I found out today that I could get a light bake or a dark bake for the Miche. This was very good to know as last week I had a dark bake and it was very bitter. Today I intentionally got a light bake. Right next door is a Peet's coffee shop which is perfect for getting a cup of coffee and enjoying it with their fresh pastries. The yuzu curd is not too sweet, they really lean into the sour so it balances out the sweet bun nicely. The pandan bun is like nothing I've EVER had.
