My daughter attended this gym for eight months, and during that time she didn't improved at all they, have two gym the second gym creation story is written below, After I realized that the management had no real plan for developing gymnasts--their only goal was business. Overcrowded classes with highly inexperienced coaches led me to this conclusion. After my daughter switched to Gym I360 and made significant progress, the management of G-Force took an unethical step by hiring a coach from I360 Gym. Their goal was to bring over all of that coach's students--who had been trained for years under I360's structured program--without making their own long-term investment in skilled coaches and proper gymnast development. Instead of putting in the effort to build their own program, they simply set up a separate training space for the "poached" coach and gymnasts, using them for promotional purposes as if they were a product of G-Force's training. Overall, the management of this gym is extremely unethical.

Not sure why she couldn't wait till the end. Also want to mention that an exact similar thing happened (referencing story below) with coach Jacki when my daughter was wondering off and didn't follow directions when she too was 3 years old. She approached us and said that she is not good at following directions in front of my daughter. She said that by 3 times if they're still not listening they need to approach the parent. No filters whatsoever with this place. Don't waste your time and money with these pple. The front desk staff- there have been a couple different ones but there is one that always looks pissed off. The owners are mean and don't care about you. Bad vibes everywhere at this place.

Rude, Mismanaged, crowded and unprofessional!…read more PARENTS BE AWARE OF THE OWNER'S DOG! My daughter attended for almost a year and we had enough. Besides the rude management staff and questionable "experienced" instructors, what was the last straw was when the owner allowed their dog to roam about the gymnastics floor during a class scaring the kids. Literally my daughter stopped doing anything but held on to me b/c the owner's dog (believe it was a husky), was walking around freely on the mat. When I brought it to the instructors attention, her reply was "yeah that's the owners dog." No one took any action or said anything- the dog was treated with more respect and prioritized over the safety of the kids on the mat!!! This isn't a dog park! You lost a long term customer and I'll be sure to warn other families as well.

We attended this gym for six years, starting when my daughter was 4 and leaving now at age 10. We…read morestayed because she loved gymnastics, but over time it became clear that the environment and particularly the ownership was not supportive or child-centered. Classes were often overcrowded, with kids spending a lot of time waiting for turns and showing limited skill progression. More concerning was the lack of kindness and flexibility from the owner. On one occasion, my daughter was excluded from picture day because I missed an email about a required leotard, resulting in unnecessary tears rather than a simple solution or communication. In another instance, when I missed emails about a competition and asked for guidance, the response was screenshots of emails no support or empathy. I fully acknowledge missing the emails and did not ask or demand anything special but when working with children, there should be a baseline of care, inclusion, and understanding. Unfortunately, that has been lacking. We've chosen to take our business elsewhere to a program that prioritizes kindness, growth, and the emotional well-being of kids, not just rigid rules and transactions. Remember there are other gyms and this doesn't have to be the only choice or acceptable anymore!

The only con is there isn't a viewing area inside. Instead they have windows outside that you can peer into or watch from their firewalled security camera app. It works but would be great to reinforce parents being there in an audience for the kids. Overall, the location is huge with many programs. The staff is always friendly. We recommend checking this place out.

It's important to note that a lot of the really positive reviews here have become rather outdated…read more My child took classes at Fitwize in 2021 and 2022. It was okay. There was a lot of waiting-in-line-for-your-turn (didn't experience this at G-Force, Stingrays) and it often felt like the instructor was more interested in chatting with the students and getting them to laugh at his jokes vs teaching them skills. Some staff - high school students - were clearly not ready to be instructors. Jess is fantastic and my child learned a lot from her, but one teacher cannot an entire tumbling program make and we couldn't always get into her classes. We ended up moving to a program with a greater number of strong instructors who focused on clean form and consistent progression. There are better options in Ashburn.

They understand how to focus and get them to do their work. This has been a game changer for us. Also, my daughter has grown with her tumbling skills because of the amazing coaches here. The staff is always nice and caring. I see people have issues with refunds, but that's a reflection on them not reading the terms before paying, not the Fitwize staff. Always read the fine print when you sign up for things. Deposits are deposits for a reason and those usually cannot be refunded.

I heard a lot of mixed reviews originally, but I am so glad my kids stayed and stuck with this place. their teachers have really proved to be so patient and shown the care and consideration they have towards the young ones. my son loves gymnastics, but he's 3 and not the best listener. they have some established gymnasts as their teachers and they have been a delight to work with. my daughter, 9, has also very much enjoyed her time here & has made fantastic progress! highly recommend this facility for your children to really grow and learn! big shout-out to Kayla, Erin, Grey, Jada & Ari (I hope I spelled their names right) !

But while we were there during our first time, we saw a couple of things that we weren't too fond of. A couple of kids at different times came out to the waiting area crying because they got hurt. The coaches would basically try to shift blame to the kid saying they didn't do anything wrong and that sometimes kids get hurt and that the girls were fine. Felt like they were just deflecting. The coaches for my daughter's class were sitting down for part of the session on mats and wearing house slippers and hoodies while giving directions on what the children should be doing. Sees like they should be more engaged with the kids during warm up and dress more appropriately. Also, while we were waiting, we saw numerous older girls go into the girl's bathroom and they were all being loud and calling people on their cell phones and playing either TikTok videos or YouTube videos. We could hear them in the waiting area. No staff cared or came to tell the girls to stop playing around. I would have felt bad if my 6 year old daughter had to use the bathroom and go in there with them. In the end, we signed our daughter up to try it but we weren't satisfied with what we saw after one visit. We will be going back to the other gymnastics place that seems better even though it is further from our house.
