Tiff treat's customer service is non-existent. I ordered from them several times before and had no issues before but these few times were disappointing. Maybe they have new management *shrugs* ? When I ordered cookies today the delivery driver drove past my place and left without delivering the cookies. I had no way of contacting them directly so I called their customer service line. The representative did not greet me and was not very empathetic about the situation not only that, but she hung up in my face and that was truly disrespectful. While going back-and-forth with their representative on the phone the delivery driver finally shows up. I told them they can take the cookies back and close the door. Like... why do I want cold cookies? why do I even want your service if you can't treat your customers, right? I'm very big on customer service. If your employee did something wrong. Don't argue with the customer who is probably already pissed off about it . Try to find some resolve and work on getting the hell off the phone with the customer. This is not my first run with tiff treats in the past several weeks. I ordered one dozen cookies and they delivered a half a dozen. Wow! Just wow! LOL!! They have a variety of other options like oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, choco peanut butter, m&ms, white chocolate almond, birthday cake, and a few others. I'm so glad I listened to the positive reviews because it was worth it. It smells like heaven when you walk in. The lady who helped us was so nice. They offer to warm the cookies for you which makes it even better. The packaging is adorable. The prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of the cookies. It's impossible to decide which flavors to get because they're all so good but the best is the chocolate chip. There's not a ton of space in there so it gets cramped when there's a line but they move pretty quickly. This place is perfect for getting a box of treats as a gift to someone too. I went to this new location to try out their cookies. Although I have had them before I had never gone into a location to purchase any. They are located in a new strip mall on Katy Freeway right before you get to Mason Rd. We were waited on by a young gentleman that gave excellent customer service. He asked what we wanted and even suggested a few things. He even offered to warm them for us which he did. The cookies were delicious and melted in our mouths. The cookie cabinet was lacking in available product. The cookie I came to purchase had a 20 min wait time. After waiting for these cookies, I received my box with over done cookies. I don't generally like to give a bad review unless deserved, but I feel in this instance it is warranted. I started on the app at 9:30 to place an order. As I was in the middle of placing a $70 order the app said the delivery time had changed. So I selected the new time and the order wouldn't go through. So I called the location and they said that they stopped taking orders at 9:45. It was 9:49. But I had been on the app trying for the past 10 minutes trying as the delivery time changed. I feel like the order should have been taken with a 4 min difference or I should have been offered to pick up, but I was told if I could get there in 10 min I could have what was in the case. As a manager, I feel that this was not good customer service. Luckily Crumbl is open until midnight and they are more than happy to take my order and the generous tip. read more

My phone has been eavesdropping into my convos about missing HotBox cookies back in my hometown. I get on Facebook today and I'll be damned if this place didn't pop up. I really tried to resist temptation (I'm try-eting, it's like dieting with less commitment) but low and behold there was a coupon on the promo(FRIYAY) for a $10 dozen. It must be fate! Unfortunately it was for pick up orders only, but that just means I have to burn a few calories going to get them. Balance... When I walked through the door the aroma of cookies hit my nostrils. I let them know my name and my cookies were ready in 3 min. I opened the box on the parking lot just to be sure they were hot, they were. I ate a chocolate chip cookie too, don't judge me. It seems there's a pattern at this location for one specific male employee being relatively rude to guests who walk through the door. My friend and I recently came in to grab some late night cookies with a small line forming outside. The initial girl was sweet, but then this guy comes over, who already looks annoyed to take our order. He asked "what do you want" and when we said can we get a half-dozen, he flung his arms in the air as though to be rude and convey the thoughts "yeah? What type" without saying it. For a franchise, y'all clearly hire incompetent and rude employees. First time going to a TIFF's Treats and oh my goodness! I was about to buy out the whole store! Their cookies are super delicious. I got their special for the day which was a cookies and cream cookie. All their cookies are $1.50 each (including taxes). It is a little pricey for a cookie, but I promise they are worth it. You also have the choice of them warming it up for you which is a nice touch. I was having such a terrible day (going through a breakup and such) and I wanted to get a brownie to ya know- make me happy! I went in and was greeted by a very nice red haired man and he got my brownie. As I was reaching for my cash to pay, he informed me that they only accept card or Apple Pay :( I tried my Apple pay but I didn't have enough funds on my Apple Pay acc, and I had just lost my debit card last week.. For the future - Tiff's Treats calls your gift recipient from a blocked number to ensure they're home for the delivery. If you don't want them to call in advance you can request as much in the comments section of your order. We love their cookies, but I was extremely disappointed with my first stab at their delivery service. As I was working all night the night before my wife's birthday, I wanted to get her a surprise cookie delivery the morning of her birthday. They have a policy that they must call a residential delivery recipient prior to delivering in case that person is not at home, etc. Annoying, but I get it. The whole point is to surprise someone- not such a surprise when they get a call prior to receiving their gift. What they do not tell you is that this call comes from a blocked number (who answers those?), and when my wife didn't answer they didn't call me (as the ordering party) to make other delivery attempts. When I called they offered to make the delivery at another "convenient time" - but the convenient time was when I first ordered the cookies to be delivered! Now you've ruined the surprise, and expect me to work the rest of the day around a cookie delivery that should have happened earlier. Hard pass. Now I look like the a-hole that didn't get my wife a cake/cookie for her birthday. My suggestion Tiff's Treats - add a check box to your online order form: "By clicking here, I request that my residential delivery be delivered in the allotted timeframe without calling first.
