It used to be a Church's Chicken that went out of business because of poor service. Unfortunately with the new change the service hasn't improved very much. It's primarily a takeout and the drive-thru lines are pretty long. I'm not sure if you can even do call ahead because it seems like everybody sits in the Drive-Thru for at least 20 minutes and for me that's ridiculous. Depending who you get as you come through the drive through some may be friendly and some may have a snarky attitude. The inside is kinda clean but not enough for me to eat in. The food when you get it taste pretty fresh (chicken n fish) but there's nothing special about it. It's just okay fried food. Nothing much to see here.

We had NO CLUE they give you a free birthday entree. What an awesome surprise! I had the crabcake sandwich. My fiance had the Blackened Swordfish. We both enjoyed out entrees immensely. But we have done the hot pot on at least 3 occasions...we've (even my mom and my mother-in-law) been very happy each time. The menu is humongous. You say you're a carnivore? No problem. A vegetarian? Got ya covered. Gluten free? You're probably ok (maybe a little cross contamination? Dunno). The combinations of sauces and add on spices are near endless...I calculated 6.02x10^23 possibilities. Can you get enough to eat here? Well, TPKBBQ offers free refills on all meats, seafoods, and veggies! You won't go away hungry. They do have mixed drinks and beer, but I've only ever gotten pop. The wife and brother-in-law got various bubble teas, and liked them. The service and kitchen are remarkably fast and efficient. You won't sit around waiting to eat. Atmosphere? Not bad for South Toledo! One warning. The ordering policy may seem a bit draconian, but it makes sense if you think about it. It's explained in the menu, so check it out before you go. All in all, 5 stars! We'll be back (but mostly on special occasions).

If the prices were in line with other steakhouses in town, I'd be more forgiving -- but at this level, the execution feels like an insult to anyone expecting an elevated night out. The service, to its credit, is outstanding. Friendly, professional, genuinely welcoming. Though you get the sense the staff doesn't really care about the food either. With places like the Chop House, Rose & Thistle, and Mancy's all within reach, it's hard to imagine a reason to return. Then again, Final Cut isn't really built for the local food scene -- it's built to fleece high rollers at the casino, and on that front, mission accomplished. Also worth noting: a strangely dated interior, terrible views, and bathrooms with a co-ed waiting area and stalls with broken locks. Just an odd place all around.
