Today is may 26 at 2:24 pm. My wife and I decided to stop at the mall to just walk around and maybe buy a few things. We chose to stop at Cinnabon. We love there products and have been stopping here for years. We even know the owner whose name we won't just post but he is a great guy very sweet. He was even on undercover boss. The lady doesn't know we know him. We both are food managers as well. Something else she does not know. With all that said she is the worst employee here I have ever seen. Very un personal. Her personality was negative, she miss treated her other employee who I assume is under her. She was also heard talking about my wife behind her back and spoke to her as if she was nieve. At the end of all this we ended up trashing everything. The so called just backed buns and drinks we got all tasted bad or old. If anyone could get back to me on this I would appreciate it. I happened to be at the mall and thought I'd treat myself to an iced coffee. I clearly ordered an iced cinnamon roll cold brew. I had to say it four times before the two people behind the counter managed to enter it into their pos system. One of them went to make it, throwing things around and slamming doors, the other stood by the cash register. I could see the total was 4.68 so I took a five dollar bill and 68 cents in coins and handed it to the woman by the register. She said this is too much. I explained I gave her the change so she should give me a single dollar back. Neither one of them could understand the transaction and started screaming at me that I was being rude and I needed to leave. I said ok but keep the coffee and give me my money back. They threw seven dollars at me and told me to leave. So I took the seven bucks and left. If you're ever short of cash, go to Cinnabon in Brunswick Square Mall. Edited to add: i just saw the picture in the previous review. That is the same woman that screamed at me. Edited again: just wanted to add that the owner Miguel did reach out to me to discuss what happened. I appreciate that he did that. read more

Such great service here. Came early, when the mall just opened. Saw the guy making more buns and it fun to watch through the glass. My little 'bons were so soft, moist, and fresh. I didn't even see him heat it up and it was warm and gooey, definitely not hardened and caked over. Maybe they have a warmer in the display case? Or they don't make excessive amounts of the buns, and just make them slowly throughout the day. I hope this is the case as everyone wants something fresh. He was also super friendly in preparing my order, pleasant tone, demeanor like he genuinely liked being there. Wish I caught his name! Sets off your experience so you can enjoy the food better. Best Cinnabon around (in East Brunswick square mall). Jist began going here about 2 weeks ago. Significantly better than one in Woodbridge Mall. Miguel the owner is the nicest and most friendly guy Ive ever seen in a customer service related business, and I manage a Dunkins. Top notch customer service and he is genuine about it all too. Gave us a free recommended drink to try and now I buy one every week. I go back here every week to talk with this man (as well as get my coffee of course). The quality of the food is great, the staff is really nice and friendly and I would recommend this location to anyone. Never cared much for these overpriced specialty stores, but after seeing the episode of "Undercover Boss," I thought I'd give it a try. Ordered a regular-sized bun and a Cinnabon-flavored iced coffee. Regular sized is a bit misleading: this puppy was huge, hot, and fresh right out of the oven. My wife and I went and did some market research for a few bucks, so we didn't eat it right away. Came back and sat down. All of a sudden the employees broke out into a dance routine. We suddenly realized that it was Miguel from "Undercover Boss!" Apparently this was the franchise location he picked. Wife confirmed it with him, and he gave us a free "regular-sized" bun. So, went back the next day; I had a craving more for the iced coffee than the buns. Ordered a "mini-bon," which is the equivalent of a normal cinnamon bun, and an iced coffee. Miguel was there to take my order. Gave me an extra mini-bon, took my dollar off coupon for the coffee, then gave it back to me to use next time. This guy really is all about sampling. And I guess it worked, because I was back and will be back again. Hell, if I didn't care about my health, I'd slurp down these things 3 times a day. Miguel is as nice as he appeared on TV, and he deserves everything he got. This is how you run a business on a local and corporate level. Other major companies take note. read more
