Really enjoyed my time here for my nephew birthday party! It is a smaller location and got packed pretty quickly as it was 3 other parties . I love the dance floor in the middle that kids loved. It was a really bad experience! I won't go back! I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese in several years And I was shocked and very disappointed with this Chuck E. Cheese. The facility was very small. there was not a lot of games in the arcade and they were all too close to each other. it was $25 a child for 45 minutes of unlimited games which I find outrageous plus there was a daycare center in the facility at the time so it was very difficult to get a turn for any of the games! I didn't see any of the characters at all. Finally when I went to get my picture sketched,the machine said it would be done in less than a minute, but I had to leave because it wasn't coming out! Went here for my nephews birthday. All of the crew was real nice. The food was good, we got pepperoni pizzas and the Louisiana honey chicken wings. The two employees that stood out the most with the greatest attitudes were Lamaris and Kevin. Lamaris had such a great personality and was so helpful with everything we needed. Kevin helped with a machine that wasn't working properly and it was no problem for him. Thank you for such a great experience. We will definitely be back! read more

I have been coming to this Chuck E Cheese with my grandchildren for several years now, and the staff here are always friendly, helpful, and so patient with the kids. I never cared much for the pizza here, but they now offer a pizza and salad bar that is reasonably priced and includes a nice variety of pizzas. And I think the quality of pizza has improved. The place is usually pretty clean, even with a zillion kids running around, although the bathrooms could use a little more frequent service. read more

It's not often that a place like Chuck E Cheese is overly accommodating to a child with special needs, mostly because of the overwhelming majority of children that go that do not have disabilities and the inability of a small staff to cater to specific needs. However, this location has astounded me with their compassion and understanding in regards to my child and his love for this establishment. My child has autism and has been coming to Chuck E Cheese for over ten years, probably amounting to almost a thousand visits in his lifetime (collecting thousands of tokens and tickets along the way). It is his favorite place in the world, so much so that it is essentially a requirement that wherever we go has a Chuck E Cheese nearby, and it is incredibly important to us that he is able to enjoy himself there when we take him. When we go to Myrtle Beach we take the trip multiple times throughout the week to Florence, SC so he can go to Chuck E Cheese, and this past experience was so great that I had to comment on it. The manager at the branch in Florence, SC treated us better than ever expected, with generosity and understanding that truly made our experience. We will make sure to come back to this branch every time we are in South Carolina, and we hope this branch follows the example of the current manager (whose name I unfortunately do not know, but she is a blonde female) who has a heart of gold and a true love for children. read more

Just after getting in the front door of this place and heading to get tokens, the manager rudely informed us that we needed to leave because my 4 yr old autistic child had her service dog with her and they do not allow service animals inside their restaurant. After we left and did not allow them to scan our wrists, they chased us out into the parking lot and to our car demanding that they could not let us leave. They scared the heck out of my daughter who did not understand why two men were chasing her though the parking lot, one yelling to the other "grab her", trying to get her arm and yelling at her mother. They were saying they had to call the police and make a kidnapping report because they had no proof she was my daughter, even though they were both present when we came in and there were only a couple of people in the place. Not to mention they harassed us as soon as we came in and knew that my daughter had been tethered to her dog the entire time. read more
