    Party setup

We hosted our daughter's fourth birthday here and it was fantastic. We did a Sunday morning private party and it was so worth it. The staff were unbelievable- they helped us (err did all of) setup and decorating and were so sweet with the children. They were attentive and communicative throughout. The facility was as clean and great for all ages baby through 9ish. I would highly consider having a kids bday party here. BIG Thanks to Luv 2 Play for making our FOURozen party a great success!

We had our daughter's 2nd birthday party at Luv 2 Play and it was wonderful! Booking online was easy and it was so great to work with Patti, the manager, to make sure everything went well. I picked all the food options (they only allow you to order food from their kitchen, but can bring outside cake) and we finalized it a few days before the event. They were very flexible with me, and didn't charge me if a guest didn't come to our event. They also forgot some drinks and lost count of how many adults were present so they didn't charge me for that either which was nice. The play area was very fun for the kids although it was a little too crowded on our Sunday event and made me just a little worried about Covid precautions. The rooms we booked were extremely spacious and Noah, our party host, did an amazing job serving the kids pizza and cake and making sure everything was smooth. They let me set up the evening before and the room looked gorgeous with all our decor! The pizza was pretty decent and they had some decorations they set up and themed plates which were nice. Included in party package is $5 gift card for each kid to all the arcades which everyone loved and $2 gift card to return to Luv 2 Play. It was a very special and memorable event and I'm so glad we used Luv 2 Play to host our event. I would recommend hosting an event there for your little one's special birthday!

Located inside of Fair Oaks mall, Luv 2 Play is an indoor play center with a small arcade. It's designed for 12 and under.Admission (M-TH) for 6 months-4 years old is $10.95. It's $2 more Fridays-Sundays and holidays. Adults (the first two) are free. During the week, this is for unlimited play; however, the weekends are limited to 2 hours. There are no reservations available. There are 3 separate areas for babies, toddlers, and bigger kids. The baby area has soft play toys and soft blocks. It is enclosed as well. It's not closely monitored for "babies only". The toddler area has a small indoor playground, sensory toys, a ball pit, a spinner ride and a swing ride. Again, it's not closely monitored for toddlers only. The big kid area is very expansive at 3 levels. It has several different slides, crawl tunnels, trampoline areas, but the highlight for my son was the canon shooting. There are soft play balls you shoot from a canon into a fully enclosed area, thus no one gets hit with balls. There's also a small rock climbing wall. They have food but it's all greasy items. Membership is an option as well, but I'm not sure what that provides. Masks are required for ages 5+. Socks are required for all. Hand sanitizers are spread throughout. The only thing I did not like was that I did not see any active cleaning and sanitizing of equipment. Tables were sanitized regularly as were seating areas for adults. The other thing I did not like was that it seemed a bit more crowded than it should have been. Fortunately for myself and son, he gravitated to the baby area (he's 2) which never had more than one other child and parent in it with us. Also the canon ball shoot was not as popular as I would have guessed so we were in that area alone when there. The location is near Dick's so you know where to park unlike us who parked on the way other side of the mall. Overall, this was a fun activity on a Friday afternoon; however, it definitely got more crowded from 4pm on and we left at around 4:30. For awhile though, from 1:30-3:30pm, we were some of the only people in the place. I would say avoid on weekends because I'm sure it gets very crowded.

I'm so happy this place opened. A wonderful find when shopping! My son loved it here and so did I. Kids under 4 are $10 with 2 parents free entry. If you don't have socks they sell the grip socks for $2.50. Unlimited play for all ages, except at the arcade. They had solid arcade games for millennials and gen z parents to enjoy. The food was pretty good. They have a nice variety and they make the pizza fresh! They also were sanitizing the entire place what seemed almost every hour. Lastly I was informed they have birthday party bundles...highly recommend!!

My so. Loves this place! He's 4 and we have purchased the monthly pass! It's in side of the mall which is nice because we can grab a bite to eat or shop after. Always clean when we go and workers are super sweet.

This place was sooo dated and dirty, the bathrooms were unusable because of how disgusting they were. Not worth the price!

The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

But they loved it, especially the gigantic green monster that would occasionally pop up and tower over the course. There are many different packages you can purchase. I ended up going with the combo golf and arcade package. It was a fairly good deal and I knew there was no way I would be getting out of this place without my kids playing a few rounds of Air Hockey and Skee-ball. I also enjoy a good arcade game myself. Some of the games, not all of them, dispense digital tickets. We managed to collect enough to get some fun toys including a spider that would crawl down a wall and an ice cream cone where you can launch the ice cream right off. My son thought this was the best invention ever! Overall, our time here was spectacular. We can't wait to visit again!

So... this was an interesting experience in customer service!…read more I used the FANZO sports bar finder website (fanzo.com) to determine that a pay-per-view boxing event was "confirmed" (per the website) to be showing at Dave & Buster's Fairfax this past Saturday afternoon. I called the location ahead of time that Saturday and spoke to a D&B employee, who put me on hold to check with her manager. She returned a short time later and confirmed that the bar would be showing the boxing event. I drove 20+ minutes to the location and, after waiting at the bar for a while, was told that no, Dave & Buster's would not be showing the event--even though it had been listed as "confirmed" on the sports bar finder website and despite management apparently confirming it over the phone less than an hour earlier. Later that night, I emailed Dave & Buster's Guest Relations (corporate) to explain what had happened and express my frustration with the experience. To my surprise, they responded promptly the next day (on a Sunday!), apologized, and credited me with Dave & Buster's gaming chips as a gesture of goodwill. (I did have to pay a little out of pocket to purchase the Power Card needed for Guest Relations to transfer the gaming chips, but I nonetheless very much appreciated the goodwill gesture.) So I'd definitely rate the initial experience at the location a 1, but I'd rate D&B Guest Relations' prompt response and gesture of goodwill a 4 or 5. So they get a 3 overall from me (higher than their current Yelp average). I'll say that my experiences at this venue prior to this past weekend have generally been good. I just don't think I'll feel comfortable relying on watching any pay-per-view sporting events at this location anytime soon, and - given the experience I had here - would warn others to independently verify any pay-per-view event before making the trip, even if Dave and Buster's staff confirms it over the phone.

They occasionally have an employee "guarding" that area because u need a red armband to get in. But honestly my kids were playing in there for 20min before being spotted and told they had to leave or have their parents pay. The bathroom is clean but beware of the water as it comes out strong and will soak your shirt because it's aimed at a weird angle. My daughter was very disappointed as she was able to get much less in prizes than usual. Despite it being a busy weekend day, they were also very understaffed which caused service to be very slow.
