My order with this Wingstop location this past weekend was solid from start to finish. No headaches! I had a phone pick-up with an hour wait time. Arrived about 45 minutes later thinking I'd need to wait but it was already handled, bagged up, and ready to go. Honesty, I haven't had Wingstop for a long time and I remember why I stopped going. I order way ahead and did the pick up option. They claimed the wait will be 20 minutes at most for 15 wings which is reasonable. I gave them an extra ten minutes I. Case they needed more time. Keep in mind, 30 minutes already passed and my wings were not ready. Had to wait 10 minutes in the store extra and it wasn't worth it. The lemon pepper wings were dried and were more moist with flavor. The inhaled weee super small and others were huge with the other mild wings I ordered. The Indian school location is terrible!! The manager Chris doesn't know how to train his employees or even keep his word! Manager "forgot" to do the refund he said he had already started processing So apparently we lie and claim to do things prior to them being done and then use 5e we are human we all make mistakes excuse. When he's trying to come up for an excuse on the first excuse he gave. It's completely disgusting every time I'm in there you can see a clear health code violation your employees don't even cover their noses with the masks. This place is a joke! I visited this Wingstop for the first time ever and was not really impressed. I ordered a dozen boneless wings(all mild) and a drink. I explained to the ladies at the counter that I was a first timer and they weren't much help. I kind of had to figure out the menu by myself. She did explain the Monday special price but didn't really give me any info on the sauces, etc. Anyway.. the food was just OK, the breading was a little much but the wings were decent. I don't really have much else to say about the food. The mild sauce was a typical buffalo sauce and the ranch dressing was normal also. The restaurant wasn't super clean and there was only one other customer. The employees didn't look super put together but weren't rude. I don't think I would come back but I would give Wingstop another chance if anyone has any recommendations on other items or flavors to order. read more
