Other than that, the exchangeable prizes are probably one of the better ones I've seen among all the arcades I've been to. I was able to get a lava lamp out of a few games and I love my lava lamp. Uptown Alley also has a sports bar and a bowling alley. Though my husband and I didn't really get to try them, they are there if you don't wanna do arcade but want to drink and/or maybe bowl with your friends. This was supposed to be a fun, memorable school trip -- instead, the disrespect and unfair treatment ruined it for everyone. Treating children and teachers like this is completely unacceptable.
