Urban Air takes zero accountability for how their memberships are presented to customers. At the counter, the employee explained that the subscription could be canceled at any time and even mentioned she had seen it done before. Based on that information, I signed up. There is also pressure at the counter to make a quick decision, especially with a long line of customers waiting behind you, which makes it difficult to thoroughly read and understand the contract in its entirety before signing. After realizing the park's hours of operation did not work with my son's and my schedule, I immediately reached out by email requesting to cancel the membership. My request was denied. I also explained the financial hardship caused during the government shutdown, contacted corporate directly, and submitted a formal letter, yet they still refused to work with me. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that this park is not customer-focused. Customers are locked into a strict 12-month contract regardless of whether the membership becomes unusable, financially difficult, or was originally presented in a misleading way. This place is really fun! However It was extremely difficult to find a worker to help us being that every sign said to follow their instructions. When i did find any associate they were just generally unpleasant to deal with.... very cold. Kindness should be the bare minimum. It really takes away from the experience. read more

I haven't heard of this place before and thought it was like Trampoline Park but I was wrong. It's located next to Planet Fitness (old location of Kroger). I was there for my nephew 10th birthday and this place was an amazing! It had so many activities for kids and adults to do. Zip line, dodgeball, obstacle course, adult massage chairs, unique bumper cars just to list a few. Our host CeCe was great and surprisingly enough the pizzas and chicken tenders were delicious that all the adults were raving about it. Those chicken tenders were so tender and moist, you wouldn't be able just to eat one. It's definitely a must place for your next party or just a place to hang out. read more

They're severely understaffed all around the facility (check in, attractions, and cafe) and don't possess knowledge of promotions, policies, etc. You expect to have full access to all attractions you paid for but they close them for hours with no estimated opening time. Additionally, wait times are averaging 20-30 minutes anywhere you go. read more

We attended a party at urban air on 12/16/23. While the facility is nice the party was bad due to issues with the party host. The party was not attended to we needed beverages, assistance with food and a few other things. Also when I went to the front to get the beverages myself I had to speak to multiple people to simply get pitchers of water that I did not get. We got an additional one which we needed more. I know the party is reserved for a certain time but if we do not get food or have issues getting what we need its crazy that we are still expected to leave the room at an expected time. The experience was not one that should happen during a birthday party. I have some upcoming parties set up here an this was very disappointing and honestly makes me want to cancel all upcoming party's. It also gets very crowed and the kids have long wait lines for attractions. read more

My kids and nephew who are 12, 9, and 6 loved this place, they have plenty to do and something for kids of all ages including a zip line. If this place was closer, we would defiantly go more. I think we went on a Friday and it was not to crowded, the lines were short and quick. We paid $53 for four drinks and two pizzas so you may want to eat before coming, I do believe you can leave and come back so leaving to grab a bite to eat and coming back is also an option. read more

My son had his 10th birthday here and from start to finish we had an amazing time! Our party hostess was CC and I think we had every supervisor or manager come in to check on us. We were greeted, checked in, and party started with absolutely ZERO hiccups! Everything was perfect and everyone was so accommodating and attentive. I cannot rave about CC enough! Her energy was on point and she was always one step ahead. Absolutely perfect! Thank you to everyone for making my son's day extra special! We truly appreciated it! While the place is fun , and these much to do. They need to sit their working crew down (16yr olds / teens) and tell them how customer service works. It's very obvious they don't care or follow their work rules. They'll be playing around themselves instead of keeping the lines going & if you have littles this might not be the best spot for you as there were SO MANY teens I'm guessing the ones that work there promote it & it's become a spot for them. The manager was very kind & helpful so thank you to her. But the attitudes from the cafe & attendees was just wow ! lol. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The staff and manager are extremely rude and have no empathy for people with special needs. The staff treated my son who is autistic like trash. They would not allow me to accompany him on the trampoline or other roses. He needs some assistance. We were going to leave after the staff meme we told me it was my problem and he isn't there to help handicap kids. The manager refused to give us a refund after we spent over $100 on admission. We were there for less than 30 minutes. Immediately the manager told us there are no refunds and turned around and walked away. We've never been treated so badly. I will never return and hope no one has to suffer like this . read more

I had my daughter's 7th birthday party here. We have a membership so we loved the free additional 5 guests for parties. Our host was fairly new and severely unprepared. He did not have enough wristbands or socks for the number of guest that I indicated when the party was booked. This caused a delay in the children going out to play as they had to wait for him to keep running downstairs to get more items. Party host did not engage the children or start or participate in singing happy birthday. I would have loved to sit back and let the party host manage but I ended up having to gather children, start the birthday song, cut and handout cake slices etc. I'm not sure exactly what the party host did to help make my child's party great. read more

I would NOT recommend Urban Air for birthday parties. You would think for the hefty price of their birthday parties, it would be as seamless and less stressful as possible and that is NOT what you will find when booking your party here. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. List of grievances to follow: -you pay per water bottle for off brand water and $18 per pizza that was the dollar tree version of digiornos. You are not allowed to even bring your own water to this establishment. -sister (head of party) has an allergy that prevents her from eating a majority of foods. When asking if she could bring a personal portion meal so she could eat with everyone comfortably, she was told that was fine but then right after the phone call, she received an email from the company prying into what her allergy is, etc. What an invasion of privacy for the sake of a money grab.. -filled out the waiver online days prior to the party then was told they couldn't find it. Luckily I had a copy saved, which they did accept but how can you not find relevant paperwork on the day of the party? -received a pair of socks that were 5x too big for my 18 month old. Upon asking the party helper if my son could wear his own socks (which had grips on the bottom and was shown to the party helper), she looked dumbfounded and told me I could go back up front and ask for another pair. I stated that if they had another pair, wouldn't they have given them to me upon entry? She then snappily asked if I wanted the manager, to which I agreed. The manager came over and was less than helpful. I, again, asked if my son could wear his own socks, explaining the socks provided were much too large and posed a safety risk and she said no. I then asked if my son's spot could just be refunded and she said that she could only refund any kids over the minimum required amount, which was 10 and we had 10 kids, so no. She stated that they were waiting on a shipment of small socks then suggested I put the large socks on my toddler and try to roll them up the best I can (????). So I asked her to explain the logic behind making us sign waivers that removed their responsibility from injuries then encouraging me to put my son in an unsafe situation. She had nothing to say and I thanked her for the lack of assistance. -my sister (head of party) went to pay for the rest of the party (not privy to how that process works; half now half later?) and the general manager asked her how the party was. She informed him it wasn't great but she didn't need to talk about, she was ready to go. He pried for an answer so she began explaining her stresses regarding the party and the same manager from earlier approaches and inserts herself in their conversation, asking why she didn't unload all of the inconveniences when she asked my sister. How this woman still works there is a mystery to me. How can you be a manager but incite confrontation and have no interest in resolving customers issues? She will lend to the failure of this company, no doubt. -while letting my son play in the trampoline area, another child (at least 7-8 years old), approached my 18 month old son and took the basketball from him and began playing with it. There is a serious lack of responsible supervision overseeing all of the play areas. Needless to say, I repeat, find another venue to avoid an experience like ours. You will leave feeling unsatisfied, disrespected and like you have wasted your money and time. read more
