she hung up in my face and that was truly disrespectful. While going back-and-forth with their representative on the phone the delivery driver finally shows up. I told them they can take the cookies back and close the door. Like... why do I want cold cookies? why do I even want your service if you can't treat your customers, right? I'm very big on customer service. If your employee did something wrong. Don't argue with the customer who is probably already pissed off about it . Try to find some resolve and work on getting the hell off the phone with the customer. This is not my first run with tiff treats in the past several weeks. I ordered one dozen cookies and they delivered a half a dozen. Wow! Just wow! LOL!! I'm putting this on your Google review too. read more

Okay, I love tiffs treats but I rarely ever actually buy them myself. I decided get a mystery from "Too good to go" and I had no clue I'd get this many (15) cookies for only $7.50. I would say this is really good deal if you don't mind having the "left over" cookies. read more

This place never misses! My boyfriend and I always have a sweet tooth & we love getting a quick treat here! We usually get the tiffwhich (ice cream cookie sandwich) & you get your choice of cookies! & the cookies are warm too. My favorite is the lemon sugar & my boyfriend likes the snickerdoodle one. They have a variety of other options like oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, choco peanut butter, m&ms, white chocolate almond, birthday cake, and a few others. They also have some truffles, blondies, and for all the frosting lovers they also have frosting dip. Service here is always so good too! The last time we stopped by the worker was so sweet and very cheerful/friendly. We always appreciate that, The establishment is pretty small compared to the rest of the plaza and there is no inside or outside seating. More of a get and go situation. The waiting area inside is quite small too but not too much of an issue. read more

We love these cookies. We are never disappointed when we order them. We did order recently from a different Cookie place and we were very disappointed in that place. I don't think we will be going back but as far as tiff streets 10 out of 10. read more

All the good reviews on here are right. Believe them! I was craving cookies and I was on the hunt for cookies that matched what I was looking for. I'm a bit particular about the kind of cookies I like. I found Tiff's treats on Yelp and was convinced by all the positive reviews as it sounded like it was exactly what I was looking for. I'm so glad I listened to the positive reviews because it was worth it. It smells like heaven when you walk in. The lady who helped us was so nice. They offer to warm the cookies for you which makes it even better. The packaging is adorable. The prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of the cookies. It's impossible to decide which flavors to get because they're all so good but the best is the chocolate chip. There's not a ton of space in there so it gets cramped when there's a line but they move pretty quickly. This place is perfect for getting a box of treats as a gift to someone too. They have little balloons you can order with your cookies too. I plan to come back to try some of their non cookie offerings too next time! read more

Amazing cookies, especially the oatmeal raisin. But honestly all their cookies are so good, soft and chewy. Awesome customer service!

Got the Tiffblitz, double chocolate chip cookie and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. The Tiffblitz was small and too much sugar cookie crumble on top, but overall it wasn't bad. My favorite was the double chocolate chip cookie. Cute packaging. read more

I went to this new location to try out their cookies. Although I have had them before I had never gone into a location to purchase any. They are located in a new strip mall on Katy Freeway right before you get to Mason Rd. We were waited on by a young gentleman that gave excellent customer service. He asked what we wanted and even suggested a few things. He even offered to warm them for us which he did. The cookies were delicious and melted in our mouths. I will definitely go back as it it extremely close to home. read more

The cookies are fantastic! Easy to order online. Frequent specials. Convenient location.

I walked in to buy 4 chocolate chip cookies, but they had to bake some more. I didn't mind waiting. When they finished baking, they gave me a whole dozen of chocolate chip cookies (I think because they felt bad that I waited). I thought this was a nice gesture. It left an impression, and is worthy of a 5 star review. read more

We get Tiff's treats as a reward at work. The cookies are always amazing. Well packaged and consistent in flavor and appearance.

This location has very poor management. The restroom had dried fecal matter on the toilet seat, which clearly states it had been there for a while. When this was brought to the attention of the agent she had no urgency in making sure it was taken care of. Upon walking in she was at the computer eating a cookie. The cookie cabinet was lacking in available product. The cookie I came to purchase had a 20 min wait time. After waiting for these cookies, I received my box with over done cookies. The expectation wasn't meet with this location at all! read more

Update! I received another box of cookies today (compliments of the manager). They were warm, fresh and not stuck together! The manager went above and beyond to make things right. Went from one star to five star. Thank you for the fantastic cookies. I enjoyed each and every one of them! I received cookies to the office and was really excited to try them. The bottom of the box, the cookies were stuck together. It was hard to break them off and eat it individually. Had to eat them in twos which was very overwhelming. I am really disappointed with the experience. read more

Tiffs Treats is a great every day treat or fun way to send a warm surprise to literally anyone. They arrive on time when you deliver and are friendly. And the cookies arrive WARM! Yum! I love that they are incorporating other items to send with your treats like ice cream, cupcakes by Sprinkles, Baked by Melissa and even Kendra Scott! Makes last minute gifts and acknowledgements a breeze! read more

I don't generally like to give a bad review unless deserved, but I feel in this instance it is warranted. I started on the app at 9:30 to place an order. As I was in the middle of placing a $70 order the app said the delivery time had changed. So I selected the new time and the order wouldn't go through. So I called the location and they said that they stopped taking orders at 9:45. It was 9:49. But I had been on the app trying for the past 10 minutes trying as the delivery time changed. I feel like the order should have been taken with a 4 min difference or I should have been offered to pick up, but I was told if I could get there in 10 min I could have what was in the case. As a manager, I feel that this was not good customer service. Luckily Crumbl is open until midnight and they are more than happy to take my order and the generous tip. read more

My phone has been eavesdropping into my convos about missing HotBox cookies back in my hometown. I get on Facebook today and I'll be damned if this place didn't pop up. I really tried to resist temptation (I'm try-eting, it's like dieting with less commitment) but low and behold there was a coupon on the promo(FRIYAY) for a $10 dozen. It must be fate! Unfortunately it was for pick up orders only, but that just means I have to burn a few calories going to get them. Balance... When I walked through the door the aroma of cookies hit my nostrils. I let them know my name and my cookies were ready in 3 min. I opened the box on the parking lot just to be sure they were hot, they were. I ate a chocolate chip cookie too, don't judge me. It literally melted in my mouth and I had chocolate on my fingers. I didn't grab napkins so I just ate it off my fingers. You can't waste food, right. It took me about 20min to get back home in traffic and my cookies were still warm. I then ate a chocolate chip pecan cookie and it was even better than the first. What a treat! read more

I have always loved Tiff's Treats but especially during quarantine! I haven't been able to celebrate friend's birthdays in person but I still want to do something for them. I am glad that I have a Tiff's Treats near my house so I could either pick up the cookies or have them delivered straight to their door! The cookies are always so warm and fresh upon arrival and I am glad that everybody loves them! I always get the variety packs for friends but I personally love the chocolate chip and the peanut butter (: I definitely recommend ordering cookies for friends and family members from here but more importantly, for yourself as well (: read more

I received a box of cookies via delivery from the company I work for. The cookies were warm when they arrived and delicious. My favorite was the snickerdoodle. I looked up their menu and I have a few flavors I want to try. They gained a customer for sure! The cookies tasted homemade and were normal size. Sometimes cookies at other places feel too much.. these were perfect. read more

It seems there's a pattern at this location for one specific male employee being relatively rude to guests who walk through the door. My friend and I recently came in to grab some late night cookies with a small line forming outside. The initial girl was sweet, but then this guy comes over, who already looks annoyed to take our order. He asked "what do you want" and when we said can we get a half-dozen, he flung his arms in the air as though to be rude and convey the thoughts "yeah? What type" without saying it. For a franchise, y'all clearly hire incompetent and rude employees. I'm not sure what he wants us to do be a decent human being, if he wants work like this, it looks horrible on the company, find a new job if you despise working here. Cookies were good, only redeeming quality from the night. read more

The second I walked into Tiff's a kind woman working in the back came and welcomed me even though there were customers in front of me (that were already being helped). Love the texture of the chocolate chip cookies. Overall, it's yummy n not too sweet, just perfect.

My first order cookie delivery from this location and it went horrible. The delivery was almost a hour late outside of the delivery window. Cookies was cold and ice cream melted. I've decided to go ahead and give Tiff's Treats that 5th star, as their customer service is stellar! I've NEVER had a company go so far out of the way to make sure I'm 100% satisfied. my dad's work ALWAYS send him this layered box of cookies every time there is an event or celebration! their chocolate chip cookies- decadent and soft, perfect! the peanut butter ones are surprisingly good, for someone who doesn't like peanut butter. my favorite was the m&m ones, those tasted amazingly delicious and tasty! would recommend for a work commemoration and daily use! not to mention, way healthier than crumbl cookies, those are PACKED with sugar; choose the better alternative! read more

First time going to a TIFF's Treats and oh my goodness! I was about to buy out the whole store! Their cookies are super delicious. I got their special for the day which was a cookies and cream cookie. All their cookies are $1.50 each (including taxes). It is a little pricey for a cookie, but I promise they are worth it. You also have the choice of them warming it up for you which is a nice touch. As far as payment went this one in particular didn't accept cash they were a card only store, I don't know if this applies to other Tiff Treats. read more

I was having such a terrible day (going through a breakup and such) and I wanted to get a brownie to ya know- make me happy! I went in and was greeted by a very nice red haired man and he got my brownie. As I was reaching for my cash to pay, he informed me that they only accept card or Apple Pay :( I tried my Apple pay but I didn't have enough funds on my Apple Pay acc, and I had just lost my debit card last week.. He had already heated up my brownie and I felt so bad and embarrassed as I could afford it just not in the methods they required :( He gave me the brownie anyways and said it was on him, I left with my warm brownie crying because I felt so bad and that I didn't deserve it but .. his simple act of kindness (on a day where I felt so empty and sad) really made my day better! Best believe I'll be back once my debit card arrives in the mail. And if the red haired man sees this, Thank you You made my day a lot better! read more

UPDATE - Sebastian reached out to make everything right with us. That's the mark of a good company. For the future - Tiff's Treats calls your gift recipient from a blocked number to ensure they're home for the delivery. If you don't want them to call in advance you can request as much in the comments section of your order. We love their cookies, but I was extremely disappointed with my first stab at their delivery service. As I was working all night the night before my wife's birthday, I wanted to get her a surprise cookie delivery the morning of her birthday. They have a policy that they must call a residential delivery recipient prior to delivering in case that person is not at home, etc. Annoying, but I get it. The whole point is to surprise someone- not such a surprise when they get a call prior to receiving their gift. What they do not tell you is that this call comes from a blocked number (who answers those?), and when my wife didn't answer they didn't call me (as the ordering party) to make other delivery attempts. When I called they offered to make the delivery at another "convenient time" - but the convenient time was when I first ordered the cookies to be delivered! Now you've ruined the surprise, and expect me to work the rest of the day around a cookie delivery that should have happened earlier. Hard pass. Now I look like the a-hole that didn't get my wife a cake/cookie for her birthday. My suggestion Tiff's Treats - add a check box to your online order form: "By clicking here, I request that my residential delivery be delivered in the allotted timeframe without calling first. I accept all responsibility for the order of the recipient is not at home." We were both here, I was sleeping after working all night and my wife was working from home. read more
