Me and my girlfriend decided to hit the lanes last night.so we went to lucky strike. We paid 22.50 a piece for unlimited bowling. After bowling a few games , and downing a few beverages. Haven't been back since it was Bowlero and I was honestly shocked at how high the prices are. Everything was relatively clean, but the layout at each lane feels pretty tight. The way the tables are set up makes it awkward when it's your turn, I kept tripping over people sitting there. Overall, it's a bowling alley, what do you really expect? Had a company event here and the food was delicious! The staff was also very attentive and quick to cleanup any used plates that were empty. The mozzarella balls were also the perfect size! I had the pep pizza and I liked that the crust was crunchy. The pasta was also cooked well, it wasn't soggy and the sauce was tasty We all had a great time and I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to host a party. This used to be Bowlero...upon walking in you are hit with the loud sounds! Bowling check-in on your left, arcade games to your right. There's a bar and he was busy by himself during the weekend afternoon so of course there was a wait. Bowling lanes are ok but i didn't actually bowl. If i were to go again it would need to be in the private room at the southern part of the building. It want as loud and had brighter lights and its own bartender. It's OK. Nothing fancy here. Got 10 people for an event. Originally were told that's the final price they quoted us ... roughly $62 per person... With two hours of bowling and shoes with unlimited pizza, fries, wings.... We had fun... Then we had to TIP too? So it ended up being more money. Just a bit pricey for the experience. People were friendly. Food was alright. Parking easy. Just thought it was a little pricey for what we got. read more

Lucky Strike has string pins, a big arcade, and a full service bar at their new bowling alley location in Pasadena. The alley is 32 lanes wide, and already has many leagues going on!! Today we made it in time for their Happy Hour and got the $5 Chicken Strips. They tasted great, and were fresh and hot! The bartender is awesome, and went above and beyond for our group!! There are tables and booths at each of the lanes. There are plenty of seats behind each lane, and also other tables nearby. The ambiance is cozy meets VIP! read more

This place is awesome. The food is pretty good, especially the buffalo chicken bites, and pepperoni pizza. My friends and I frequent this place for the (very reasonably priced) unlimited bowling and always have a great time. The staff is usually very attentive and work efficiently, especially Mark, who helps us almost every time we come. He's always respectful, works fast, and takes care of any issues we have. We went for Fun Family Time. The bowling was great. Our first server was also fantastic but she had to leave early. We were so disappointed because the second was not. She brought our adult beverages like 30 minutes after we ordered them. I also didn't feel safe as there was a bit of a scuffle at the bar and I did not see a security guard. We recently hosted a group bowling event at Lucky Strike. The event itself was enjoyable, but the booking and pricing transparency during the planning process needs improvement. Planning: We were initially offered a package that included pizza and two bowling lanes for $518. I have previously organized similar group events through Bowlero, where the booking process was extremely straightforward: the representative clearly outlined which entrées and sides were included and exactly what the package covered. With Lucky Strike, the food options were never clearly explained. Even after booking, it was still unclear which appetizers or entrées were included in the package price. When planning an event where multiple people are contributing to the cost, having a clear list of included food options should be standard. Food: good wings. Pizza was edible. Fries were good. Our waiter was great! Bowling: very cool. Still haven't been told how to raise the bumpers. Payment: The payment process itself was easy. A payment link was sent and the transaction was handled smoothly. Gratuity: What was frustrating was that the gratuity requirement was not communicated during the planning stage and only appeared on the final invoice. When organizing an event for 11 people where everyone has agreed to pay a fixed amount, discovering an additional gratuity at the end forces the organizer to go back and ask each guest for more money. That creates an unnecessary and avoidable situation. I fully understand that service staff rely on tips, and gratuity itself is not the issue. The issue is transparency. If gratuity will be added, it should be clearly communicated upfront as part of the quoted package price. In customer service, the final step of a transaction often becomes the most memorable. Unfortunately, the unexpected gratuity ended up being the last impression of the experience. Suggestion: This could easily be improved by providing a clear breakdown upfront of: * exactly what food items are included in the package * the total price including any gratuity or service charges Group organizers simply want to know the true total cost before committing. read more

I don't normally posts review but this place deserves it - We hosted my twin girls birthday party here and it went incredibly great! From the first manager we met in person one week before the party when we "dropped in" to the day of - Mark the on site manager and Ella our event attendant, bartender and staff were helpful, friendly and professional. This was probably the easiest party we've ever hosted. Both our adult and child guests had a blast, food was good and consistently brought out. No one went hungry or thirsty. They provide decorations that are also quite original and fun. Mark was super accommodating and attentive. Ella was patient and cool headed in the midst of chaos with multiple parties happening at the same time. They know how to make your gathering feel special. The packages are clear and worth their value. This place offers way beyond what their competitors offer across Pasadena, Glendale, Eagle Rock and Burbank - we checked. They truly care about making your event special. I would def go back to host another personal or work event. read more

The lanes are absolutely horrible! If you are an avid bowler do not come here. There are dents all over the lanes and no matter how much you try, you will never find a consistent rhythm. Aside from that, the service was good. read more

Also security was just staring in to our soul, felt very uncomfortable just even playing. just constantly staring and not letting us be. and front clerk guy had an attitude towards us rolling his eyes and not even having good customer service. Not worth the money at ALL. Didn't even let us finish our last game barely hit 12:00 and turned everything off mid game. read more
