This place is awesome. It's a great option to have in town. The owner is super friendly and helpful and the games are a huge nostalgia hit.

But they loved it, especially the gigantic green monster that would occasionally pop up and tower over the course. There are many different packages you can purchase. I ended up going with the combo golf and arcade package. It was a fairly good deal and I knew there was no way I would be getting out of this place without my kids playing a few rounds of Air Hockey and Skee-ball. I also enjoy a good arcade game myself. Some of the games, not all of them, dispense digital tickets. We managed to collect enough to get some fun toys including a spider that would crawl down a wall and an ice cream cone where you can launch the ice cream right off. My son thought this was the best invention ever! Overall, our time here was spectacular. We can't wait to visit again!

The set up is nice. The bumpers automatically come up for players who need them. The service was fine; they appeared short staffed but our wait time for snacks and check in not too chaotic or long. Pricing probably on the higher end for front royal but given the technology used it's a great value in my opinion. Only possible negative (maybe positive for others) is that there's a smoking room so when you open the door smoke comes into the main alley. There was also an arcade room but it appeared closed during our visit. Will return. Large parking lot.

Some old biker guys who are regular…read morebowlers here started harassing one of our friends who is black and made EXTREMELY racist remarks and called him ABSURD and unspeakable names. The guy in our group had ordered ONE drink and had it at our lane sat down on one of the tables while we were bowling. This regular bowler took it upon himself to aggressively enforce the bowling alleys "no drinking at the lanes" policy (even though the woman at the concession knew where we were sitting, brought him the drink, and said nothing). Once the guy started making racist comments it was clear what the real issue was. When we brought the situation to the managers attention he defended the man and said there was nothing he could do. The people that were with the biker man were all making ignorant comments and started walking up to our friend trying to start something. We didn't finish our game and ended up leaving. All the black families in there ended up leaving also. WE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!!

I was having a genuinely amazing time bowling with friends. Smooth lanes, good vibes, and what felt like the start of a fun night out. But then the clock struck the end of our game... and the energy in the building flipped real quick. As we were wrapping up -- casually clearing pins and rolling the remaining bowling balls back like anyone would -- we were approached by a family who claimed they worked there. A husband, wife, and their son, all of whom were bowling themselves. What followed was an unnecessary, condescending lecture that left us all confused and honestly a little disrespected. It's one thing to be corrected -- it's another to be treated like a nuisance when you're literally just finishing your hour and doing no harm. If they do work there, maybe they should be taught how to speak to paying customers without acting like the place belongs only to them. And let's not ignore the food situation. I ordered donut holes. Simple, right? Should be quick. But I waited way longer than necessary. No apology, no update -- just cold indifference from the staff. At one point, the place felt almost unstaffed, and when you finally do get someone's attention, you're met with short replies and annoyed faces. I wanted to love this place. I was ready to tell everyone Galaxy Strikes was a hidden gem in Warrenton. But the way it ended? Left a bad taste in my mouth -- and not just because of the stale service. Bowling might be solid, but the people? That's what turns strikes into straight-up gutter balls.

We met friends here and ended up spending 4 hours here. Playing pool, pinball games, skiball, and various arcade games. They have race car games, ax throwing, basketball games, all you could want to play. Some really cool games! They have a couple of tables to sit and eat and a large bar. They have a tv behind the bar that was playing sports. The craft beer options were fantastic during our visit. They have liquor and can/bottle beers, sodas and water. The food menu is what you might expect (see menu). They did have a food truck in the parking lot for other food options that were really good. They are open until midnight but unsure if that is every day. They opened recently, so still getting everything posted and operating (Jan 2024). Matt is the owner; say "hi". ***This review is only for the gym since there is no separate spot for it.***…read more There isn't a lot good about this place other than the convenience of the location. 1. It's pretty expensive for a gym. Considering there is nothing special about it. Just a tiny gym. 2. There are "rules" but nobody follows them and there is nobody there to enforce them so have fun with that. 3. Women will be pleased to know that since there are no employees there is nobody there to complain to when the deviants openly gawk at you while you're trying to work out. There are at least a handful and they do not have shame. Some will follow you around to get a better look. 4. Other than some extra cardio equipment there is only one of each thing and there is almost always some inconsiderate person doing an hour-long circuit on 4 machines and they will get angry if you try to cut in. That's pretty much it. For $40 just go somewhere that has more equipment and actual employees in case you have problems. A single guy going super early in the morning or the middle of night would love this place if they just wanna lift and pay a lot to do it.

The pricing: We did axe throwing for the option of 1.5hrs (which was about $33 per person) and go karting. In my opinion, they should really have the option of purchasing one race, which is approximately nine laps. However, this isn't the case. They apparently only do packaged races. The option we selected was three races, which was about $54 per person. Supposedly, if you don't use all your races in one visit, you will still have access to the remaining races whenever (no time limit) you go back (I will have to confirm this at a later date). For the go karting, you are required to purchase their annual speedway license which was approximately $8. The activities: Axe throwing was a great time. Our demonstrator/trainer as very interactive and got straight to the point, which we appreciated. He detailed the safety requirements, gave recommendations for how to throw the axe, and gave a handful of games for us to play while axe throwing. The go karting was such a good time. Got to drive like my inner speedy, while feeling safe enough to do it. I would definitely recommend this for an interactive date night, sibling outing, coworker bonding session... Essentially, any styled outing that desires a good time with some friendly competition. I will definitely be back to collect my remaining two races.
