We went to this location for a birthday party, we have been to few other similar places such as Peekaboo, Pump it up (so famous) and Luv 2 Play, but there was something not as enjoyable with this place. Pizzas were burnt, were late, chicken pizza had 1 piece of chicken on the tip of the slice (come on). The game area was so chaotic, it's a small place so you will always be in the way of other players or other games and that's annoying. Some of the games were broken! I highly recommend checking Pump it Up, they have an amazing system and it's not chaotic and has so much more space to enjoy

We came here on Labor Day and it was busier than I imagined. But I do want to mention that the staff were great: There was a white lady with blonde hair & lashes that was very efficient and nice, helped us check in and get our game card ready. Then there was a younger African American girl with short hair who was very friendly and replaced my fork for the salad bar. Then another African American girl with long hair in a pony tail got help because the paper for one of the picture taking machine ran out. And another gentleman found me and gave me the photo that never came out because the paper was empty. Like for real, this place had great service! The place was nice and clean, some of the machines weren't working properly, but there was a gentleman fixing machines & even gave my daughter one free play, lol. I had a salad for 12.99$ but it was all you can eat so totally worth it. They do have cups for water which was great because I don't drink soda. There was also a trampoline area which was $10 extra comes with a wristband and socks. It's nice because they can jump all day especially after the 60 minutes of play I paid for.

    Extra large pizza.

The food was great! Good customer service. We came on a Wednesday so it was a chill day. Very little people. I forgot to ask for the person that helped us through everything but he was awesome!!!

My kids had an amazing time thanks to Chloe and Rebecca! My son just turned 4 and they kept everything super clean as messy as my party was. Super friendly and helpful. We're coming back just for them!

What do I think about this establishment???? It's over priced. It's understaffed. There were 2-3 young people running the place. No one stamping the families or groups in which used to be an added benefit to have your group connected together and the children would only be able to leave with the adult they came with but that security is gone. Anyway.... no coins, just purchase minutes. $40 for $90., $10 for the trampoline. No ball pit but why extra for the trampoline. $30 for 1 pizza. Then drinks etc. No ma'am.

Clean and newly remodeled I think. Great customer service and everyone is kind and friendly. We came on a Wednesday afternoon and it was empty. Will come back soon. My son and his friend had the time of their lives. Thank you Chucky Cheese staff

Stopped by here while on vacation as a means of entertaining the kids for a few hours. I've been to many locations but this one wasn't the cleanest. While first entering there was a strong Oder that's instantly hits you. Although I did see employees wiping down tables the floors had crumbs on it, machines had empty pizza plates and napkins and it just wasn't the usual cleanliness I'm used to. The service was okay, nothing extraordinary and nothing awful. Everything was mediocre. We didn't end up ordering food and just played games and left after two hours. Located in a shopping complex there is plenty of parking all around.

The manager, Melanie, was sitting on her phone while there were about 5 people in line waiting to be helped. We all stood in line for about 10 minutes, all the while she's still on her phone and looking up at the line, not offering any help. I walked over to a man busily down on his hands and knees working on fixing some of the machines and he kindly got up, stopped what he was doing to help everyone in line. He helped all of us waiting and Melanie hadn't budged. 20 minutes pass by and the manager remained on her phone and didn't help at all. Pretty poor behavior and service on the part of the manager. The man was friendly and patient despite receiving any help from the manager.

My 3 year old absolutely loves coming here!! The ambiance is perfect for kids. I love that they have a separate area with games for kids her age. She loves the game where she has to feed a dog plastic balls and also the Scooby doo mystery machine van game. Although the food can get a bit pricey, it's nice to have that option to order food. The food service is slow though so if you order food, do it in advance and play games while you wait for food.

The staff, at least on the day were there, was fantastic. Since we were the only ones there, she almost gave us a personalized tour to explain some of the exhibits and talk about the lab and what they do. They have an easy scavenger hunt for children with a nice t-shirt as a prize. They are pretty generous with the scavenger hunt and let children of all ages play. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. There was a random kid that wandered into the party area and also an elderly woman and a baby that was not part of our party. Other reviews are spot on, though. The lines can get long, it feels overcrowded pretty quickly, and the staff doesn't seem particularly engaged (at all). None of that is ideal, but honestly, I can look past those things. My biggest concern is the age range. During our visit this morning, there were several older kids (around 10-12 years old) tearing through the play areas, running up slides clearly marked not to do so, and pushing past both adults and younger children. I watched two babies get knocked over, tears and all. While I believe parents should absolutely manage their kids' behavior, the age gap itself feels like the core issue. Having toddlers and babies in the same play area doesn't feel safe. I understand the challenge: families with younger kids and older siblings want a place everyone can enjoy, and birthday parties often include mixed ages. But the reality is that older kids are naturally more rambunctious, and there's nothing wrong with that. This space just isn't designed for them. Ultimately, it feels like an accident waiting to happen. Great concept and a hit with younger kids, but the lack of age separation makes it hard to feel fully comfortable from a safety standpoint.

I had to request water pitchers, ask for a candle and lighter, and no one offered to help cut the cake. The staff didn't offer much help coordinating the event. I've had parties at Pump It Up, where the staff was much more attentive and proactive. I also had an unpleasant interaction with an employee (Scott?). The employee's old white car was parked in front of the facility, with its windows completely down and a cracked windshield, and its alarm went off. The employee came outside, WALKED ON THE HOOD OF HIS CAR to turn off the alarm, and then accused me of hitting his car. My husband and the five children in my car all confirmed that I didn't. After confronting me in the parking lot, he walked back into K1 while I followed behind. I found it very inappropriate for an employee to yell at a customer, especially as they were entering the business. The kids enjoyed themselves, but the overall customer service was not up to my expectations. When I book a party I like to be stress free, otherwise I would just host a party at my own house.

We were informed that adults are NOT allowed on the second story of the play structure and cannot accompany our child on the slides. Our 21 month old had to stay on the first floor the whole visit. She started getting upset that we wouldn't allow her to follow the other kids up to the slides. I asked an employee why we couldn't go down the slides with our daughter and she said per new ownership, they changed the rules. Except recent videos (as of today) on social media of people advertising this place show adults going down the slides. We also witnessed adults walking around the top floors with their kids and going down the slides. It seems that the rules aren't applicable to everyone. Tons of balls in the ball pit were deflated, the ball cannon shooters were not working and that's pretty much all there is to do if you stay on the ground floor. Older kids can play in the ball pit and it's simply way too small for that. My daughter was terrified of the older kids running and jumping into the pit around her. It was a rainy day outside and very crowded. I asked one of the floor workers if she could turn on the giant overhead fan to help move some air around since it was very muggy and warm and she said she had to ask the owner first. She even admitted she was getting hot as well. 20 minutes went by and it was never turned on. I guess it doesn't work? Not sure why you need to ask the owner for permission to turn on a fan. The layout could use a little rearranging. It's a cool concept, just not executed nearly as well as others with the same idea. For the price, $40-ish for two adults to accompany their toddler, it's absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Also keep in mind, if you order tickets and sign the waiver ahead of time, you'll still have to wait in line behind people who didn't. Just one person in front of us with one child took 15 minutes to buy their tickets and sign the waiver. Once we were checked in which took less than 5 minutes, the line was out the door. There are also no lockers to safely put your belongings in, just open cubby's.
