I asked for my wings to be well done and they didn't do that even though I specified it two times but I wanted them well done. Then when I actually started eating my food, it immediately made me sick to my stomach and I couldn't finish the rest because I felt like vomiting. I asked him when they change your oil and he said they don't. The staff is very friendly, but the food here is gross and disgusting. I do not recommend this place at all -1/10 read more

Do not come to this location if you're on lunch and expect to eat b4 ya lunch is over they're understaffed & have 1 lady working hard & cooking read more

Hilary did an amazing job tonight! My food was fresh when it arrived, which usually doesn't happen. Normally my fries end up soggy or my wings arrive cold, but tonight everything was perfect. Please don't let her go--she deserves a raise! Thank you, Hilary, you really made my day. read more

Very rude and so unprofessional the general manager was disrespectful! So was the worker bunch of teenagers who don't care and curse me out the store laughed kicked me out the stores after I purchased 50$ of wing read more

My order with this Wingstop location this past weekend was solid from start to finish. No headaches! I had a phone pick-up with an hour wait time. Arrived about 45 minutes later thinking I'd need to wait but it was already handled, bagged up, and ready to go. What really deserves the 5 stars was the simple fact that they had EVERYTHING with the order done correctly. Well done wings + all the dips I had asked for. It just doesn't get better than that. Also, the place was clean & employee's were kind. read more

The place was very clean and the staff was nice and very friendly and the food was hot made to order!! So it was well worth the wait!!good hot food!!good service, and very clean!! You can't beat that read more

Terrible customer service. Henry the manager was so unprofessional, so disappointed because I love wing-stop. They most definitely need new managers or something it looks super chaotic in there. No wonder the cashiers kept hanging up on us they need better guidance. Henry should definitely get demoted. read more

Wings are made correctly every time.. Well done wings always perfect (no red) Clean inside, staff super cool.. Conveniently on the corner of the parking lot across from Filibertos read more

Honesty, I haven't had Wingstop for a long time and I remember why I stopped going. I order way ahead and did the pick up option. They claimed the wait will be 20 minutes at most for 15 wings which is reasonable. I gave them an extra ten minutes I. Case they needed more time. Keep in mind, 30 minutes already passed and my wings were not ready. Had to wait 10 minutes in the store extra and it wasn't worth it. The lemon pepper wings were dried and were more moist with flavor. The inhaled weee super small and others were huge with the other mild wings I ordered. Didn't expect this kind of drive on a slow Tuesday. Personally, not really worth the trip. read more

Food has been pretty good. Nice and welcoming employees. Jessica was nice enough to correct an order and is always friendly.

Every time I've ordered from the store manager which has been four times I sat and wait waited 40 minutes in the store each time she made my meal incorrect and also instead of giving me my order had me sit an extra 20 minutes and had to ask for it after my food had been sitting there, chilling for 20 minutes made incorrectly. so four times I've been to this location ordered from the manager and she had me wait 40 min only to fucm up my order, keep it behind the counter waiting an extra 20 minutes, cold, and has an attitude when I asked for a refund after wasting an hour of my time. read more

I'm not big on writing reviews. My issue was I came in an hour before they closed just to be told "We're not taking any orders". Trash service. read more

The Indian school location is terrible!! The manager Chris doesn't know how to train his employees or even keep his word! Manager "forgot" to do the refund he said he had already started processing So apparently we lie and claim to do things prior to them being done and then use 5e we are human we all make mistakes excuse. When he's trying to come up for an excuse on the first excuse he gave. It's completely disgusting every time I'm in there you can see a clear health code violation your employees don't even cover their noses with the masks. This place is a joke! Please touch your hair and the food your making! But everyone makes mistakes. read more

i had arrived 15 minutes before closing time & they had said they weren't taking any orders because they had closed the register for the night but when i had arrived in the store the staff working the register was taking orders over the phone & refused service to me. read more

This is the best wingstop in Pheonix. Crispy juicy loads of flavor. They are Nice and hot, not cold or room temp... 30 min later... I love the lemon pepper I get all flats. Best wingstop in town the wings are great and always made to perfection thank you for your hard work :) :)

I visited this Wingstop for the first time ever and was not really impressed. I ordered a dozen boneless wings(all mild) and a drink. I explained to the ladies at the counter that I was a first timer and they weren't much help. I kind of had to figure out the menu by myself. She did explain the Monday special price but didn't really give me any info on the sauces, etc. Anyway.. the food was just OK, the breading was a little much but the wings were decent. I don't really have much else to say about the food. The mild sauce was a typical buffalo sauce and the ranch dressing was normal also. The restaurant wasn't super clean and there was only one other customer. The employees didn't look super put together but weren't rude. I don't think I would come back but I would give Wingstop another chance if anyone has any recommendations on other items or flavors to order. read more

Went for late dinner 9pm, great customer service, however too much salt! Ordered the Parmesan, Hawaiian, lemon garlic and Teriyaki. All way too salty! Couldn't continue eating, all I ate was basically the Cole slaw (which was great)! read more

Omg I couldnt believe they had opdn a wingstop so close to my house! I love this place... Its interior is extra spacious for big crowds! This was my boyfriends and I first time here. We ordered 3 different wings. We had the habanero mango, lemon pepper & atomic. Honestly, they were all very nasty not good at all & the wings felt dry. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Just left Bomboba after they were rude to some people of Mexican ethnicity. I really wanted hot wings, so here I am. So far everything is great. The people at the front desk are sweet, and Im waiting for the wings to come out, and will finish the review once they get here... Update!!! The food was fantastic! You have a great night James! read more

Oh so sweet wings & great fries too! The staff are helpful and the restrooms clean. I recommend it

I love this location. Simply the best in area. Always fresh and inside is extremely clean. I love that they stay open late.

Disgusting food, awful costumer service and very impolite management. Not following the safety protocol. I would of give 0 star if I could. Worst experience ever. read more

I love this place the people are friendly and the food is great. They keep the inside clean so it's comfortable to sit dawn and eat. My order was done fast and everything was exactly how we ordered it. We had a couple of special orders but it came out great. read more

the order took way too long to prepare if you come for lunch during work. The drink machine in the back is kind of an inconvenience and it slows down the line having the workers do it. Something was a little off with the wings here opposed to the other WS. read more

This has probably been the worst customer service I have ever had at a wing stop. Jay was very rude and rushed us the entire time. We were the only ones in line by the way. Never going back! read more

This is my #1 craving spot. The wings are delicious & fries are always great! I had an issue one time with my order & the manager, (a lady with blonde hair) was very nice & apologetic. Redid my order & even added extra food which is always a big PLUS. Everytime I go its very clean & the staff are all friendly. Love this place & will continue to come here for late night cravings! read more

Every time I place an order over the phone they give me 20 min time frame. It always take longer than the given times. They lie.

Omg! I come here every week and they are so friendly and funny it looks like a fun place to work the employees are always smiling. And the managers are always so helpful. My flavor is the Cajun and the ranch is always on point. Best wingstop they always have my food ready when i call and order in! read more

I love wing stop!!!!!!!! The only reason for 3 stars is cause this specific location never fails to get my order wrong somehow. Whether it's 4 wings instead of 6 or fries instead of veggies or even forgetting to put ranch in my bag, they always get it wrong. But Wingstop is the only place I eat wings from. read more
