Worst website experience always. It never accepts credit cards. Finally called to place order for delivery. $25 and no call, nothing after an hour. I call, they remake and send by Doordash. Almost 2 hours. This isnt isolated. It happens to every single Marcos Ive ever tried to place online orders. How can it be this difficult to fux your website. Clearly others complain about it. Absolutely recommend Marco's!!! Normally, I've always enjoyed their pizza!! But tonight, I looked at the menu online, and noticed the subs they offer! I chose the ham and cheese sub. I even asked for several additions to it!! I paid online and picked it up at their window!! The young lady was super and represented well!! We have ordered from this store for years and a couple yrs ago it changed. The pizza use to be great but it started being under cooked, dough almost raw and veges under cooked. We get Marcos in NC and at the beach and it's fine. What is going on here. read more

Marcos has great fresh pizzas. Their ingredient list is good although fresh garlic would be nice. My personal problem is its on the other side of the county! But if I'm over there and the stars are aligned, its a consistently good bet. read more

This review for the dine in experience. The menu was up on the wall in such small print it couldn't be read and they had no menus to look at. The girl behind the counter didn't know the size of the pizzas when I asked and then acted like I was putting her out when I asked to see the pans. I finally put in my order and sat down with my kids only to have two TVs loudly blaring two different stations, one of which had on a tv14 rating which was glorifying drug use and which I would never let my kids watch. The pizza itself was served in a box. It was pretty good. They cut it wrong so the girl went and made us another whole pizza! Now that alone did make me up the stars to medium. Stayed in a hotel in Florence for work, but was too lazy to drive anywhere...so I ordered delivery from Marco's and got the pizza right at my hotel door. I LOVE white sauce pizza and thankfully, Marco's had that option! I found this place via. Yelp and trusted the reviews. I ordered a custom pizza through the phone--white sauce, original crust, sausage and spinach as my toppings. It came out to about $20 for a large pizza. I also wanted ranch and garlic butter as my side dipping sauces. If I remember correctly, they should be free (unlike Pizza Hut/other chains) and they are a hefty size! If you know the size of Papa John's sauces, Marco's sauces have a deeper container with more sauce perfect for dipping. Pizza came perfectly in it's box and it was so tasty! I just wish there were a bit more pieces of sausage (so good) and more pieces of spinach. It seemed kind of sparse, but I was so hungry I didn't really care. As long as the white sauce was good--which it was! There was a fair amount of grease when I bit into a slice...I had to wipe the grease that dripped down the side of my mouth twice. Take it as you will if that means it's a good pizza or not, but I'd give this place a solid 4 stars. read more

I am very disappointed in my local store. I placed an order last week and they messed it up. When I called in the male GM put me down to get a free pizza to make up for the last one. I was supposed to get extra tomatoes and extra onions. They made it with tomatoes and onions only on one half. I called in today to get the "free pizza" - I added a salad and the total was $18 and some change. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE EXTRA TOMATOES AND ONIONS I DID NOT GET THE FIRST TIME. The manager I spoke with tonight was Kara and she was very short and rude with me. Would not even hear my questions about why I was being charged for THEIR error. The food is good but it's not worth the hassle and the ridiculous treatment you get when THEY messed up. Never again. I have reached out to corporate and I am awaiting a return call. We live Marcos!!! The crust on the pizza is buttery and garlicky, which we love. My mother in law can't have tomato sauce so we tried the white sauce pizza and it was phenomenal. Whenever we want pizza, we get Marcos. It beats all the pizza places in town. read more

I have yet to return to any of the other large pizza chains since these guys moved into town. Generally, I ordered whatever I want from them to go so I haven't eaten in or gotten delivery before. They have a website where you can place your order and pay online so you can just walk in and pick up your food. They offer more than just pizza too. I've tried their subs, bread sticks, and salads and everything was good. Periodically they'll have really nice deals running on their website so it's worth checking there before ordering. read more

I love their pizza and have been a loyal customer. I placed a delivery order online. Waited over 2 hours, no pizza. Logged in online and saw my order was cancelled. No phone call. I called the store, was placed on hold. Then another hold. Employee told me my pizza was at the store and the delivery driver came but I didn't answer. That is a lie. No one knocked on my door. I did not take a bathroom break. The employee told me that if I wanted the pizza I ordered two hours ago I could come grab. I was willing to drive to the store but I didn't want a pizza that was made 90 minutes ago. I asked for a supervisor and she reiterated what the employee said about me not answering the door. All I wanted was my pizza remade and I would drive to get it. Now I have to wait 2-3 business days for a refund. I love their pizza but will not order again because of the customer service I received today. read more

In Florence Marco's is the best delivery pizza in town. We live in Ebenezer so if we order Domino's it comes from Timmonsville - 1 hour later. Papa John's anywhere else has edge-to-edge toppings, not here. Marco's delivery is fast and friendly. The toppings are plentiful and fresh. The veggies taste like they are garden fresh. Sausage is huge and full of flavor. I won't eat Domino's and Papa John's here. Marco's is the only one for me. read more

I will say to begin that the food here was wonderful. Real ingredients and dough is done by hand. On the bad is the fact I stood there with my kids for 20 minutes while an employee looked at me twice and then decided I was good enough to talk to. To comment on a previous review we almost always get thin crust and love it so it is just your preference. Called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who actually answered the phone (love it, most mgrs do not). Dalton listened to my concerns, did not talk down to me or patronize, he was so polite and sincere. Never once did he give the "fake" apology, which I abhor.
