The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

It was very clean and surprisingly private -- the stalls have walls that go all the way from the ceiling down to the floor with no gaps, which you rarely see in public restrooms. If a customer asks for their food cooked a certain way, I feel like the request should just be passed along to the kitchen. For the games, I put about $30 on my game card and my boyfriend already had around $30 on his, so we had about $60 total to play with. We played air hockey, Connect 4 basketball, a shooting game, and raced each other on the driving games. We actually left without even using all of our game credits! We also did laser tag, which was $13 per person, and that was fun too. I loved that they had pool tables, although we didn't get a chance to play because they were all taken. My only other complaint is that we came around 8:30 PM expecting it to eventually become more of an adults-only atmosphere later at night because that's what we had been told. I've visited this location several times over the past month, and every single experience has been consistently disappointing. At this point, the issues I've witnessed go far beyond poor customer service. We're talking about serious concerns involving management conduct, employee supervision, sanitation, and the overall safety of guests. First, the establishment is constantly overrun with unsupervised children running around and causing chaos. Meanwhile, several employees appear extremely young and seem to be working unusually late hours, including school nights. It raises legitimate questions about employee scheduling, supervision, and compliance with Maryland's child labor regulations. Now, let's discuss management, because this is where my concerns become significantly more serious. During one of my visits, I personally witnessed a female manager leave the establishment, walk to the liquor store across the parking lot, purchase a bottle of alcohol, and return to her black Honda, where she sat briefly before coming back inside. What made this particularly concerning was that when I was close enough to speak with her, I could smell alcohol on her breath. This wasn't something I heard from another customer or an allegation passed around by employees. This was my personal observation. I cannot confirm exactly what she consumed inside her vehicle, but the circumstances, combined with the smell of alcohol on her breath, raised serious concerns about possible alcohol consumption while on duty. I have photographs and videos documenting some of the conditions and incidents I've described, and I intend to submit relevant evidence to the appropriate regulatory authorities for review. What concerns me most is that these aren't isolated experiences. I've visited multiple times, on different occasions, and the same problems continue. Where is the accountability? Where is the oversight? Who is responsible for ensuring this establishment operates safely, professionally, and in compliance with applicable regulations? Customers should not have to question whether their food is being handled safely, whether employees are being properly supervised, or whether management is capable of maintaining a professional environment. The goal was to play three games, which we did. We didn't eat any food or order anything from the bar, so I can't really say anything about those, but at one point, a pin bounced into the gutter. We went back to the guy at the desk and, with his friendly demeanor, went and pulled the pin out of the gutter. I don't bowl a lot, but I'd definitely go back here.

My group originally paid for an hour of bowling time, and right before our time was up decided to pay for an additional 30 minutes. With 25 minutes left to spare, our lane completely broke - at no fault of any of the staff members - leaving us with the additional time upgrade wasted. With staff frantically running around in attempts to fix our lane issues, our clock ran down to 5 minutes remaining and we were not given any sort of resolution (no lane switch & no refund.) The staff here are all relatively young and don't have any authoritative power, so I don't expect them to have the ability to provide refunds, but it's pretty disappointing paying for something that you didn't receive. After a bit of back and forth we were eventually offered one free game for a future visit - though we wouldn't be able to use it since we live in NY and were only passing through. During the time we were awaiting a resolution, I did hear of another group facing the exact same issue and repeatedly demanding a new lane to no avail, so this does seem like a common occurrence at The Branch. They also have a bar and grill area, with appetizers, burgers, pizza, and other items. Alcoholic beverages are also available and there is seating. Machine lineup is almost totally stand-up arcade cabinets and pinball machines. A few of the pinball machines needed some work like Evil Dead as it had problems with errors, and it felt like it was leaning. Pulp Fiction, Pokemon, and World Cup Soccer all played well and were enjoyable. Most of the arcade cabinets seemed to be in good shape with a few needing screen work, but sadly Spy Hunter was totally out of action. The mix of cabinets without question leaned towards older games.
