No bacon was added onto my pepperoni and bacon pizza. One of the pizzas was undercooked. Overall, the pizza is very sad and bland.

Pizza Hut, haven't eaten at this chain since a young person. Restaurant is across from The Julia cinema. I wanted eat inside and experience the Hut, it was bit deflating. The jukebox was out of order, there were 3 booths a piece on each side of restaurant w no signs of activity. The actual pizza was scant w toppings, the taste was okay nothing I would make a repeat trip for. Very minimal topping, laugh out loud how miniscule. Pizza & Buffalo wings for $23.09 is not a terrible price but same can be purchased cheaper w better topping at competitors. read more

This Pizza Hut is one of the best in my opinion. I've always been treated kindly there and the manager seems to run a tight ship. The pizza is your standard Pizza Hut pizza, which I do enjoy. I like the fact we can get personal pan pizza anytime of day. Maybe it's been that way for a long time, but I remember the day when they were only available during lunch time. read more

My 5 year old is continuing on with the Pizza Hut reading reward system, so we went in to treat the little one. We went on a Wednesday, (1/8/20), which is apparently wing night and a heavy takeout day. Our server was SO ATTENTIVE. I believe her name was Sherry. I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in years. I was craving pizza so I went there. Big mistake. I ordered the thin crispy super supreme. The pizza was grossly over cooked. The pepperoni was actually crispy. There was no moisture to this pizza at all. Ruined my reintroduction to Pizza Hut. read more

I had a taste for pizza, so I decided to try a Florence location Pizza Hut. I traveled to this location specifically for the lunch buffet. Upon arrival I thought I was in the wrong restaurant. Their was neither a salad bar, nor pizza bar. I ask the staff about the lunch buffet. I was told I could get my fountain drink and have a seat. Once I was seated, I was ask what type of pizza I like, my initial selection was pan crust pepperoni. I didn't know they would prepare me a whole pepperoni pizza. I informed the waitress I was interested in sampling a variety of their pizzas, so she gave me as much of the pizza pie as I wanted. Husband and I usually order delivery from the second loop location. However the wait is always an hour plus. So today we decided to come to this location for lunch. And I am so glad we did. The waitress was outstanding. Went above and beyond what she needed to do and the food was delicious. We moved here from rock hill and are used to the lunch buffet being an actually buffet but it's not here. They bring you your own personal salad and make whatever pizza you request. We were both pleasantly surprised and will definitely make it a regular on our rare kid free lunch dates. Thanks for making our day. read more

Eat at this pizza hut location at your own risk. My family and I ate here this past Sunday (11/22/15). We arrived mid-afternoon around 2:00pm and the restaurant was basically empty (it was just us and one other table). Our waitress, while pleasant enough, moved extremely slowly. It took over 10 minutes for us to get our drinks. We then put in our order, 2 large pizza's and a large order of bread sticks. After waiting 20 minutes our bread sticks finally came out and they were overcooked and not good. We then waited another 30 minutes for our pizza (we were not 50 minutes since ordering). The first pizza that came out was a large pan Cheese and it was horribly burnt- it looked disgusting. I told the waitress we didn't want it. After another 10 minutes the 2nd pizza come out (large onions and green peppers) and it was also burnt- although not as badly as the first one. We asked the waitress why everything took so long and she said it was because they accidentally gave our pizza's away to a to-go order. Not once did the manager come over to apologize or ask us about our experience. Also- during the entire 70 minutes we were there our waitress did not ask us if we needed refills at all. After awhile we just ended up going up to the soda fountain and getting them ourselves. The only redeeming quality of the experience was that after the first pizza came out the waitress offered us a free order of wings. When our check came though the burnt pizza was still on the bill! Normally I wouldn't leave such a scathing review but about a year ago my family and I ate at this same Pizza Hut and the service was horrible. Since my wife love's Pizza Hut we decided to give it another try thinking that maybe the first time was a fluke. Well it turns out it wasn't a fluke- this Pizza Hut location is just awful and the staff doesn't care. Stay away! read more

This was the worst pizza I have ever ordered anywhere! We ordered 3 personal pan pizzas for dinner. All three of the pizzas had hardly any sauce and were dry. Two of the three pizzas had crust that had bubbled up over the entire pizza, so the toppings were missing. They were literally just dry, bubbled up crust with no sauce or toppings. They actually boxed these up and sold them to us! The employees were incompetent and slow. I will never eat at this Pizza Hut again and do not recommend it to anyone! read more
