This place is so good. I would like to apologize ahead of time for not capturing pictures of the pastries before eating them , but they are always so amazing. Today we came here after our daughter's graduation from preschool to let her pick out a pastry for herself. This spot is great to try out new things that you otherwise wouldn't have tried. I had a croissant a few months ago that usually is a mini croissant filled with some type of lemon custard cream with strawberries on it. It's usually in the display with the savory foods (sandwiches etc). Whatever that lemon custard cream is that they use in those is so good but those croissants are so small. I asked someone at the front if they could help me with finding something else that uses the same lemon custard and she showed me a few options. So happy I picked that purple donut pictured, it was so delicious. I highly recommend anything with that lemon custard in it. It reminds me of this lemon cream cheese icing my mother used to make for lemon cake and it is so good, but this was 10x better. All of the fruit on the pastries is always perfect. The best strawberry and blueberry quality and ripeness you could ask for (not tart at all). The employees are super kind, I feel like I'm always super self conscious going here because we always decide last second before I get ready for the day and I'm always ready to be judged by everyone I encounter for how I look , but everyone has always been super sweet here and always interacts with our daughter as well and makes it a fun experience for her. So refreshing to encounter kind people in NJ. As for everything else, I'm more of an espresso/super strong coffee person, and I usually prefer getting coffee across the parking lot at Gregory's and then eating Paris baguette's pastries with it. Paris baguette's coffee is maybe like a 7 in my personal opinion. Still an amazing spot though. I haven't tried their baguettes, and I know that's the entire point of this spot, but wow, their pastries are enough to never try anything else . read more

For me, Paris Baguette is always a bit hit or miss, and unfortunately this location fell into the "meh" category. When we first walked in, I was impressed by how bright and inviting the space felt. However, a closer look revealed that many of the tables were dirty, and the areas underneath them were even worse. I understand that it can be difficult for employees to constantly clean up after customers, especially during busy periods, but it was clear that the dining area had not been attended to for some time. When I went to select some desserts, I had to ask an employee where the trays were located. I was told that the trays were being cleaned and that customers could use the pastry boxes instead. As I browsed the display cases, I also noticed that the dessert selection was fairly limited compared to other Paris Baguette locations I have visited. Despite the limited choices, I found two desserts to try, and we also ordered a hot coffee and a Korean iced milk coffee. The desserts were delicious and lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown. Both drinks lacked the richness and strength I was hoping for, and the coffee tasted surprisingly weak. Overall, my experience was just okay. The pastries were enjoyable, but the cleanliness, limited selection, and disappointing coffee left me underwhelmed. I would not go out of my way to return to this location, although I would certainly visit other Paris Baguette locations in the future. read more

I went here for the first time tonight to get some coffee and dessert. Needless to say we were pretty disappointed! The shelves were pretty much empty , and there was barely any selection at all! We ordered two coffees, and we both thought the coffee tasted was TERRIBLE! I ended up getting a cheesecake and three macarons that were pretty good, but not amazing. The tables and chairs were filthy! The people behind the counter were nice, and I asked how come there was barely any selection? She stated they had a busy day. Perhaps we came on a bad day, and I'll give it another shot. I definitely won't be getting coffee on my next visit, but I'll try some more of their desserts. read more

Love this location! It's conveniently located close to Target on Route 9. It has a variety of pastries both savory and sweet and what I love is they are not overly sweet. The bakery also has a variety of cakes. There's plenty of room to sit, both inside and outside. They do get busy with the coffee/tea so sometimes there can be a longer wait. read more

This is a newly opened Paris baguette in an area I would not have expected. There aren't any Asian bakeries in this area and maybe that's why they are so crowded and doing so well. We came in on a holiday Monday to redeem a BOGO promo from Paris baguette. It was busy! All tables were occupied, and the cash register line was long. The pastries and cakes are the same as any other Paris baguette. In this location, if you don't know about Paris baguette, you wouldn't know it's an Asian bakery. The strawberry cake is TO DIE FOR!! I would come here every day for a slice of it. It is my favorite so much so, that I got it for my birthday. The pastries here are great as well. The bakery is self-serve, and then you pay up front. All the staff who work here are nice, and always have a nice conversation at check out. This was my first Paris Baguette experience and I absolutely loved it! Had some time to kill in the morning waiting to pick someone up from an appointment and this was one of the few places open so early nearby. I got there right as they opened, 7am, so you could imagine how beautiful it smells and looks in there as they put out the fresh pastries. The selection is amazing. I love that you can pick up a tray and grab whatever you want while seeing it because I'm a visual learner, but it was hard to pick just a few. The hash brown pastry and mini filled croissant were amazing. I also picked up an iced butter pecan latte and packaged strawberry cake at the counter. Both were great! I really like the vibe in here - seems like the perfect place to catch up with a friend while sitting in a cool chair. The location is also perfect with plenty of parking and shops in the area. Overall, I would absolutely return. And I recommend coming early to get the freshest of the fresh baked goods. read more

I've seen this chain around, but this was my first time stopping in to try a few things. I was very disappointed with everything. Fruit pastry - definitely the best thing we got, the fruit and cream were ok, but the pastry was actually raw in the middle. The pineapple brulée pastry was awful, the torching left a butane flavor and the pineapple tasted canned as well. The curry bun tasted like frozen vegetables that were flavored with a chicken ramen powder packet, I didn't even finish it. The walnut bread was ok but tasted like artificial walnut. For the drinks, I got a matcha latte and was shocked to find one that I hated more than starbucks, it tasted like sugar milk, no matcha flavor to speak of. My partner got a cold brew which he said tasted like water. The bakery is mostly self-serve, but still managed to have a bad service experience. The cashier was weirdly hostile to us when we were standing in the wrong place to stand in line. I want to note that it wasn't busy, there was only one other group and we were standing behind them, I guess just on the wrong side? It was the mode logical place to stand after getting the baked goods so, idk. Just a weird time overall. The inside was rather clean but the outside tables were a mess. Overall, will not be returning to this chain and will continue shopping at -real- local bakeries. I'm kind of in awe that this place has any popularity whatsoever. read more

I ordered a delivery for 2 cakes. Jessi helped me get it done. She was amazing, listened to what I needed and really went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed. She has the best communication skills. Side note that this particular order was for a Shiva and my mother in law who was grieving didn't have much of an appetite, requested the chocolate chiffon cake (light, perfect amount of sweet) because that was her favorite. Unfortunately we were not able to be there but to be able to get this ordered and delivered to her from across the country was truly a blessing. This new location is now opened! Staffs are friendly and attentive, and seeking for to serve customers. The store is very clean and not cold, so it's perfect if you want to stay and chill for a little bit. They do provide guest WiFi for customers. My favorite pastry is the coffee bun, ... well, also the almond bun and cherry & Greek yogurt danish. Manager knows about this as stated by the girl working on cash register. I would never recommend and will request everyone to check the prices before making payments. Newly Opened and already buzzing with customers! Nice modern and comfortable cafe with nice amount of seating. PLENTY of parking. Staff is inviting and friendly. The baked goods are absolutely delicious, try the donuts and the cakes and you will smile! Sandwiches and savory items were available and very good. My fav is the Ham and Cheese baguette but the Chicken Salad is a close second. They have these pizzaette mini flatbreads. Nice quick pizza fix. Great coffee drinks. No need for DD or the Bucks when you can get these! A little wait (probably due to just being open and busy) was the reason for 4 stars but overall - Forget Starbucks now lol. I've visited this location in Old Bridge many times since it opened and was always satisfied with my experiences. But something changed here because recently since the Fall of last year there is never a full inventory to choose from no matter what time I stop by. It's wiped out. Today it happened again at 1:30pm. Very little selection so I left. Croissants always look way too dark and over cooked which isn't appetizing. Tongs often not available and I often have to find an employee to let them know, which is ridiculous. Lines are very long because only 1 employee working at the register during peak times, and I've even walked in and right out when I see that. Tables and floors are often dirty. I think you need a management change here, or send a mystery shopper at different times to see all the problems here. Other locations you have don't operate poorly like this, and I've been to many of them. read more

They never delivered the cake, but did charge me for it. Then when I called about it, they said they would call back and never did.

This was my first visit to this amazing bakery, the baguette and other pastries were amazing. I had a croissant donut with a citrus glaze, incredible and so dam delicious. Update. I see a significant difference between my last review and my last two visits. The shop has improved its cleanliness tremendously. Like I last mentioned, maybe I had gone on a bad day prior, but today staff were sweeping the floors, wiping down table tops while I was there and the place was hopping with customers.
