Amazing!!! My absolute favorite place in the area for nails. The staff are great. So friendly and personable. They spend time to make your nails look perfect and really care about their work all the times I have went. I'm finally getting around to this review but they never disappointed! They are also reasonably priced. $65 for no-chip gel mani and pedicure. Also their classic pedicure is wondrous(scrub, lotion, bag i and definitely a bang for your buck. read more

I have been going to Cici nails for awhile now, I kept going back and giving them chance after chance. Now I will not be returning. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. For my manicure it lasted less than 3 minutes. The tech let my nails sit in COLD water for 30 seconds and then she DRILLED off my cuticles with the handheld drill and went so long that she actually created grooves into my nails. I only got clear polish on my nails because of my job and they charged me $17 dollars for this manicure. I really liked the atmosphere of this nail salon and cleanliness but they are charging too much for the poor service they're giving. read more

I came in for a pedicure and a dip manicure. The dip manicure was so sloppily done and when I showed the owner she just told me I would have to wait to get them fixed. Not once did she apologize to me while she was fixing my manicure. Also when I showed her areas that still did not look right she replied telling me "dip manicures don't look perfect". The management here is so rude and unprofessional. read more

The lady was nice and I get seen quick. But they over charge ! Last week I got my nails done they charged me $80 for a no chip pedi /mani and yes I got some work done like an acrylic tip on one nail but still. On their site they have pricing for no chip man/pedi bundle $55 sad that they didn't honor that. Also, this is the second time I've gone and my Nails chip a week later !! I wanted to give them a chance but I think I'll just go back to my old spot as busy as they are read more

Staff is rude. It seems like english its not an option. Ask a question and the only answer you get is we don't take appointments. LOL that was not my question! Amazing after asking the question again{not about appts.} Several nail techs rudely repeated"we do not take appts".. Ladies not my QUESTION! Would not ADVISE A VISIT .. NO ONE THERE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ESPECIALLY if english is your primary language ! Kris read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. They have horrible customer service, we went in there thinking it's an okay place because of the 4.7 rating. My friend and I got two full sets and a pedicure, the pedicure was fine but the two full sets were not what we wanted. My friend wanted a dark red French tip, she walked out with white French tip and her nails were see through, the lady with the hat NOT once asked if she was okay with the work she was doing, my friend continuously asked for adjustments and she did not get what she wanted. I asked for a full set with some designs and the nails the guy put on me were super curved, I got no designs and paid $60 for a not finished set. We called the same day to ask to get the nails removed and a refund they ignored that request and told us to come back that following Monday to get them redone. We asked who we spoke to, they said Joyce and once we returned they had absolutely no idea who Joyce was but they were VERY well aware of the situation and apparently they had already spoke to the owner and surprisingly the manager was out of town. The lady that first acknowledged us had told us only color and shape was free and then the lady with the hat wanted to charge us for changing the color on our nails. I asked for any number to contact someone and they all ignored us. We tried to speak to several of the staff and as soon as we spoke they would turn away and ignore us, we weren't acknowledged, no apology, staff was very rude, no one tried to help us and no accommodations. We had to ask when we were going to be taken care of SEVERAL times because they continuously skipped us. In the end only I had my nails filed down A LOT and I had unfinished nails, nothing like what I came in asking for and WAS charged for. read more

I haven't been here after so long because I usually go somewhere else but I decided to give this business one more try and sadly I was disappointed. Not so much with the set I got because they did end up coming out cute but sadly you never get what you want in the first place. I went in I had a nail set so I wanted a soak off and yea they did it but while the lady was cutting my nails down shorter to start the soak off she cut off one of my nails completely even with me telling them that I wanted a manicure since the beginning. I was so upset but tried to remain calm. I asked another lady if they would be able to fix that because now my nails would be uneven she then proceeded to just add glue on the nail. ok whatever she semi fixed it but why was the First Lady so careless in the first knowing well that I wanted a manicure. whatever time passes by the nice man who's doing my nails tries to do my manicure mind you all my nails are uneven but he didn't care he was literally going to start painting the nails like that already. Prior to him starting my set he kept insisting I get a full set I said no thankyou :) instead I asked if he can just add acrylic on my natural nails to make them a bit thicker since they were pretty thin he said he didn't know even another lady said no just get full set . Whatever I got a full set eventually because they just wouldn't leave me alone about it . While the guy is filing he literally filled down so much I almost had a hole in the middle of my nail I told him nicely to stop but he still continued now I'm just scared to get an infection because he filled down so so much . Now it just won't stop hurting. I thought they would give me a lower price for the inconvenience but they do not care ! even if you bring it up. I do not recommend this place. They do a terrible job when there's a lot of people waiting. Even if you have an appointment you will not get taken care of on time because they are not well scheduled . read more

This review is based on my personal experience and the service received . The place is very nice and clean, so it deserves one star. I was there last Saturday with an appointment that I made in advance for almost a week. When I got to the salon they were very busy, and did not have anyone at the front desk. One of the girls finally came to greet me, and I told her I had an appointment, and then she told me to wait. And I waited for 45 minutes. I understand that they were busy, but I expect to be take care of with an appointment. That waiting time should be for walk ins. Anyway, my appointment was for a special treatment pedicure and a gel manicure. No one seemed to have a clue what I was doing. One of the girls came with a tray with tools ready. I told her I had the Happy Pedicure package and she had no idea. She told me I had to wait another 30 minutes for that. I ended up having the regular one. After, they prompted me to the manicure chair. A male technician with a Mexican drinking game hat (those are exact words written on his hat) started to add the nail extensions. When I saw my nails it made me sick to my stomach. He made them short, and very sharp, it looked like I had a fat little triangle instead of nails. Then I moved to another male technician to fix my nails. He did a great job, except..... After not even a week, a nail came half off, I had to cut it at home so I don't hurt myself. I came again to the salon to fix it. Surprise, the technician with the drinking game hat came. He tried to take the nail off for like 30 minutes, he burned my finger and was trying to take the nail off with another sharp nail... amateur. After that, he left me to soak my nail in acetone and disappeared... for a long time. I took a tool and removed it myself, but the nail "professional " was nowhere to be found. He finally fixed the nail, and of course is a different shape from the other one. Next day, surprise, 3 other nails are coming off as well. One thing is for sure. I am not going back to that place. I am sorry for the other employees that might do a good job, I see some nice reviews here, but one employee can ruin things for everyone. I really wanted to give this place a chance reading the nice reviews, but now I would be scared to go back. So beware of the technician with the drinking game hat. read more

I was currently trying to find a near by salon to get my nails done and I saw Ci Ci Nail 1 being an option. So I decided to give it a try and it was absolutely the best move I made. Stephanie did an amazing job and I can't wait to come back. Definitely a must try. read more

Stephanie, the manager of this new great place has been doing my nails for over 10 years. I would follow her anywhere! This new salon is under Stephanie's management, and she has done a terrific job setting up an extremely comfortable and clean environment in which to relax and be pampered. Customer service is Stephanie's number one priority, which is why the longer drive is a no brainer, and one of the many reasons why she's been my go-to for 10 years. Congratulations... Looks like made a winner out of this new location! read more

WORSE PLACE I BEEN TO IN A WHILE. My nails are uneven. The shape was horrible. She cut them shorter than asked. Didn't let me pick my own color and got annoyed when I told her the first color was to dark. She continued to get annoyed when I told her to fix something. At the end she asked me, "Do you like them?" I bluntly told her no. She smiled and said, "$40" This was HORRRRIBLEEE. Never will I come here again. read more

Very friendly & clean. Came in with a picture I found on Pinterest and at first I couldn't find the color to match but two ladies didn't stop searching until they got as close to the match. Very satisfied I'll definitely be back. read more

Came in made an appointment for 1pm, was told to sit 20 minutes later I was asked what I needed and told the lady a full set and pedicure lady goes and takes another customer. It is dead, silent and in welcoming. I finally left at 1:35. Ridiculous do not say you accept appointments if you do not. Waste of my time and day! I have a newborn and set up a sitter. I do not recommend! I was wondering why it's dead. It is over priced as well. Charge for length, shape everything for substandard products. read more

What a wonderful place. Clean they use liners for the pedicure. The chairs are amazing. All the women are kind. Very relaxing.

One star is even to generous. I am rating based on the service. With this pandemic I understand things are going crazy but that doesn't mean their staff shouldn't know what is going on. My mom wanted a full on mani and pedi for an event she was going for out of state. I called prior and she told me that it was only walk ins and I was like okay. I even asked if she thought maybe they would be busy or so and she said she didn't know which Is understandable. My mom comes back to tell me that they told her they would not receive her because she didn't call ahead. I was appalled because I was told that they did walk ins and now they're telling her she needed to call ahead. After the lady told her If she wanted to that she could put her name down but no certainty of her getting in. Like it was 11:30 and you close at 7pm! You're telling me that within those 8 hours you didn't know if you'd get it? I called and the "manager" didn't take accountability and continue to say that no her staff doesn't say that and my mom must have heard wrong. I was fed up with her and this service. FIRST (didn't even make in a chair) AND LAST time. read more

I just absolutely loved my experience here. Not only did they do an amazing job on my pedicure (seriously above and beyond) and on my full set of acrylics, but they were also SO sweet. The prices are also incredibly affordable. I couldn't believe how little I spent for a mani/pedi. I highly recommend this place! read more

The place is very nice and clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was nice. I had an appointment for a mani pedi and I arrived slightly early and they still sat me down for my pedi. The issue was the lady doing my nails. She was rough while cutting my cuticles and was HIGHLY distracted. She kept looking around every few minutes while working with sharp tools and painting my nails. She even cut one of my fingers pretty good. My toes are very patchy and don't have even polish coats on them. The lady had gotten polish on my hand cuticles and while she was cleaning it with remover, she kept looking around so she was messing the paint up even more. I am very sad that this place was not as good as the reviews claim. I will definitely not be going back or recommend anyone that I know to go. read more

Loved the place super clean. We didn't have to wait at all. The music was perfect because it wasn't too loud so I could have a conversation with my sister. Came to Ci Ci Nails 1 with my sister in law because we desperately needed a pedi. Called in on a Sunday and we were told that they were super busy, we decided to come the following Tuesday around 5pm. Lyn did my pedi and she did a great job. Detailed on prepping my nails and fully coating them with polish afterwards. I've had experiences at other places where it's visible that some nail techs don't try. This was our first time coming here and we both enjoyed it. We were not rushed out although we stayed after the closing time. I would definitely come again! read more

4 stars because I only did the cicilux pedi. That alone was RELAXING and great. I didn't get the girls name but she was great. A little hard on my inner calves but great on my outer calves. I was so relaxed and it was the time to walk in. Music was nice, nothing to loud. I want it to be relaxing when I go to a nail salon. I totally recommend it. I walked in this morning before noon and I didn't have to wait. read more

Decided that today would be the day to try a new salon. I began by checking out reviews on the nearest nail salons and this one came along so thought why not. When I first walked in it felt very welcoming. I got a dip and no chip pedicure. Both came out amazing. Everyone was very friendly and didn't seem like they hated their job like most do. I would have gave it 5 stars but the price was higher than I expected. I paid 95 plus tip for a dip and no chip pedicure which typically cost around 65-75. Great experience overall. read more

I get my nails done twice a month and I'm not very picky I don't expect perfection, but I've given this place 3 chances with 3 different techs and all 3 have done a horrible job. I even went to manager Tiffany and she attempted to fix the mistakes and she is just as bad as her nail techs. The work that they do is not worth their expensive prices read more

First time trying this place with a friend we got there at 6 not knowing they close at 7pm. (They also were clean and had an okay selection of color to pick from) read more

Mai and Lyn are the best! Got a pedicure from Lyn, she is so detail oriented I'm so happy with her work! And Mai did the best no chip manicure for me.
