This place recently opened up in Fair Oaks so I decided to try it out. It's right next to The Guild and Dick's Sporting Goods on the 1st floor if you can't seem to find it. Surprisingly I have never seen a place where it's just entirely filled with claw machines. We have places like Dave and Busters & Round 1 that do feature those machines but not purely just those cabinets by themselves. Inside you'll see a touchscreen monitor that you can pay to get coins to use to play the claw machines with. It's like 1$ for 1 play pretty much. You get more if you spend more of course so essentially the best option and costly too. The claw machines feature lots of stuffed animals and some were really cute. I wasn't there for too long but I ended up getting a cute plush after playing a cab for a few minutes. It's a great spot for kids to enjoy since the sheer excitement of just winning one is convincing alone. I can't really say about the staff because I didn't interact with them but they seem really nice and was able to be helpful for the people that went up to them. Would I come back? I don't see why not. I would love for them to add some Sanrio products to the claw machines. I'd spend the whole day getting one of each.

awesome spot had the time to stop by today (: top customer service every one here I professional had the best dat today .

My son and I had a blast here. We are big fans of claw machines. Each claw machine is two tokens. And the smaller ones are one token. They have such a variety! We are definitely coming back!

As far as clawmachines go, these are pretty fair. I LOVE clawmachines and I stopped by the Fairfax mall just for Kako Claw. I was worried about rigged machines in most malls, but these were great. I spent $20 and got 3 plushies. I would definitely come back if I am ever in the area again. The free bag was also really cute and convient if you want to keep walking around the mall.

This is a fun little claw arcade spot. The plushies in the machines are super adorable. But... definitely on the pricy side, $1 per token and takes 2 tokens per play. If you are lucky, you may be able claw enough small ones to exchange for a bigger one under $50-$100. However, sometimes the value of happiness can not be measured using dollars when financially permitted Definitely recommend to check this spot out when in the mall. @winedinenvacay

This place is so cute! It's right by The Guild, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Coldstone Creamery. I saw some videos on social media and decided to stop by here to check it out. You can purchase tokens to play the games- some are 2 or 3 tokens each. As someone who usually sucks at crane/ claw games, these ones are super easy to get! I got one on my first try. Some claws have a lot of rocking back and forth when moving towards the drop slot, so keep that in mind when trying to get some of the plushies. The more tokens you get, the better deal. $10 for 10 tokens $20 for 20 tokens $50 for 55 tokens And more! Check it out if you can. You also get a complimentary drawstring bag to carry your plushies, and the staff are super nice. The main issue that I have with this place is that most of the plushies aren't the "official" plushies of certain brands, like Pokémon and Sanrio.

Claw machines in the DMV?! Sign me up! I saw this place on TikTok, and as claw machine lovers, my partner and I had to stop by while in NOVA. There's a decent amount of claw machines with cute plushies ^w^. Things I liked about this store: - they have a point system where you could trade small plushies you win for bigger ones - the staff are friendly and helpful, giving you tips and even rearranging plushes if you ask or they notice you struggling - they have little pink shopping carts to help you hold your plushies and tokens - the tokens shoot out of the machine super fast when purchasing - they provide free drawstring bags to help you bring home your wins We spent $50 and were able to score 3 plushies. Each play was 2 tokens. Not super practical obv since you could probably buy them for a lot cheaper online, but some other places you might not even win at all.

    Amazing cute prizes!

Still love this place and the staff but a little disappointed with the selection of plushies. The management should really check out the prizes at other claw arcades like Round 1 or watch some YouTube videos. The machines should also be kept filled and the plushies should be fluffed so they look more appealing. People would play more if these slight improvements are made.

I absolutely love this place and come here often. The atmosphere is really reminiscent of our trip to Japan; the fond memories of the claw games always brought a thrill whenever we visited them. The machines are fair and the employees are always willing to help and answer questions. There is a great selection of prizes that include anime figures (Dragonball, One Piece, Naruto, etc.) from Banpresto/Bandai that are placed in 3 machines. I would say it's definitely the only reason to come to an otherwise partially vacant Fair Oaks Mall.

There has been a couple of occasions when machines werent working properly. So... this was an interesting experience in customer service!…read more I used the FANZO sports bar finder website (fanzo.com) to determine that a pay-per-view boxing event was "confirmed" (per the website) to be showing at Dave & Buster's Fairfax this past Saturday afternoon. I called the location ahead of time that Saturday and spoke to a D&B employee, who put me on hold to check with her manager. She returned a short time later and confirmed that the bar would be showing the boxing event. I drove 20+ minutes to the location and, after waiting at the bar for a while, was told that no, Dave & Buster's would not be showing the event--even though it had been listed as "confirmed" on the sports bar finder website and despite management apparently confirming it over the phone less than an hour earlier. Later that night, I emailed Dave & Buster's Guest Relations (corporate) to explain what had happened and express my frustration with the experience. To my surprise, they responded promptly the next day (on a Sunday!), apologized, and credited me with Dave & Buster's gaming chips as a gesture of goodwill. (I did have to pay a little out of pocket to purchase the Power Card needed for Guest Relations to transfer the gaming chips, but I nonetheless very much appreciated the goodwill gesture.) So I'd definitely rate the initial experience at the location a 1, but I'd rate D&B Guest Relations' prompt response and gesture of goodwill a 4 or 5. So they get a 3 overall from me (higher than their current Yelp average). I'll say that my experiences at this venue prior to this past weekend have generally been good. I just don't think I'll feel comfortable relying on watching any pay-per-view sporting events at this location anytime soon, and - given the experience I had here - would warn others to independently verify any pay-per-view event before making the trip, even if Dave and Buster's staff confirms it over the phone.

You cannot tag another teammate, and when you tagged, there's a few second delay before you are back into play. The age range was from elementary school children to working professionals. It was a fun experience trying to strategize how to get the most number of points! Some folks decided to stay high up and shoot downwards. Others sought to aim for the bases since they have quite a bit of points. Another team defended their base. I would definitely come again!
