Food was ok, only 6 people in restaurant and they got our order wrong. Very frugal with ice in drinks, melted within minutes of serving.

There has been a couple of occasions when machines werent working properly. When that happened the troubleshooting process went real smooth from informing the front desk to them calling the technician to fix the issue. Drinks and food are pretty good no complaints there. Really fun place to watch any sports game

So... this was an interesting experience in customer service!…read more I used the FANZO sports bar finder website (fanzo.com) to determine that a pay-per-view boxing event was "confirmed" (per the website) to be showing at Dave & Buster's Fairfax this past Saturday afternoon. I called the location ahead of time that Saturday and spoke to a D&B employee, who put me on hold to check with her manager. She returned a short time later and confirmed that the bar would be showing the boxing event. I drove 20+ minutes to the location and, after waiting at the bar for a while, was told that no, Dave & Buster's would not be showing the event--even though it had been listed as "confirmed" on the sports bar finder website and despite management apparently confirming it over the phone less than an hour earlier. Later that night, I emailed Dave & Buster's Guest Relations (corporate) to explain what had happened and express my frustration with the experience. To my surprise, they responded promptly the next day (on a Sunday!), apologized, and credited me with Dave & Buster's gaming chips as a gesture of goodwill. (I did have to pay a little out of pocket to purchase the Power Card needed for Guest Relations to transfer the gaming chips, but I nonetheless very much appreciated the goodwill gesture.) So I'd definitely rate the initial experience at the location a 1, but I'd rate D&B Guest Relations' prompt response and gesture of goodwill a 4 or 5. So they get a 3 overall from me (higher than their current Yelp average). I'll say that my experiences at this venue prior to this past weekend have generally been good. I just don't think I'll feel comfortable relying on watching any pay-per-view sporting events at this location anytime soon, and - given the experience I had here - would warn others to independently verify any pay-per-view event before making the trip, even if Dave and Buster's staff confirms it over the phone.

Plenty of parking!…read more We did three games for $25. Our team had 5 people, and we were against 2 other groups. When you enter, you are shown a short video with instructions on what to do. You are then take to a room to put on the vest-laser gun combination. A few minutes later, the game begins! If you ask them to show you where the bases are, they will show you and you could hit those bases for more points. You cannot tag another teammate, and when you tagged, there's a few second delay before you are back into play. The age range was from elementary school children to working professionals. It was a fun experience trying to strategize how to get the most number of points! Some folks decided to stay high up and shoot downwards. Others sought to aim for the bases since they have quite a bit of points. Another team defended their base. I would definitely come again!

We had a group of 13 that went yesterday and everyone had a fun time. The staff was nice and they even gave us free game for the price of 2. I like this place because it's big and has 2 levels so lot more room to move and shoot people. The lazers are visible so you can actually see what your are shooting at. All the equipment worked fine and had no issues. Besides lazer tag they have some newer arcades and rooms for birthday parties. I like this place better than shadowland but it's more expensive

Pizza is SO MUCH BETTER than it was many years ago. I also had the bone in hot honey wings...YUCK!…read moreI asked for extra crispy, but didn't get it that way. They are fatty under the slimy skin. Never again. The place is clean tho, which is nice, and it seems the games all work. They do have the "adventure" thing which is just an enclosed obstacle course which the kids loves but it comes with an extra cost which sucked. They occasionally have an employee "guarding" that area because u need a red armband to get in. But honestly my kids were playing in there for 20min before being spotted and told they had to leave or have their parents pay. The bathroom is clean but beware of the water as it comes out strong and will soak your shirt because it's aimed at a weird angle. Also the automatic hand dryer stops after about 3-5sec which is useless and irritating. OVERALL, I will come back. Oh...maybe turn the music down a bit. It gave me a slight headache cuz it was so darn loud.

Games that used to give out 100 tickets were changed to only give out 25 max, and scores that used to reward 10 or more tickets now only rewarded 1. My daughter was very disappointed as she was able to get much less in prizes than usual. Despite it being a busy weekend day, they were also very understaffed which caused service to be very slow. Next time we go to Chuck-e-cheese, we will try another location (in the hopes that it will be much better). If not better, that will probably be our last visit.
