Great place for the kids to run around and be active. There are 3 big swing sets that are also available for sale. There are 2 trampolines and a basket ball hoop. Then there is a party room where you can bring your own food. We never saw any of the workers except at the front desk which was a bit bizarre. Usually they check on you if you need anything. My kid had so much fun here! One note--careful looking it up on your GPS. Make sure it's the one on Pepsi Place. At first, I was in the wrong location on the total other side of the complex. This was maybe the best place to hang indoors with kids that was non sensory overload. It's chill, cool people working there, no annoying music, no bright colors, lights, etc. No creepy animatronic mouse serving you inedible pizza. It's only ten dollars for each kid to play, no fee for adults. They also do birthday parties and sell the play equipment. We played for almost two hours and there were enough different fun activities (rock climbing, slides, swings, trampolines, basketball courts) for the kids not to get board. I visited this place and it was a disaster from the beginning. The employee and acclaimed manager was rude, and arrogant. He was hostile toward my children and made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. He even threatened us, over bringing water in the facility and we had reusable water bottles. There are many welcoming places around here save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I've heard great things about here and I was excited to check it out as a possible venue for my son's birthday. I called in advance to get more info and the person on the phone lacked enthusiasm that other venues had. Despite the initial bad interaction, my family decided to check it out and hoped it could work for our birthday party. When we arrived, there were two men working at the front desk. Both were unfriendly and gave us very short responses. We did not feel welcomed and we had to see things for ourselves as the men did not get up to show us anything that we asked. Our young son walked up to one of the playground equipments and touched it. One of the men came over immediately to tell us "no open play." There was no one else in the store and they knew we were there just to check out the place for a birthday venue. We left and although they did have availability for the date we wanted, it became our last choice out of the venue options. There is so much potential here but the customer service was horrendous. Especially for a place that is meant to serve families with children, I hope that they get more courteous employees. read more

This review is for the equipment I purchased. Our experience with purchase and installation was smooth and pain free! The equipment, especially for the amount of money spent, is a huge waste of money and disappointment. We have had our set for 5 years and it has fallen apart. The wood has rotted in so many places that it is too dangerous to be used. The swing set portion of the set has rotted- the 'climbing wall has rotted and the floor boards of the play house have rotted. This breaks my heart because my kids adore their play set and it was a true dream come to life for our family. Most people have to give away their sets long after their children have grown. We are faced with the sad situation of breaking ours down long before our kids have outgrown the use of it. My recommendation would be to avoid real wood play-sets. read more

This is supposed to be an equipment store but letting kids to play with an entrance fee. However, the staff does not know a thing about kids. They are very rude, do not go there. There are a lot better indoor playgrounds with educated staff for the same price. read more

After reaching out to Goalrilla to express my disappoint, they followed up with me 6 weeks later. After sending Goalrilla some pictures, they sent out Play N Learn to address the issue. Frank from Play N Learn came out to my house and offered to square the backboard with my house. Play N Learn ended up drilling new holes in the concrete base and was able to secure the bolts with epoxy. The basketball hoop is now square with my house. I recommend reaching out to Frank if you have as he was very responsive understanding of my concerns. read more

Came here for a birthday party and enjoyed the facility. A half dozen good sized playground sets to go with numerous basketball hoops of various heights, a foosball table, and trampolines setup a nice location for kids to have fun. I'm sure this place is popular in summer when it may be too hot outside or winter when kids want to play on the swings but not be out in the cold. It's an excellent idea of a business. I can't speak for the cost or how many kids are here when the place is open for business since the party was private. We'll be back at some point on a weekend to take it all on again as paying customers. read more

My boys love love love this place. It's a great concept really-they sell all of the playsets and trampolines so essentially you're trying them out. It's a great place to get the sillies out. At $8 per child for 2 hours of play isn't terrible but also isn't super inexpensive either. Overall huge fans, and awesome to go to on a rainy, hot or cold day. read more

We had a great time at the play n learn! It's a ton of playset set ups as well as different size trampolines. The biggest bonus for me was the fact that it's indoors so it's an all weather option. It is $8 per kid to play but I felt it was well worth it. My son is 2.5 so some of the climbing features were a little advanced but he had a blast. I also appreciate that the staff (at least while we were there) were checking the equipment to make sure everything was secure. There are a few little tables spread throughout and I saw a number of kids hanging for a midday snack. I came here with my three kids, ages 3, 5, 7, and my niece and nephew who are 3. They all had a good time, but it was mostly preschool age kids there so I kept having to tell my older ones to watch out that they didn't run over the little ones. The equipment is very nice quality...spring free trampolines and wood playsets which I know are pricey and very sturdy. There were also 4 basketball hoops (3 of which were low down making it easier for the little ones to reach), an air hockey table, a ping-pong table, and foosball table. It was very reasonably priced and clean. My only complaint was the lack of seating for parents. There was one small table with 3 chairs and 2 folding chairs up against the wall. The was picnic table style seating built in underneath the wood playsets but they didn't allow you to be able to watch your children throughout the whole play area. There were mom's sitting on the ground nursing their babies because there was nowhere to sit. There was room for them to put more seating, but very little to be had. Poor customer service...I had an appointment for the spring free trampoline screen to be replaced and was charged $150 for the labor. It was noticed that one of the knuckles was broken. It's a plastic part which cost 5.95 to replace. A day later, when I called them back to ask that they return and replace the broken part I was told by Sarah that I would be charged another $99 for labor and that was their standard practice for the first 30 minutes. I feel like this is a poor standard customer service practice. Be weary of this vendor. read more

Not sure where to begin. I had multiple interactions thru their online "chat" feature prior to arriving in store to try out the equipment. This is our second time visiting this site; the first was to look at the play sets. The online chat is a neat feature and helps you iron out a few details prior to arrival. It saves time and is helpful. Prior to my arrival on December 13, 2020, I contacted Play n Learn twice via online chat. Once to get some rough estimates and info about stocked items (Corey), and the other to request a visit so that we could try out the trampolines and compare the AlleyOOP and Springfree options (Tyrone). Both chat experiences were informative, effective, and efficient. I arrived with both sons and was greeted immediately by Tyrone. He was so polite and held the door open for us. Both Corey and Tyrone were friendly and provided great information on the differences between the models/manufacturers and allowed us plenty of time to play. The place was clean. Both were wearing masks and would check in with me to see if I had questions. Each time Tyrone came by to check in with me, I would ask a simple question or ask his opinion on the quality or the different accessories, etc. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I never once felt pressured or pushed toward one model. He knew enough about each model that helped me in my decision. I asked Corey for estimates on three models. Ultimately, I went with the Springfree Large Square trampoline bc my #1 concern was safety, the bounce space, and the weight capacity, which is 1100lbs. I continued to ask questions regarding the net, zipper concern, and the availability for delivery and install. Tyrone was so patient and understanding of all my questions. He even made me laugh, which I needed. I got to the register and Corey checked us out. He explained everything to me and we settled the purchase. I am so grateful that they were there, on site, and it was even more special that I had an opportunity to chat with both prior to arriving. Awesome wooden play sets and really fun trampolines to try out. The play sets include Swings, slides, rock climbing walls, tire swings and more. I don't have the backyard for one of these play sets so it's nice that they now have open play for $6 Mon-Fri. My 2 year old really enjoyed it and I'm sure she will for several years to come as there are somethings she's still alittle too small for so she will certainly grow into them. With the unpredictable VA weather it will be nice to have the park experience and allow my 2 year old to burn off some energy. They now have a nice padded rubber flooring throughout the area. We will definitely be back. I had a ball jumping on the trampoline too! They have only had there open play available for 2 weeks so not many people were there. Just 2 other moms with their toddlers. Would not recommend making purchases from this store. Customer service has been very poor. Purchased a glider on-line from them as I was told they couldn't process an order in-person or over phone. Spent close to $400 on it. Never received it. Had to make multiple calls to store to finally get it delivered. What got delivered was two huge boxes of materials with absolutely no instructions. I don't even think one of the boxes is related to the order. Had to make several additional phone calls to ask for instructions. Still waiting for decent customer service. May be a good place to bring kids to play but would go somewhere else to deal if you need equipment. read more
