It's best to register online versus on site to ensure you get to play. You can choose from 2 hours, 4 hours or all day play and prices vary during the week and weekend and duration. I recommend wearing comfortable clothes you can move easily in and sneakers! Your time starts after you log in at the kiosks. Staff will direct you. I would recommend grabbing a locker first if you need one because it tends to fill up fast (lockers are free). You definitely don't want to be lugging around a purse or have stuff holding you down. Create an account online after you pay online to expedite the check in process. We purchased our tickets a week in advance for a Saturday morning. Make sure to allot for plenty of time to park and arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Ours was 10am when they first opened. Staff was pretty efficient and orderly and they opened at 10 am sharp. Make sure to have your reservation code ready. They have two lines outside the venue. One for reservations and another line for walk ups. If you want to try as many rooms as possible on your one visit, you probably want to just try a room once. Although some rooms can become addicting and you will want to try multiple times like we did. You can see if there is a wait on the top right of the screen outside a room. It will state how many minutes are left. If you scanned in you can delete your log in if you don't want to wait. They also have various artwork which contains specific glyphs you can hunt for. Duel games which are outside the rooms where you can compete against one other person. I would have loved to have done the art scavenger hunt as well but we focused more on the rooms. Definitely click on the screen and read the hints and how to play before scanning to start your game. They have a place to order food (Victory brewing)and plenty of restrooms. Although we didn't order food or drink. If you get parched. They have water stations with cups. I think there is a way to pause your time is you're eating but i'm not sure how. Once your time is up, it will let you know when you try to scan the band it will say.

Ideal for anyone 12 and up. The mix of physical and mental skill based games makes it a great spot for family and friends to bond while testing their abilities in a fun environment. Reservations are recommended especially on weekends when the place tends to be packed. Head over yo Victory Brewing Company when you're exhausted from playing.

The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. We were actually about 5 minutes late and rushed there, but instead of making us feel stressed, they kindly told us to take our time and not worry about rushing. That small moment really showed how thoughtful they are. My family had such a great time, the kids were fully entertained and didn't want to leave. You can tell they really care about the experience they provide. No wonder they have a full 5-star rating on Google, which is rare to see. They truly deserve it. We will definitely be back!

Note that the last check in is at 11:00pm on the weekend (at least that's what they said via phone call). They almost didn't let us in but we mentioned that we were the ones on the phone. After we all checked in, we explored each of the room. Some were super difficult, some were "easy". Each room lets you know if it's more physical, mental, or team work/ communication. Because each room is timed, I felt like I was in squid game without the gore and anxiety from pending doom. It's a great concept, especially if you go with an entertaining group looking for a fun time.

Our host, Dwight, was very friendly, and gave very good clues when we required help without having to give away the answers. He made our experience even better! We will be back to try their other rooms, and we recommend others giving them a shot too! Only complaint-- the location is in what looks to be a doctor's office with no sign outside that's visible from the road. The only confirmation we got that we were at the right place was that the name is on the building directory by the elevator.

The review for the catering was EXCEPTIONAL! VERY SATISFIED. I could not get the other review selections to work so I will also comment here on the team presentation and other aspects of the event We waited about 45 minutes to get into the event space. This was very unfortunate and embarassing. The presenter was late because of traffic. There should be someone to open the door for your customers at least 30 minutes before an event. We brought bagels and breakfast so we could have waited inside and networked until the presenter arrived. Very unprofessional. The presentation was good but it could have been great. These type presentations should be tailored to the specific customer needs and business. When I booked the event, someone should have asked me then what kind of business my company did. A little time before hand finding out the customer and adding a few things into that presentation would have made it more relevant because in many areas it was informative and fun. More interaction, ice breakers keeps an audience engaged. Proof slides, grammar and spell checking should always be done. So many misspellings in the slides makes it appear less professional. Our team did 2 escape rooms. The overall rooms were fun and we had a great time. And even more so after the food came and as said before the food from Mavianno's was delicious!!!

As a four-person group, we decided to take on Poe's Chambers. The theming of this room is immaculate! Just the door to the room evokes the early 19 hundreds. Poe's Chambers really makes you feel like you're in the creative poet's home. I loved the overall feel! My fiancé and I were able to get the group through some of the puzzles, just due to our vast experience with rooms. I believe even our first-timer friends were able to see how we were making the connections and able to get their brains going too! I felt like we all really handled the room well and that it was friendly to them. There is one puzzle in particular I think E.R.A. needs to update. If it doesn't sit just so, it's easy to miss the clue. Though, everything else in the room worked flawlessly. Our game master was very attentive when we asked for two clues, though it took us a bit to decode her hints. We got out with 7 minutes to spare. I can see why this room would be an 8/10 difficulty. It's a fairly linear room, which I prefer when it comes to games. I've done rooms that feel scattered and those frustrate me to no end, lol. I do think a group of beginners might struggle, just a bit, in this room. Truly though, great room! I hope we'll get to go back again! 8/10 recommend

They give all sorts of discounts like GMU student and if you book your next escape room after completing one, you get a discount too. The Save the White House escape room was incredibly fun and interactive. The room is full of props and sounds that make the experience more life like. It's also very well designed and incorporates many aspects of Washington D.C. They have free parking on site and are located in the City of Fairfax.

Good and not so good…read more.. On the plus side, the staff was VERY pleasant and helpful. We were greeted with smiles, and all of our questions were answered. After a brief introduction and sharing of their rules, we were ushered into our room, The Cure, for the one-hour puzzle-solving session. That's where the not-so-good part starts. While this was my first visit to Bonds, I've done several, maybe six or seven (I think that's safe to say again) escape rooms before this one. Based on that experience, this was the most basic in terms of room setup and contents. Everything was well used and occasionally overused. Think beat up or threadbare. Combination locks are common in escape rooms, and this one had plenty. If memory serves, there were six or seven of them. It was irritating that some of the locks had their numbers rubbed off, making it difficult to enter the combination, even after we figured out what it should be. Another issue is their use of red herrings. We wasted too much of our hour trying to figure out how they contributed to the ultimate solution. A final issue is that some steps might be solved correctly without a clear indication that anything had changed. For example, you enter a code on a keypad on one side of the room, and a drawer opens somewhere else. If I do decide to try another Bond's escape room, I'll ask to see it first. It's one thing to configure a room to represent part of a hospital or medical laboratory, and another thing entirely to allow it to be so overused that what's left affects my enjoyment of the experience. And as a suggestion to Bond's, replacing a few of the combination locks, probably costing $10 each, would have made things a lot better.
