We had a great experience at the newest cinco de mayo location! The restaurant has a dark/moody ambiance with day of the dead decor throughout and fun music playing. The service was great and the food came out extremely fast. We loved the drinks, Mexican sampler, the Carnitas, and the churros the most! We'll definitely be back!

It's beautiful inside, the servers and staff are attentive and helpful, and the food is always very good. For example, my client ordered the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo and the shrimp were carefully placed to be standing up in a circle which was so much more attractive than if they were simply laying in the pasta and sauce. I also appreciate the convenient location off of 475 and the large parking lot.

I was disappointed in the lack of European wines but found an Italian on the last bottle list. It was $150 but I was desperate. Unfortunately, our server didn't come back for 15 min to take our order and then when she finally delivered it, she broke the cork because she didn't screw down far enough. Alcohol is a big money maker yet we sat for 40 minutes before it was poured. The food was the main problem. Not only a super slow kitchen but it was then served refrigerator cold. Everything. Fish, steak, green beans, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, even the plate was frigid. So we sent it back and instead of preparing a new plate, they tried to just warm it and brought it back cold..again. This was a $75 plate of food. At this point, we were concerned about food safety and said to just forget it. Luckily we had bread with our wine but they never offered anything else other than not charging us for the food which we didn't even touch. This was two hours after our arrival so went home hungry after paying for the wine. To top it off, there was a loud, raging fight in the bar area that we heard across the restaurant so we waited until they had left, concerned about a physical altercation. Many of our families had not yet had any of the new "hotspots" It just happened to end up being a very Asian heavy weekend. (Koi/Top Pot) Top pot was great. The menu is enormous and the food and sauce combos are endless. We came in eight deep, my only complaint is not having enough large tables. If one person gets hot pot, everyone has to get hot pot. If you are going to make everyone at the table pay for hot pot, I think it's only fair to have enough hot plates for everyone at that table. I didn't even want hot pot, I just wanted the Korean barbecue portion, but I still had to pay the increased price. I get the concept, but if you are sitting at a table with six burners and there are eight people, it's a little ridiculous to make all eight of us pay for hot pot if we opt not to order broth and there's not even away for us to make a hot pot. We ordered a lot of food! There were a ton of appetizers, hot pots, and multiple rounds of ordering meats and vegetables. The staff stayed on top of it, we had our drinks refilled regularly, and we never had an empty plate. Prior to leaving, we all ordered bubble tea. This was not my first time here, but this was my first time coming with a group so large. In this instance, I didn't mind because the service truly was exceptional, but watch out for the gratuity that is added by the restaurant. Because it was a large table, they added automatic gratuity at 18 or 20% I can't remember which to be honest. I went to the podium and ordered my bubble tea to go and paid my bill. Without even thinking, I hit 20%, as I always do unless the service is terrible... Don't get me started on why we need to aggressively tip wait staff) As I was walking out, I looked down and realized I paid $62 for lunch! No alcoholic drinks, did not have a soft drink with my meal. Just korean bbq and a water plus my six dollar bubble tea to go. I figured someone else else's drinks or another person's check got added to mine. Nope! That's when I saw they had already added the automatic gratuity. So in addition to the automatically added gratuity, I paid 20% above that. Again, the weight staff were exceptional and we came in with eight people at 11:30 in the morning the minute the doors opened on a Sunday. I just want other people to be aware, not everybody has as much of a discretionary budget as I am unfortunate to have. When I checked into other people in my party suffered the same mistake. All I can say, is that waiter probably made a solid. $150 off us in tips. Good for him though!

If the prices were in line with other steakhouses in town, I'd be more forgiving -- but at this level, the execution feels like an insult to anyone expecting an elevated night out. The service, to its credit, is outstanding. Friendly, professional, genuinely welcoming. Though you get the sense the staff doesn't really care about the food either. With places like the Chop House, Rose & Thistle, and Mancy's all within reach, it's hard to imagine a reason to return. Then again, Final Cut isn't really built for the local food scene -- it's built to fleece high rollers at the casino, and on that front, mission accomplished. Also worth noting: a strangely dated interior, terrible views, and bathrooms with a co-ed waiting area and stalls with broken locks. Just an odd place all around.

We met another couple here to get dinner. It looked like you could walk up and get a table but we had made a reservation just in case. The dining room is really nice and classy. Attire didn't seem to matter but we were in business casual. We had lobster bisque to start (the BEST we've ever had). It was so creamy and full of lobster! Then got some sides and steaks! The steaks were cooked perfectly and our sides (the risotto and brussel sprouts were incredibly delicious! The scallop add on was also perfect! Our server Kelvin ran through the whole menu and definitely upselled some of their tastiest items! The drinks we had were the perfect amount of strong too. For your date night - find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money such as the standard or the registry bistro in Toledo. Your dollar will go further and you will leave much more satisfied. We were disappointed and still left hungry after a ~$160 tab, before tip, for two entrees and a glass of wine each ($13 and $14 each for cloudline Pinot and stag cab). Avoid the crab cakes - shell-like stuff in literally every bite with hardly any flavor down to the aioli, small portion at $24 it is not worth your money. Unfortunately had a fishier bite that really was disappointing. This was my first time that I have ever sent a plate back, which we were comp'd for sort of - server said it was removed but the total bill was still somehow $10 or so over the cost of items ordered. The filet was $66, it was well cooked at medium rare however it was cold at the time it got to the table, the " local mushroom risotto" was more of a pilaf - not your usual savory unctuous dish, and green beans were al dente however, there were only about 10 of them. I don't mind spending money on an expensive steak but for $66 I expected a great, hot steak with well done sides. The miso sea bass was well cooked and probably the most redeeming part of the meal. The specialty cocktail list is majority vodka based. Not the "top shelf" bar experience that you'd be used to if coming from Detroit area or the registry or even Hannons block in downtown Toledo. Overall, I recommend looking somewhere else for your date night, there are great places in the Toledo area to be enjoyed.

My wife, who rarely drinks, had a mixed drink ($14) that was supposed to have at least 2 shots in it, and a glass of wine, ($12) that came only half full. She felt nothing. She thought that they must have forgot the alcohol in the mixed drink because, she tasted none. The Lobster ravioli ($32) came with 7 small raviolis, and I found only 2 tiny chunks of lobster. Also, if you want a side salad, it's an extra ($6). It came in a tiny teacup plate with 3 pieces of spinach, and the rest was mostly the white part of the head lettuce, and it was fully covered in brown spots. I cannot believe they even served it. I sent it back. I was forced to pay %15 gratuity ($65) for our meal including on all alcohol and 3.5 or 4% ($13) to use a credit card. ($425) out the door. So, totally not worth it for a party of 7. Try again Rosies.
