The guy in our group had ordered ONE drink and had it at our lane sat down on one of the tables while we were bowling. This regular bowler took it upon himself to aggressively enforce the bowling alleys "no drinking at the lanes" policy (even though the woman at the concession knew where we were sitting, brought him the drink, and said nothing). Once the guy started making racist comments it was clear what the real issue was. When we brought the situation to the managers attention he defended the man and said there was nothing he could do. The people that were with the biker man were all making ignorant comments and started walking up to our friend trying to start something. We didn't finish our game and ended up leaving. All the black families in there ended up leaving also. WE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!!

So not worth the wait. Granted we have been to Hershey Park water park which is about 10x+ bigger than this waterpark. We also are close to Kalahari and Great Wolf both of which have larger water parks than this place. Overall review 2.5 stars - again little kids would probably have a great time. All of the 1-STAR reviewers were correct in saying that some of the ceiling tiles have water damage, tile fixtures are falling off, the facility is old, and it's dirty. Even with some of these expensive deal breakers for a place of business, the people who work here are very kind and welcoming. The man who told me to spit my gum out upon entering said it matter of factly. I didn't perceive it as yelling as other reviewers stated. After reading the board before paying to enter and meeting that man, my daughter even reminded me that I had to spit out my gum. The snack bar is busy since outside food/drink can't be brought in. Be ready to pay a lot to quench your thirst from skating. The music selections are awesome and ranges from 70s to current. All upbeat and fun! The 5 stars are well deserved for the huge smile this place gave my daughter and the confidence it gives her to roller skate. Considering many businesses that come to die here in Winchester, this roller skating rink has been able to hold its own for a long time.

This is a great family center if you have kids i'd say 13 years and younger. I'm mostly going to review the waterpark and food at this time of writing 7/25/2023. Ill add when we revisit for other activities. There are two waterslides, fairly high but safe for kids (42"). The pool is 3 feet deep all the way around which is awesome for young kids. Its nice as a parent to soak in the pool, its just not deep as i stated. You can easily let your little ones swim about safely without worry. The pool is surprisingly colder than you would expect. There is a splash-pad. There isn't really much shade...but they do have umbrellas at the table. One downside... we could only get cheese pizza. No pepperoni at-least? Like i said, wonderful place. Just needs pepperoni pizza. We'll have to come back to try the jungle gym, arcade, minigolf, and go karts!!! I might just bring my younger siblings and parents to try.
