Never trust their posted hours. We have gone 3 times. Each time during hours that they said they were open and every time the gates were locked. 2 times for private events and 1 time the staff was just sitting around inside because they didn't realize they were supposed to be open. (Sunday Afternoon Review) Husband and I came with the toddler to get him out the house. It was crowded but not packed. Lots to do for kids and areas to sit for adults (go towards the left and right sides in the back area). Red and Yellow slides are extremely slippery for smaller kids so watch for that. If you have trampoline park socks bring those instead of regular socks as the floors are slippery as well. Didn't try anything on the menu but we brought in snacks and a water bottle from home and no one said anything. Restrooms were clean although I recommend they have those booties for people to cover their socks from drips of water around the sink area. Price we paid was $15. We hosted our daughter's fourth birthday here and it was fantastic. We did a Sunday morning private party and it was so worth it. The staff were unbelievable- they helped us (err did all of) setup and decorating and were so sweet with the children. They were attentive and communicative throughout. The facility was as clean and great for all ages baby through 9ish. I would highly consider having a kids bday party here. We recently had my daughter's birthday party here. Dominique was the manager I initially was in contact with before he went on leave. He was so great! Marina was the manager who took over once Dominique went on leave and she was amazing, too. They were both very professional, helpful and always answered my questions. The day before the party, I dropped off the decorations. Marina along with her staff Kaitlyn and Kelly were there to meet me and go over where and how I wanted things to be decorated. The 3 of them were so helpful the day of the party that my stress level was so low. From cleaning to decorating and serving the kids their food, everything was well organized. We had our daughter's 2nd birthday party at Luv 2 Play and it was wonderful! Booking online was easy and it was so great to work with Patti, the manager, to make sure everything went well. I picked all the food options (they only allow you to order food from their kitchen, but can bring outside cake) and we finalized it a few days before the event. They were very flexible with me, and didn't charge me if a guest didn't come to our event. They also forgot some drinks and lost count of how many adults were present so they didn't charge me for that either which was nice. The play area was very fun for the kids although it was a little too crowded on our Sunday event and made me just a little worried about Covid precautions. The rooms we booked were extremely spacious and Noah, our party host, did an amazing job serving the kids pizza and cake and making sure everything was smooth. They let me set up the evening before and the room looked gorgeous with all our decor! The pizza was pretty decent and they had some decorations they set up and themed plates which were nice. Included in party package is $5 gift card for each kid to all the arcades which everyone loved and $2 gift card to return to Luv 2 Play. It was a very special and memorable event and I'm so glad we used Luv 2 Play to host our event. I would recommend hosting an event there for your little one's special birthday! read more

We were invited to a children's birthday party and honestly I was impressed. Children's play areas are not my favorite but it was surprisingly relaxing as a parent here. It was not overly crowded which is a huge bonus and well organized. The staff also did a great job of managing the flow of the party. Another bonus is it was very clean. Although I don't make a habit of taking my kids to play areas like this, I would be open to bringing my daughters back to play :) read more

Located inside of Fair Oaks mall, Luv 2 Play is an indoor play center with a small arcade. It's designed for 12 and under.Admission (M-TH) for 6 months-4 years old is $10.95. It's $2 more Fridays-Sundays and holidays. Adults (the first two) are free. During the week, this is for unlimited play; however, the weekends are limited to 2 hours. There are no reservations available. There are 3 separate areas for babies, toddlers, and bigger kids. The baby area has soft play toys and soft blocks. It is enclosed as well. It's not closely monitored for "babies only". The toddler area has a small indoor playground, sensory toys, a ball pit, a spinner ride and a swing ride. Again, it's not closely monitored for toddlers only. The big kid area is very expansive at 3 levels. It has several different slides, crawl tunnels, trampoline areas, but the highlight for my son was the canon shooting. There are soft play balls you shoot from a canon into a fully enclosed area, thus no one gets hit with balls. There's also a small rock climbing wall. They have food but it's all greasy items. Membership is an option as well, but I'm not sure what that provides. Masks are required for ages 5+. Socks are required for all. Hand sanitizers are spread throughout. The only thing I did not like was that I did not see any active cleaning and sanitizing of equipment. Tables were sanitized regularly as were seating areas for adults. The other thing I did not like was that it seemed a bit more crowded than it should have been. Fortunately for myself and son, he gravitated to the baby area (he's 2) which never had more than one other child and parent in it with us. Also the canon ball shoot was not as popular as I would have guessed so we were in that area alone when there. The location is near Dick's so you know where to park unlike us who parked on the way other side of the mall. Overall, this was a fun activity on a Friday afternoon; however, it definitely got more crowded from 4pm on and we left at around 4:30. For awhile though, from 1:30-3:30pm, we were some of the only people in the place. I would say avoid on weekends because I'm sure it gets very crowded. read more

this was our first time there. It was a weekday but I will not go back. Overpriced nasty pizza the candy the kids win in the claw machine is so hard it would break your teeth. The front desk person was not rude but absolutely unhelpful or personable. There was no ice in the soda fountain, but like I said we went on a wens so the service there most times no one could be found behind the desk. Lastly check for toilet paper before you go in. my granddaughter stall had none. Just an expensive play area. Not returning. read more

I'm so happy this place opened. A wonderful find when shopping! My son loved it here and so did I. Kids under 4 are $10 with 2 parents free entry. If you don't have socks they sell the grip socks for $2.50. Unlimited play for all ages, except at the arcade. They had solid arcade games for millennials and gen z parents to enjoy. The food was pretty good. They have a nice variety and they make the pizza fresh! They also were sanitizing the entire place what seemed almost every hour. I went to this location for the first time a week ago. I was looking for a different play place for my son to try out. Overall it is cute but there were some things that I feel need to be addressed. First, there was trash in the play areas. My son kept picking up trash Play mats are being pushed up and dirty. The rubber padding around the play areas just look overall dirty, but also they are starting to rise up. This caused me and my son to trip repeatedly. I know these are small, but the one that really bothered me was the employees. They did not seem to care about our overall experience. The person who checked us in did not seem like he wanted to be there. The rest of the time he was on his phone. The gate that leads into the play place does not lock very well, and my 2 year old was able to open it by himself. read more

Save your money and health. This place is SO overpriced & unsanitary. The college kids working there didn't wipe a single thing down the entire 2 hrs we were there and things were definitely sticky, even the arcade games. It's for kids, come on. They serve food and drinks but I politely asked if I could bring my own coffee in and the girl just said no. Plain. Yet several other tables of parents there had home bought food, snack pouches and definitely a star bucks drink. Again, that's just in the 2 hrs we were there. I was very pleased with luv 2play this year. There was a noticeable difference for the better. It was much cleaner and small things like foot covers to cover your socks in the bathroom were provided. We had my twin girls' 7th birthday party here, and it was fantastic! The staff were all very attentive and helped me plan the day in advance and also helped make the day of run smoothly. I called with questions so many times, and they were always informative, kind, and patient. We were the only party at our time, so we had a big and comfortable space to use. The playground itself is clean with a lot of fun activities. Every child received a $5 game card, which was a huge hit! All the kids had a great time playing, and the food and drink were plentiful. My daughter (8yo) and son (9 months) really enjoyed themselves. The staff members were friendly. But the place was dirty. Even with the no shoes policy, it seems like employees do not thoroughly clean the play areas. Also, the family bathroom was out of order and they did not have a diaper changing table in the men's bathroom. I had to change my baby on the bench behind the play structure and was nicely told to not that again and that there was a changing table in women's bathroom. I guess I just had to have my wife change the baby every time. With that being said, rules were not enforced. My son who is a crawler was playing in the crawler only area was nearly trampled by bigger kids who did not belong there. The employees were not doing anything. They all seem to be congregating in one spot. The baby play area had dust and grime collecting in certain spots. A sign that certain spots have not been cleaned in a while. Play structures and toys did not look well maintained. Some of the foam blocks had old bite marks on them. read more

I know it's their right to do so as a business, but it's not a positive first impression to future potential customers that they won't let parents bring their coffee in when they bring their children to attend a party. There's no way I'm hosting my kids' future parties here or buying anything from their sad little snack bar after they forced me to leave my $7 hot Starbucks coffee outside for hours when I really need it. Also, the whole party felt extremely rushed. I think they had 1.5 hours in the party room and the food came out on the early end of the party so it was torture trying to drag toddlers out of the play area to eat when they just started playing. It's also bizarre that in the area where you take your shoes off there's no bench to sit while you remove them. I also hated that there's video games machines here, which the toddlers can barely see into or understand, but which distract them from getting in physical play and spending time with their friends. The pizza was unsurprisingly terrible and, at least the package for the party I was at, provided no drinks whatsoever for the adults. If you don't bring socks, even adults have to pay $3.19 for socks, which I think is pretty standard. The employees were polite, and I saw them cleaning at least one piece of equipment so those were the positives for me. read more

Today a 7 year old climbed over a wall into the "crawler/new walker" area and nearly landed on my 18-month old. 3.5 stars. In a search for a new place to throw my son's birthday party post covid, its been quite hard to find some place for our age ranges. I was also looking for places that offered private play times since we do have a group of very small children who are crawling or have just learned to walk. Although we LOVED the Leesburg location for some reason thus location didn't give me the sane feeling. Maybe due to it being inside the mall with less lightning. The game area was a bit more spaced out. I feel the climbing structure was a bit smaller. Or it could jyst be laid out differently. I never went up there. My kids still had a good time. The change of scenery and a good amount of space to run around is a plus. They do have party packages but they do not offer private play. They have a food counter and a small sitting area. Not a bad option for the winter months if you need a place to have your kids burn off energy read more

We hosted our girls' joint birthday event here and the service was outstanding. They accommodated to two different party themes and Patti made sure the decorations she selected were to our likings. She took the extra time to go through our menu selection on multiple phone calls, offering other items she didn't have on her list. The wraps were great and I know the adults appreciated food other than pizza. The extra details and attention to customer service and satisfaction was appreciated. It was a hectic day, but the staff also made sure everything ran smoothly with the food coming out on time and helping us with additional requests. Great place for the kids. My kids had fun and enjoyed everything they have here. There's another indoor playground i went to previously that wasn't selling any food due to Covid but this place does. Don't understand how you expect kids to play for hours and think they won't get hungry smh. But this place i will keep going to for now on during this pandemic. This could be a really fun place, however, no employee pays any attention at all. I've been here with my daughter 3 times because she absolutely loves it. Each time we have had to wait at the front of the play area for 5 minutes before another customer informed an employee that a group of customers was waiting to enter. Each employee is on their phone or talking to friends they have had come in at all times. Customers have to search for employees to help them to enter or to get food. The toddler area is flooded with big kids and no employee says a word as toddlers get plowed over. The employees seem bothered when a customer asks to enter, but food, or get a drink. When crowded, this place is dangerous as they let kids run full speed through this place with babies and toddlers all over. Again, this has the potential to be a really fun place but the employees are atrocious and there seems to be no management whatsoever. read more

Hi, I'm not sure if the other reviews where the response from the owner is saying that they are fake. But I do know that my review I'm about to post is real. My wife and I have been visiting that place for years now. I have noticed that a lady there is very loud on the microphone demanding no shoes, Face masks, the list goes on. A couple of years ago my wife and I sat down to enjoy a meal from the food court. A lady came up to us and said that we could not eat out side food in there but to use there tray. We did. Off and on, we would order our son food in there and then order subway, or something of that nature to eat while we watched our son. Well, this worker approached my wife and I and in the loud demanding tone, she ordered that we leave and eat our food outside...ok, I explained to her what we were advised, and it was not enough for her. She assumed that the lady was a assistant manager or owner by the description and said that the assistant was wrong from telling us that. Well, to make a long story short, security was called to the location, even after the manager on duty said that we could stay. This worker took it upon herself to contact police against me. I left. My wife returns today and she was confronted by the same individual today saying that she was now kicked out after she attempted to order a pizza. Even though she has been there several times sense then. I feel that this is becoming harassment very fast. I'm not going to make a big issue over this being that my son enjoys going there, but I want to make other people aware of what we are starting to go thew there and I hope it stops. Hopefully my son will out grow the place in a year or so and we will never have to come back after that. You would think that there would be some sort of costumer appreciation towards us, but as of right now I do not see any. I will say this, the other employees there are great! I never had a problem with them, they are nice and really make the place a enjoyable experience. I guess one bad apple does spoil the bunch. Couple of weeks ago I did both of my daughters birthday party at this indoor place. I was so happy I didn't need to take care of anything. I arrived and the room was already decorated with the decor we gave them. They were already for me to tell them when to get the food ready for my guest and if I need it more I was able to add on while we were there.im telling you I came and I had the party with no stress and easiest way of having a birthday party.
