While in quarantine I found myself pursuing Groupon and saw a facial deal for feel relaxed. I had no idea it was in my neighborhood and surely Covid will be a thing of the past in six months so purchased I did. Fast forward six months and I'm vaccinated and more confident about services such as facials. Booking my appointment was very easy, just called up and they had an appointment available the day and time I wanted. I have driven by this place MANY times and never noticed it. The inside was clean and inviting. It appeared the lady doing the facial might have been trying to upsell because she started asking what products I use. I hate this. I use cetaphil ok and I love it. I quickly put the stop to that. She then started telling me about microdermabrasion and I politely declined. Then she asked what type of facial I wanted and told me the anti aging and collagen facial is more expensive if I wanted that. I told her I had a Groupon for the anti-aging. The vibe I got from her was one of disappointment at that response. The facial was good, it lasted 40 minutes and the first time ever extractions didn't hurt. While waiting for the mask to set she gave me a mini shoulder rub then left for ten minutes. This is why I'm knocking a star off. Personally, I much prefer when the aesthetician takes the time to massage your neck/shoulders/arms/hands for ten minutes. The end of the facial was a zapper tool that is suppose to take the bacteria off your face. Overall, I recommend. Maybe if you don't purchase a Groupon you will get a neck and shoulder massage with your facial. read more

So glad I found this gem! Edyta is an absolute sweetie and fabulous at what she does. I'm an awkward nervous lady and she always makes me... feel relaxed! I've been coming here for waxes for a while and finally tried a facial, wow! I'm a convert. Edyta's attention to detail shines through from her technique to the products she uses. I highly recommend the European facial, the accompanying back and shoulder massage is heaven. And the microdermabrasion add-on makes me feel like I have a new face! Went in today for a Brazilian Wax & had an amazing experience ! I initially had scheduled my appointment for 3:30 but something came up last minute and they rescheduled me for later in the day with no problem ! The service barely took 15 minutes, she is extremely quick yet thorough ! I am more than pleased with my results and will definitely be returning. I recommend getting a Groupon for your first visit & then future visits are $30 which is a great deal for a Brazilian in the city. read more
