First time at Time Mission. Our entire staff (about 24 of us) came to unwind and have some fun. The process was easy once we all got our bracelets and assigned teams. Once we were able to let loose and explore the various portals, we all had a lot of fun. The portals varied between physical activity and using your noggin. We even had some older players and even some who had some disabilities and even they were still able to participate. We were a little down because at least two rooms weren't working properly, but that didn't stop us from having a great time. Thanks to Michael and the rest of the staff, we look forward to having some much needed staff fun days here in the future!

Last month I checked out because it's a newly opened spot. This really tested our speed, teamwork, and brainpower in a fun way. With more than 25 interactive challenge rooms, we raced the clock, went for high scores, and kept replaying to sharpen our strategy. It was fast paced, exciting, and a true adrenaline rush. time mission is Perfect for a family outing, friends night, date night, or team building, it is definitely one to add to your bucket list.

Server heist room required climbing over, under and through the lasers.

What a great afternoon with my highly nimble 80 year old mother testing out it's against their 26 rooms. It was hard to find - enter at go-kart or at the bowling place - no exterior signs. It was a very quiet weekday afternoon with only two other groups playing. We never waited for a room. The rooms seemed straightforward enough, but a number of them really needed clearer instructions. Most could be figured out with a bit of practice, but often there was not a lot of extra time to figure out the exact task. That said, the bulk of the rooms were challenging and we gloriously failed often, but we laughed a lot, which was the point really. Note- several rooms get a bit physical. Recommend skipping Magma mayhem, server heist, and orbital pit if you have any mobility or physical ailments. I would not hesitate to go back. I might not bring my 11yo niece and nephew, but my 18 year old would love it.

After signing the waivers and donning our PPE, we went in. The wooden structure isn't huge so you cant get running starts or make any long over hear arm movements, but it ended being just the right amount of space to get your smash on. What's worse, we specifically asked why the older man who slammed into me was allowed to continue riding without even a basic warning like "please don't crash into others." The staff literally shrugged. No accountability, no concern, no professionalism. This isn't just bad service, it's dangerous. I will absolutely be escalating this beyond a review and am genuinely horrified that a buisness can treat clients like this. On top of this it took 20+ minutes for my niece to be able to finish her rides between each turn. There was no warning about that.

Once inside, you can throw paint all over, stomp on the artwork with your feet (a personal favorite of my kids), and twist the painting around to have the colors spread in all directions. We were joined by a staffer the entire time who took a few pictures along with a cute video. I recommend having the staffer snap photos with your own iPhone as mine came out a little better. Once another employee arrived, we were then informed that they were short-staffed and did not actually have availability for our reservation. We were told we would need to wait until someone else came in to assist us because they were understaffed. Huh??? First of all, how is that our problem? We had a confirmed reservation, and NOBODY contacted us beforehand to let us know there was an issue. Honestly, it didn't even seem like anyone knew we had a reservation at all, and the employee helping us looked confused. We ended up leaving and requesting a refund, which was extremely disappointing because my family was really looking forward to this activity. Most people know Adventure Links for their popular camp programs for children and teens. However, they also offer stellar corporate team building programs, which is how I got to know them. About five years ago, as the CEO of a growing company of 20 professionals, I was struggling with how to address some growing pains and spice up our upcoming quarterly retreat. A friend recommended Adventure Links, so I scheduled a meeting with Anna, the CEO. Anna came to my office and interviewed me to understand my business, our challenges, and what I hoped to accomplish. She asked many questions, listened, and took notes. The next week, we took our team of 20 to their retreat location. Anna and her team had put together an all-day agenda of activities that went way beyond simple ropes courses. What surprised and "sold" me on them was how she'd managed to incorporate our growing pains into her exercises in meaningful ways. Sure, we had fun and bonded, but more importantly most of us began to see certain everyday problems in meaningful new ways, with fresh solutions. To this day our team references those exercises like old Seinfeld episodes. After each exercise - some physically challenging and all mentally challenging - Anna would bring us together and help us draw correlations to some of our corporate issues. It helped that she has a sharp wit and great sense of humor. She and her team also knew when to push and put us on the spot to drive home a point. Six months later, we wanted to bring Adventure Links back for another quarterly retreat, but this time due to bad weather we had to do the exercises in our office. They totally pulled it off! The indoor exercises were unique and again gave us a fresh perspective on both issues and people. An example - during one intense exercise where we split into two teams, a junior staff person had a "eureka!" moment with a brilliant solution to a problem, and spontaneously took control of our team, which included several executives. I had no idea this young lady was so intellectually gifted and capable of leadership under pressure. How valuable is that information for an employer? My firm has engaged Adventure Links several times since then, all with success. When my children are old enough, I'll be sending them to the Adventure Links camps...I know they'll learn and have fun. Adventure Links rocks!
