If my son didn't love the Chuck E. Cheese franchise so much, we would probably never to go this location ever again, and I would probably give it 1 star. First, half, no joke, half of the machines were not working. Second, from the half that were working, about 7 machines were out of tickets. From the machines where you feed the tickets, only 3 were working. Third, I don't know if they were short staffed or what, but it was so hard to get anyone to come help us. One of the times we asked for help, the girl said someone would be right with us to help, and no one came. Lastly, it's definitely not the cleanest place either. There was garbage on the floor and dirty bandaids. Not the best experience at a Chuck E. Cheese that we have had. Wish there were other locations closer to us. read more

I'm very pleased on how this Chuck E. Cheese was. Both my niece were having their birthday and the coordinator was very helpful. Came here on a Sunday (June 30, 2013). The place was clean, which is totally unexpected when you have lots of kids running around. I always tend to judge a restaurant on how clean their bathroom is; and it was definitely clean. All the arcades is 1 token, very entertaining if you have kids, and most of all they serve beer. Holy smokes!!! I came here to celebrate my daughters birthday. The hostess was really nice and helpful but I gave a 4 star because she forgot about the sandwich platter and we got it at the end. But overall it was fun for my daughter and her friends. I will consider having another birthday celebration again here. Some games break down easily but that's to be expected. They just got some bumper cars that are actually really fun. I like this time slot because you get to still hang out after the party ends and it doesn't get too late for nap time. The parking was fine to, since we we were the first party on that Saturday. By far, the WORST Chuck E Cheese EVER! The 1 star is for the pizza that was actually not too bad. Everything about this location sucked. The employees straight up DID NOT care about even being there. The staff was a joke. When asking the cashier a question, she replied "I don't know" and just shrugged it off. I went on a Monday evening (4/11/16 from 5:30pm- 9:00pm), not very busy at all, and they seemed to just be standing around. They were out of practically everything. The list of things they DID have was way shorter. They were out of French fries, buffalo wings, diet soda, regular Sprite, beer, ice cream, ranch, croutons, large cups, and toilet paper. I ordered the sampler platter, which took 30 minutes to bring out, and they gave me Bone-in wings when I specifically ordered boneless. I stood at the register while a young man was clocking in, and he didn't even acknowledge me. The cashier asked if I needed help, I said I wanted to order, she looked at me, then at him, and they both walked away at the same time. I heard numerous people complain to the manager also, and he didn't seem to do anything. I STRONGLY advise to stay away from this location. I am not one to leave nasty reviews but o really want to prevent people from having the same experience. My sister has special needs and when she was upset by the ice cream machine not in service, the staff giggled at her. I continued to shoot dirty looks because I was clearly not amused by their insensitivity. NOT TO MENTION, the young lady checking hand stamps checked my little sisters hand, and not mine. I didn't even receive a stamp! So literally anyone can walk off with these children because they have a lazy person not doing their job correctly. I get that you probably have better things to do than be at work, but that system is for the safety of children. It's pretty ridiculous that I could have been a complete stranger and walked off with a 3 year old bc this girl had no interest in her job. I sure hope that this entire night crew gets reevaluated. Most of the experience was awful. We bought a pizza package that cost $60 and included was Chuck E. Come to our table at 4:30 and never came. We had to go ask for him after 6...also, i asked the girl filling up the salad bar if they could reheat our pizza and her and the male cashier just looked at each other and gave a look, clearly bugged...next is Michael, the guy handig out the prizes. This guy shouldn't work in that type of environment if he can't handle the kids and the noise..when i walked up to get my prizes I said hello to him which and he didn't respond...as i was choosing the prizes he helped someone else and literally left me talking...then after getting the prizes, i said to Michael, ok thank you and of course he didn't respond...this guy was just plain RUDE. We had a reserved party here for my sons 5th this past Saturday, we had a blast! Benjamin the manager/our host was awesome. They really make it all about the birthday kid and cater to your ever need! Not only will I recommend this place but we will be returning again and again to this location! Only downfall it gets pretty packed after 2pm but it's fun either way. Before I start my review. I want to explain that nearly any chuckie cheese I go to is probably going to get a 3 Star unless they have exceptional service. Because chuckie cheese is way crazy. HOWEVER, this day at chuckie cheese started out really well. It was Wednesday and they have all you can play $14.99. So I asked the guy. Is it better to buy tokens to all you can play for each kid. He said, it's better to just buy token points. And he was right. So that's huge bonus points for him. That alone would have gotten this chuckie cheese a 4 star review. But here's where it goes bad. Our machine we were playing on wasn't giving out tickets. So we asked someone to come fix it. They did not come for about 30 mins. So we played in the game next to it and waited. They finally got there and fixed it. Then as they were fixing it, tickets started to come out and then a random child came by and took all of them. And I told the lady, those were our tickets. And she said sorry. The child was really fast and grabbed them. I didn't understand why that was any reason for us to lose our tickets. She did not give us our tickets and literally just smiled and walked off! Then it gets worse!!! We count our tickets and walk to the counter. They take our papers and said we will be right with you. 3 other people tell us they would be right with us in a 1 hour time frame. Reading this review, you would think, its always busy when kids are picking their toys. BUT THE THING IS, we were the only ones standing there. One hour later. We got 3 skittles, 3 airheads, and a cotton candy. Btw. We knew what we wanted. It's just no one came. Thanks for a horrible time. read more

I thought it would be ironic to go for a work team lunch to Chuck E Cheese and was disappointed. The pizza and cheesy bread were actually A-OK despite what I remember from being a kid, the problem was the smell. I'm not sure what it was, but I suspect it was covered up vomit. It's absolutely crazy when they have a bunch of kids' parties going on, and can you PLEASE IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE PRIZES?! Is that so much to ask?! We hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese in decades but one warm afternoon we decided to take our then 2 year old son to Chuck E. Cheese in Pasadena. To our surprise the place was so much bigger than we remembered. This location also had bumper cars for kids to play. It was clean and the pizza was a lot better than expected. My son loved it and so we decided to host a birthday party there. It was so easy to book the venue and order food for our guests online. The kids got 2 hours of unlimited play and gift bags to take come included in our package. Our son also got a chance to go into the Ticket Blaster. We booked our party for a 2 hour time slot and fortunately there were no other events after ours so we didn't have to feel rushed. Our hostess was great and assisted us with the cake cutting and ordering additional food for our guest. Our birthday boy loved it and all of the kids had a great time. read more

Last time I came here everything was great but this time was so horrible, first off it took forever for our food to arrive and when it did, the order was so wrong and the lady that helped me, looked like she didn't even want to be there and gave nothing but attitude. Turned out the wings we ordered weren't even made and we had to wait another 20 mins for them. Another thing I didn't like where the manager got into an argument with a customer and lady was yelling at him and what not. And as soon as we are leaving the manager is telling all his Co workers about the argument. WOW talk about unprofessional. Nothing but kids working there with bad attitudes. Take my kids here on a Saturday night at around 7pm. Went to order a large pizza and a platters along with wings and churros at 7:20pm. We got the pizza at around 8:00pm. At around 8:30, we went up to the cashiers and ask them where was the rest of our food. The cashier asked us to speak to the manager which he offer us a refund as well as the replacement of our food that we ordered at 7:20pm. It's almost 9pm and we still have not gotten any food. Finally I know why all of the horror stories I have been told about this place. I have been coming here for years with my 3 grandsons who are now 6, 8 and 10 years old. We usually have to wait quite a while for our food and in general it was good food. Everybody tells us they feel for us when we mention that we were taking the boys to Chuck E. Cheese as they have had bad experiences every time they go. Well last night a Wednesday (7/11/18) when they were not very busy at all we waited 1 hour and 9 minutes to get one large pizza. We got concerned at 35 minutes and checked on it to just be told it is in the oven. Then after another 25 minutes my wife said can we just get our money back as we had to get going. They then told her it is ready and that they could prepare it to go and we said OK. Then 9 minutes later when we got the pizza it was already cold, totally dried out and black on the bottom like it had been cooked way to long. I think I will now join the large group that tells everybody to stay away from this Chuck E. Cheese. Maybe worth checking out another location as the kids really like the atmosphere. read more

This is a very clean, large, and well staffed Chuck E. Cheese's. They had 2 games that didn't work and "ate our tokens". The staff replaced the tokens and gave us a few tickets. They also tended to those machines quickly which was nice, so no other guests would lose tokens. We usually just play the games at Chuck E. Cheese, because we are not fans of the food, but this time we ordered cheese bread which came out super fresh, hot, and cheesy. read more

Just hosted a birthday party for my son with over 100 guests at CEC for the first time. D'maurice, the manager sat down with me for an hour going over the details of my event a week prior. We discussed all the options and he gave us some ideas on packaging the food, beverages and unlimited play cards. This location is cleaner than most of the other CECs I've been to. D'maurice was on point making sure our party was taken care of and other guests who walked through the door during our meeting. I always admire those who acknowledge you even if they can't get to you right away. Jesus was assigned as our coordinator for the party and he did not disappoint. Our food came out fast, presentable and hot! We ordered a couple different sandwiches and they were nicely toasted. Jesus did a great job of hyping up our kids during cake time and my son was beyond happy. It was so nice after the event because Jesus and the staff at CEC cleaned up and helped us put our gifts aside. It was really nice for me to have time to greet every person who came to our event and personally thank them. Would definitely host future events here. Great job D'maurice and Jesus! read more
