First time trying Church's Chicken! It was a good experience. The lady at the register was nice. They had a small dining area and the tables were clean. I wouldn't take my family here with its location, but I'll definitely come back. I was very happy with the chicken. It was fresh and crispy, almost too hot to eat! Delicious. Fries were a bit old, but the chicken made up for it. Very affordable prices, and good selection of sides to go with with chicken. I'll be back.

Heck yes chicken!! For fast food this place kills it. Way better than your KFC classic. Not greasy and the coleslaw has flavor!

These wings are fire!!…read more Was grabbing a pizza at another restaurant and I had to get some wings with it. So I stopped at ATL WINGS on Roosevelt. We were quickly greeted as soon as we entered. It was our first time so we asked some questions and received some suggestions from the worker. We ordered a 24 piece and fries. With the 24 piece you can get up to 4 different flavors. So we went with HOT, an equivalent to a classic Buffalo wing, Chef Special, Lemon Pepper, and SPICY ATL. If you can't handle spicy, stay away from SPICY ATL. Its super hot but so good! The place is casual. You order at the counter and then sit at a table and wait for your order. There are plenty of tables throughout to choose from. The wings were good, meaty, and juicy. The service was great! The fries were a little soggy for my liking. ATL Wing, we'll definitely see you again!

After sitting for 10 minutes in the lobby in plain sight, the worker comes out and tells me he couldn't find me and he gave mg order away. He said it was his fault and he would hook it up for the inconvenience. This man gives me 12 dry salty boneless chicken nuggets. And this ain't the first time but it will be the last. Goodbye.

There are two large bars with various locally brewed beers on tap. Many of the beers are by Arizona Wilderness. The outside patio is shaded and does have misters for the hot summer days. The restaurant also have a water station and shared doggy water bowls available for use. On Tuesdays all the tacos on the menu are $4. I got the Pulled Pork and the Beer Battered White Fish. Both were delicious. The restaurant also offers a number of shareable dishes and burgers. Will be coming back to try some of the other items. Bingo had a great time people watching and loves meeting other dogs when he is there. During the weekends this place does get very packed so go early if you want a spot. Bingo definitely approved of this spot.

The regulars are Phoenicians who have been coming here for years, and in my opinion, it's one of the few remaining places that hasn't been overrun/changed by the massive population influx in Phoenix. Therefore, the regular patrons have a deep respect and love for this establishment and its people. In other words, don't F with the vibe. Enjoy yourself, but seriously be mindful of the environment. I say this because the staff will swiftly let you know with a verbal reprimand or even just by kicking you out. For example, they don't do takeout. Do not ask. And when they tell you no, do not ask again. That being said, do not expect white glove, highly attentive service. The service is good enough, and that's all that matters. It's a busy establishment and yes you will wait a bit for your food. AGAIN, when you understand the expectations, this can be a fun and highly enjoyable experience, but you have to understand where you are and what it is. Regarding the food, incredible. I stick with the wine burger and the wings with the secret sauce. Absolutely amazing food and the prices are stupid cheap. I'm completely serious when I say this is easily one of the best burgers in Phoenix. The burger is done right, and I really appreciate it. The wine burger kind of melts in your mouth and the portions are huge. Be nice, be observant, tip heavy, temper your service/timing expectations, and you'll enjoy a true local Phoenix spot. It is absolutely worth it.

Not acknowledging us my dad walks up to the bar. The lady yells just sit. Just sit wherever. So we sit down. The next person walks in and they do not look like us. They are immediately greeted and asked how they are doing today. At that moment, I realized we were not welcomed and we walked out. This is a bar with limited lighting and loud music. Unfortunate that we didnt get to try your yummy looking burgers but I did not feel safe in this establishment.

I stumbled upon Wingstop and decided to make a pit stop on a Saturday evening around 9 p.m. I parked in their complimentary lot that they share with Five Guys, a poke spot, and one or two other businesses. Service (3/5): They cashier was a bit slow taking orders, but was friendly. They also try to upsell you, which is a turn off for me. But, since you're ordering at the counter, and they call your name when your order is ready, service isn't a big part of the experience. Ambiance (3/5): We've all been to Wingstop at one time or another, so you know what to expect from this fast casual restaurant. What I like about this location is that in addition to seating inside, they have a small patio out front with four tables. Which is where I sat because the weather was beautiful. It was also a bit stuffy inside, not sure if their A/C was working at full capacity. Drinks (N/A): No beverages for me on this visit. Food (3.5/5): I have a standard order at Wingstop: classic lemon pepper wings and fries. Let's start with the fries. You can get a regular or large. The regular is more than enough, it's a generous portion. What I like about Wingstop's fries is the seasoning. There has to be some sugar that's part of the seasoning because it makes you want to lick your fingers. On this visit, you could tell the fries had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Which takes things down a notch. Now, for the star of the show, the wings. Unlike the fries, the wings were freshly fried and served piping hot. To the point where you have to let your food cool down a little bit or you're at risk of burning your tongue. While Wingstop is a chain, their wings are pretty solid. Especially their lemon pepper flavor, which exceeds most other spots I've tried. On this visit, the wings were a little overcooked. Still, all in all, a solid meal. I don't know why Wingstop has such bad reviews. While it's a chain, it's one of my favorite chains, so I'd put them in the upper echelon in this category.
