The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

They also have a bar and grill area, with appetizers, burgers, pizza, and other items. Alcoholic beverages are also available and there is seating. Machine lineup is almost totally stand-up arcade cabinets and pinball machines. A few of the pinball machines needed some work like Evil Dead as it had problems with errors, and it felt like it was leaning. Pulp Fiction, Pokemon, and World Cup Soccer all played well and were enjoyable. Most of the arcade cabinets seemed to be in good shape with a few needing screen work, but sadly Spy Hunter was totally out of action. The mix of cabinets without question leaned towards older games. As we walked around, I saw several arcade games that instantly brought back memories from the early 1980s -- the same kinds of games I grew up playing. The highlight for me was the new Star Trek pinball machine. Even though it's not one of the older classics, it quickly became my favorite. Watching the Enterprise light up and move up and down was just awesome, and sharing that moment with my kids made it even better. I also want to mention how impressed I was with the bathroom. It was very clean and surprisingly private -- the stalls have walls that go all the way from the ceiling down to the floor with no gaps, which you rarely see in public restrooms. It made the whole visit feel even more comfortable. Spinners is a great mix of nostalgia, modern arcade fun, and thoughtful details. We had a fantastic family day.

After realizing the park's hours of operation did not work with my son's and my schedule, I immediately reached out by email requesting to cancel the membership. My request was denied. I also explained the financial hardship caused during the government shutdown, contacted corporate directly, and submitted a formal letter, yet they still refused to work with me. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that this park is not customer-focused. Customers are locked into a strict 12-month contract regardless of whether the membership becomes unusable, financially difficult, or was originally presented in a misleading way. PLEASE CHECK BUSINESS HOURS AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING ANY CONTRACT.
