We had our daughter's 3rd birthday party here and it went amazing!! Super easy to schedule, love that they include an evite, and thought the prices were reasonable. Our party host, Mayli (I believe that's how her name was spelled), was really great! She made sure she double checked anything we had questions on, was really timely when getting us things we ordered, and was really friendly and accommodating. Our daughter was sooo happy when Chuck E Cheese showed up to meet her+take pics. I was actually surprised at how star stuck she got. She was smiling from ear to ear! The little ticket machine for birthday kids was really cute and fun as well! The pizza was delish, like always, fountain drinks were readily available, wings were surprisingly good, fries were the only issue (food wise) because they were really skimpy. I really appreciated the fact that they offer a round or sheet cake for anyone who either doesn't buy one or forgets to bring one. You get to choose the flavor and icing type. We got the small round cake in vanilla flavor with buttercream frosting and it was pretty good! Especially considering it only cost around $11! They make everything super convenient. The goody bags they provide are pretty cheapie and you can def bring extra of our own stuff if you want to go above and beyond. We scheduled on a Saturday at 5:30pm.. and it was busy but not so busy that it felt hectic or like we weren't well taken care of. I love coming to chuck e cheese my kids enjoy it dearly , unfortunately it has gotten so expensive. To buy a card , buy a wrist band so your child doesnt loose the card. Your child sees a trampoline its an additional charge for the child to play on the trampoline. Multiple games are out of service. Chucky only came out 1 x in 3 hrs. Overall management is good. Should really work on hiring people who put on a smile or just have better vibes when working. read more

It was random when i decided to come try this place again as i had been avoiding after seeing crazy adult fight stories who act like kids at chucke cheese in general (not specifically this location). I can't stand too much crowds either. Anyway, decide to come here right as they just opened and to my surprise, it was empty. It was a definite fun day for us! For the game pkay card, you can purchase by points or by time. We love the time concept. Play as much as u want without worries and once the time is up, we go or buy more time. The pizza is still one of my favorites here!! They use to have a bbq chicken pizza that was delicious but no longer on the menu. Menu is very limited and wished they had more selections like pastas or grilled chicken wings and drums. The have a ayce salad bar but has very limited items but at least you get your greens in. Cost of food is super costly and they charge quite some for each topping added. Although i try to think they got to stay in business somehow but still. So if you want to save some money if you have a budget then eat before or after the kids have their fun here. But i can't say no to the stuffed crust pizza....a fan favorite for both kids and adults in my house. So i gave in on this one hehe. Parking is descent except prime time can get a bit crazy. Majority of the staff are super nice and friendly minus a few would see you and walk right pass you at the counter sometimes. Wow! What a HUGE difference staff and management makes! I've been coming here way before pandemic and before pandemic this Chuck E. Cheese really sucked! Employees were not friendly and even 2 years ago they emailed about Halloween and they did nothing for the kids when we arrived in costume/ Wow! This location had changed for the absolute best! All the staff is sooo friendly! Food options are way better and the Halloween event we just went to was soooo fun for the kids! Chuck e came out dancing and they handed out candy to all the kids! It was so fantastic! All of the employees are friendly and actually care about you and you're kids having a great time. Chuck was definitely a happy camper prancing around in his mouse suit. Chuck was also kinda high as he stumbled on himself, but that's ok because I laughed. The children seemed to be very happy here, but the staff definitely looked miserable to be there. I didn't feel safe being there were many people were not wearing their masks, especially the little children. The pizza was actually decent, although I could have gone for some other topping besides pepperoni. I was surprised that they actually monitored the parents and their kids entering and exiting the premises. I suppose kids could be easily abducted if left unattended. I come inside and see people behaving as animals, standing on the tables. The restaurant itself looks understaffed and could benefit from having someone come around and clean games and tables. Where do I even begin...... such an awful experience for my family and I! This was our first time in a long time to Come here. The place had this new jumper which you pay $10 per child. My daughter and her friend immediately ran to and started jumping. My friend and I were in line to purchase and figure out what we wanted. When a completely rude associate walked up to us in line and said are those girls jumping inside your daughters. We said yes what's the problem ? He then stated well I need to escort them out because you need to pay. I started getting upset and said we are obviously in line waiting to purchase. I have been to a few Chuck E Cheeses in the past and was really not impressed. However, my kids have been begging me to go last week so I decided to check out the one in Pasadena. To my surprise I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment. The tables were neat, the salad bar was organized, the customer service was great and the games were very entertaining. Additionally, when the games were out of order there was a guy literally there to fix the machines on the spot. The pizza at the Pasadena location tasted really good especially with the bacon and cheese filled crust. We went during lunch time and it wasn't as crowded which made things very pleasant for my family. They also has the actual Chucky E Cheese there to entertain the kids every hour with song and dance. An accident happened with my summer pass because the staff forgot to input my membership card, so they couldn't locate my pass when I tried to use it for the second time. The manager, Stanley, was very helpful. She asked me to provide the purchase date and time. Luckily, I had taken a picture of my son during his play and found that information. We finally retrieved the pass, but it took nearly an hour. I didn't request an apology because the manager genuinely tried to help. Ok, this place has saved my life with my 3 year old niece a bunch of times. Parks can be dirty and dangerous and she could fall off something, not to mention the park dwelling elements... she is too little for big kid amusement parks and arcades and still isn't big enough to take to a movie... so this was perfect.. I tried several of these and this one is always clean, friendly and not over crowded... it is sort of hidden very close to the foothills, but perhaps that is why it is less crowded, i took her to one of them that was SO packed, she got frustrated and started to cry.. but this one has enough room to run around and had lots of little kid stuff she could do - everything is one token as opposed to some places that charge more for games and rides.. and you can grab a soda while you are there.. KID'S BIRTHDAY REVIEW: Chuck E Cheese's is the original food + game/arcade pizza party parlor. I use to go when I was young and now I'm booking my son's 4 year old birthday party!! Wow how time flies. Chuck E Cheese's makes booking kid's parties simple and easy. You can go online, pick a location (I picked Pasadena hoping it was less crazy, less ghetto), pick and view their party packages and then book it. You can also call someone from the location you want to have your party at if you're not computer savvy. It's pretty easy, and they don't usually sell out of space like some of these other kid's party places that only have a jungle gym and no food. When you walk in as the party host, just let them know you're the parent(s) of the party kid and they'll have you meet your party coordinator (the person who takes care of pretty much everything for your party). My party coordinator was awesome, I think I had too many requests and questions, but she was awesome to say that she's been doing it for a while now and didn't mind. Every parent is different. The FOOD here in Pasadena was pretty decent also...yes, the pizza, sandwiches, wings, appetizers and salad bar was decent! Pre-order your food for your party and just order more food as needed off their menu. Everything went smooth. The food was a bit slow at times (since I ordered too little the first go-around) but after the 2nd order, we were good. The games for the kids are ok. I came here recently with my girlfriend and her daughter. I have not been to a Chuck E. Cheese since my daughter was a year old and we were attending another friends child's birthday. Before that, I had not been to a Chuck E. Cheese in at least 30 years. Yes, I am old. Lol anyway, Chuck E. Cheese has changed a bunch since I was a kid. One thing that I did keep was those ginormous characters on their stage. Those guys are still there. The system now where you purchase time or points to play games is all kind of crazy. I did not understand, at first, how this worked. So, you have to buy a new game card. Then, you have to select whether or not you were purchasing more time to play games or more points. Each game in attraction requires a certain number of points. And of course, it takes time to play these games. So, let me break it down for you. I was able to spend $28 on one hour of unlimited time for my daughter to play all the games and get on all of the little rides that she could. So, in that case, I purchased time. For some parents, it is about points. I may decide to purchase say 50 points for my child to play games with. After they have used up all the points on the card, that is it. Sure, you can always reload the card with more points but to me there does not seem to really be any kind of way to purchase just the right amount of points that you need to play the games that you want. I think for the tiny children who are not so much into games, points are the way to go. For the kids that like to play and everything and ride on everything, time might be the better. You can order pizza at the registers located behind the entrance. You can also select the salad bar option for a separate cost. I don't really know what party package pricing looks like now but I imagine it is not all that inexpensive. The day that I was at Chuck E. Cheese with my child and my friends kid, there were tons of birthday parties. Things were booked back to back. They had a good amount of staff on hand but I still felt like they were a little shorthanded. Luckily, tables are cleared quickly and wipe down thoroughly. That made them available to walk in guests such as myself and my family. Parking here is absolutely easy. This is probably the one business in this little plaza generates the most traffic. And being that it is in a plaza, there is a lot of parking available. And with birthday parties beginning and finishing back to back, I feel like there's always someone leaving from somewhere. I don't quite understand the hand stamp situation at the door but I'm glad that they do something to try and make sure that kids are not leaving without their parents or families. One thing that probably annoyed me was that when I gave the business a call, nobody answered. Like I said, I had not been to Chuck E. Cheese in a very long time and with Covid restrictions having more or less recently lifted I was not sure if they were open completely or at a lesser capacity. I wanted to call just make sure. Especially because we were not there for a birthday party or anything, I was not sure if they were limiting walking guess. I called at least a dozen times. Never once did anyone answer the phone. 5 stars I really like this place I always play games. I am a kid and I always liked Chuck E. Cheese. There's newest games so fun you get to play fun games and they are delicious pizza. They're so good and making pizza people say that the pieces of the pizzas are reused and served up again, but I don't believe that it's just a myth and the service is so good and the employees are nice every time that you go in they check your hand they put things and they just let you write in. You don't have to pay to get in, but you have to pay for the cards to get credit I always like going there even with her was a child like three years old. I mean, it's chuck e cheese. Every kid goes there once in their lifetime. They have updated their games and such.

Our kids have been to many a birthday parties here over the years. We love the play passes. The whole family has so much fun here playing all the games. To win a nicer prize, adults may have to help out. For the most part, it's a clean safe place and we can't wait to return. read more
