This is probably one of my top 5 worst experiences with Pizza Hut. The chicken barley has any sauce on them and they didn't even properly put it on there they just squirted it on there. The pizza was squished to one side of the box when we opened it and the cheese was all over the box.

Ordered delivery, 2 stuffed crust pizzas and breadsticks. Paid over $40.00, pizza is delivered open the boxes only to find they had apparently been dropped at some point. No apology from the driver or even a mention that they had been dropped. If you want decent pizza and service I'd recommend looking elsewhere

My order got canceled on 2/22/2025 I order through pizzahut on west second loop in Florence SC 29501 and they gave my order to DoorDash , my order was canceled and they keep blaming each other and no one haven't gave me back my money yet and Pizza Hut suppose reach out to me and I haven't heard from them yet and it's going on two weeks . read more

Not even a 1. Hung up on several times waiting to place order. Online delivery order went through. Pizza arrived cold a hour and a half later. Tried to call local manager and was put on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. Don't think we'll go there any time soon. Could have gotten it Fed Ex from Italy quicker. From now on it's Digiirno. read more

Placed a delivery it took 1 hour and 30 min when the delivery man showed up I told him I was not paying for the pizza my lunch hour was over he threw the pizza in the car and drove off I would understand if it was an awkward time of the day But it was around 1:30 on a Wednesday I tried to call the manager and was put on hold for 35 minutes read more

This is the 3rd time in the past 6 months that we have ordered from this location so I wasn't to surprised that our food wasn't going to be correct considering the other 2 times IT WAS WRONG. You can never speak to someone in the store you talk to people in a call center that can never help. They are quick to tell you they will put a credit on your account for the next time you order. I DON'T NEED A CREDIT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. And by the you might need to hire delivery drivers that actually need to work instead of hiring people that have absolutely no personality and very rude. read more

My only positive review of this place is thy they had very quick delivery. Unfortunately this meant two large pan pizzas with the dough not completely done cooking. Definitely not going back to them - or at least not from this location. read more

Awesome pie! With new menu and ingredients, they give small personal pizza shops to the back of the line. I love the "toasting" of the crust and freshness of toppings. I have had the pizza's from there in the last few weeks and the consistency has been on-time. A couple of dollars more, but worth it! read more

It has been years since I ordered from Pizza Hut ... now I know why. Took 50 minutes for delivery, needless to say it was cold. Will be years again if ever. Driver shows up without a receipt so had to sign the order slip and write in the tip on a made up receipt. I don't blame him, he was friendly and apologetic for the receipt. The management needs to be changed, read the negative reviews. Business expense so no receipt for me either. I had the online confirmation which I'll print to expense. It might just be this location ... I have a few friends who consistently order from Pizza Hut. I'm not local but frequent Florence often for business.., it was late not much open but next time it won't be Pizza Hut. You can do better. read more

If you like cold pizza, incorrect orders and waiting a really long time ( last time hour and 35 mins I live a half mile away) then this is your place! Just got my cheese pizza ...funny I ordered a pepperoni pizza...and they told me they were out of stuffed crust at 5pm on a Sunday? Hmm Well worth the hour and 15 mins I waited! Thanks Pizza Hut! I remember when you used to actually care about your pizza and it tasted good really disappointing to spend $60 on cold incorrect tardy food. Do yourself a favor call anyone but them awful food consistently. Yuk read more

I have ordered veggie personal pan pizzas for pickup from this location many times and never had any issues. Tonight was different. My veggie ppp tastes like leftovers. The dough was hard and chewy, and it tasted stale. The only fresh vegetables were the black olives. The mushrooms, green peppers, cheese, and the sauce were dry.
