Whoever are the owners you all do an amazing job training your employees. Now in regards to the cake itself. I choose the ReD VELVET. I really love this one sooo much. It is my favorite, then lemon, then classic vanilla, cookies and cream and then confetti. It was so moist and fresh. The icing is a bit much at times and I really don't like the chocolate chips in the inside but HONEY, I ate them DOGGONE CHOCOLATE CHIPS LIKE THEY WERE CANDY. I'm from Chicago so I love these Bundt cakes . I remember them coming to Orland Park mall and selling out. When I moved here, I had no idea that they would have these. They are still my favorite. Very reasonably priced. The ambience is like a regular bakery, very nice, clean and tidy. The service is OK I won't say great.. There isn't big smile. Welcome when you come in like I'm used to back home. However, I am there for the cake so no big deal. My favorite is the strawberry and cream . My first visit here. Wanted to buy gift card for anniversary gift. Server, Sydney R, was extremely rude. She asked for my phone number. I politely told her it was private and unlisted and I don't give it out. She said I can't sell you a card without your number. I said that makes no sense. The pecan praline cake wasn't prepared, so the cashier offered to prepare one if I have 26 minutes to spare so that she could prepare. I went over to Trader Joe's and picked up flowers to add to my mom's cake. The cake was nicely packaged w/Saran wrap covering to keep it in place and fresh. I contacted the manager and her solution was for me to go back and buy another cake since the cakes I bought were too small. Nothing was done to solve the problem. Don't order from this place. False advertising. There is a huge difference between a 8 inches and 5 inches. They should call their 8 inch Bundt cakes, Large cupcakes for two. I give it zero stars.
