Chubby fish is the best all you can eat place I have ever been to. The food selection is abundant and everything comes out fresh and delicious. My favorite food item was the birria ramen because it was different and special. The service is great and is a bonus robot server that makes everything way more fun than it needs to be. The price is unbeatable and the whole place is decorated with very fun graphics and science that make it a very immersive and fun experience. Everyone should go here every day of the week. I cannot wait to come back.

Chubby Fish is a great spot for all-you-can-eat sushi! There are so many rolls to choose from, which makes it fun to try a bunch of different options. The biggest downside is that getting a table can be difficult, so I'd definitely recommend planning ahead if you want to go!

Chubby Fish Sushi is an all you can eat sushi restaurant serving high quality food for a reasonable price. The fish is super fresh and delicious. Many AYCE sushi restaurants will pack lots of rice in the food but not Chubby Fish, everything you get is super good quality with lots of fish. They didn't skimp on anything. Service was a little hectic since they were packed full, but I think they still did a good job. The best part is a robot delivers the food to your table, that was so much fun. I love chubby fish and hope to come back some day when I'm in town again!

We really wanted to try this place and finally did on a Monday night. They have an Open Table waitlist, so I jumped on that when there were about 12 parties waiting. It took about 25 minutes for our table to be ready which is pretty legit at 5:45pm. The inside is super cute and the decor is bright and friendly. I enjoyed checking out all the cute touches and artistry! The food came pretty fast. I would say this sushi is pretty mid if you're comparing to high quality, fancy sushi. But for AYCE, it's great! For $30.99/person, we definitely ate our money's worth! I think in total we ordered like 7 rolls, 8 pieces of nigiri, and 6 different side dishes. Sesame balls, tako yaki, cheese wontons, were all subpar. The jalapeno bomb I would not recommend - it was overall just strange and not what I was expecting. There was like a weird meat mixture deep fried with the shell of the jalapeno. I would definitely order the Truffle White Tuna and Crispy Spicy Tuna side dishes again. Shout out to the Fire in the Sky Roll and the deliciously simple Salmon Avocado Roll. Overall, a great place to eat your weight in sushi. Service was super friendly and they move fast! Also recommend the house hot sake to compliment the meal!

The sides and apps were amazing! The sushi, mid. The parking is horrible! It's a small/medium lot that shares with the surrounding businesses. Try to carpool or go on a weekday when it's less crowded. I will start by saying, sushi is not my favorite thing but my friends love sushi and for all you can eat pricing with plenty of apps to choose from I thought it would be fun to go. We joined the virtual waitlist through Yelp and just kept an eye on it. When we arrived we were seated immediately. Our waiter explained how it worked and we began ordering. I started with the steak hibachi and a side of fries! The hibachi was good! Nice flavors and good temperature. The fries were so crispy! I love a crispy fry! I also got a small ramen and it was flavorful and tasted amazing! The sushi rolls were pretty big! My friends said it was too rice heavy and the fish was a little squishy. Since I don't eat sushi I couldn't tell the difference when I tasted it so I took their word on it. At one point our waitress forgot to check on us so we couldn't order more food till she showed up. She got a little busy and I tried getting her attention a few times. Even asked a different waiter if they could track her down or take our next order. When she did finally come back she admitted she forgot to check on us and technically our time was up. But since it was her mistake she gave us an extra 30 mins and took our last orders. I was a little frustrated with this because I didn't feel like I got my moneys worth cause I couldn't order more food cause she forgot about it. Yes the extra 30 min was nice but not enough time to make up for how long she forgot about it. Over all it seemed a little in organized and according to my sushi loving friends, it was mid. If someone else invited me to go I think I would say yes but I'm not making any plans out there just yet.

Friday afternoon at 4PM there is already a line at the door. The sushi were tasty and we loved the skewers and the appetizers. Cameron was attentive, he provided great service and recommendations. The decor was really adorable and I can see why they are a popular spot. A couple of call outs - the karaage chicken was crispy and tasty but it was cold, Cameron took it back and brought us another serving, still cold. Never had cold karaage chicken at a restaurant before. The sushi rice might have been overdone w the vinegar/sugar mix, the rice was not stuck together but fall apart easy... not quite what I was looking for with a proper nigiri.... The rice to fish ratio was decent though. The avocado roll was creamy and the skewers were the stars of the show. The pork bao bun was yum, definitely ask for cilantro as it's the traditional Taiwanese way of eating a pork bao bun. All in all it's a great spot with amazing service, I can overlook the rice situ and the cold karaage as the other food were tasty and the service was top notch. Get the white fish sashimi appetizer, it's got some crunchy garlic bits that's oh so yummy!

Got the rainbow roll and 2 others (can't remember) and they were amazing considering it is ayce sushi

Finally made it here May 9th for a Mothers Day dinner with my daughter. Joined the waitlist and drove 45 min and was able to get seated at the sushi bar. Service was amazing the atmosphere was great and the music was amazing too!! The food was so good, Fresh. I couldn't stop eating. My daughter loved the hibachi shrimp.

Maybe my third time coming here, and it's still good when you're craving AYCE. I can't say how it compares to other AYCE sushi in Colorado, but I know that their menu variety is what sets them apart. There is something for everyone, especially if you're coming with people who may not be into raw fish. I especially love their skewers; the seasoning on them is perfection. Sakura roll is my favorite of the specialty rolls. Make sure to check-in online to get on their waitlist before you make the drive over because the wait is usually 1.5 hours on peak days like Friday/Saturday dinner. Pretty big parking lot but you may need to park towards the back since spots fill up in this plaza for some reason. Service is quick and waiters are nice. Highly recommend checking them out when you're in the mood for AYCE.

I give it a 3 stars overall. Great service and friendly staff. Not sure if it was the owner or not but he was very attentive and made sure my cousin and I ordered the right sake for us. Aside from service, food was okay. They really pack the rice up whether it's a roll or Ngiri. It was also very soggy and it just overpowered all the flavor of the fish. All I taste is sushi rice no matter the roll or Ngiri :/ Seared salmon and seared tuna Ngiri were not what I was expected. It didn't seem seared at all or have that taste...just fried garlic sprinkled on top. I don't recommend it. Salmon Slashimi is good and was probably the best thing on the AYCE. Artisan roll is also a close second. The yellow tail was a nice touch and had good balance...just wish rice wasn't soggy and overpowered everything.

My favorite robot server aka their best server there
Nicolle T.

The food was great every dish tasted amazing props to the fish. I also really admired the decorations, everything seemed so Instagram worthy. Not the greatest staff i wish our server was a little bit nicer. I don't remember her name, but she was short slim with dark hair, and when my partner had gotten up and was looking to pay, she came up to me with the tap to pay, insisting that I pay I think she must've thought we were going to book it because she even stood in front of me blocking me from being able to get out of my chair. She never said a single word to me. She just expected me to pay. I told her my partner was looking to pay since it was our first time we didn't know exactly where to pay. She then proceeded to rolled her eyes and started looking for him. The robots server that goes around passing food was honestly better.

Overall, Chubby Fish Sushi was good. The sushi itself was fine but nothing crazy. They do serve All You Can Eat which is nice but I feel that draws in a ton of people which leads to my biggest gripe, the wait. We had to wait three hours to be seated and yes, we were on the online waitlist. It was so long we actually went to another restaurant to get appetizers and drinks until we could get seated here. Then, we had to order the yellowtail sushi three times before they brought it to us (they kept bringing everything we ordered except the yellowtail for some reason). Service was friendly but seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people the were serving. Ambiance was very cool and they had little robot servers that would bring you some of your food. If you don't mind the wait, give this place a shot.

The kids were hungry and we decided sushi. We have been wanting to try this since they open and finally did. The wait was about 2 1/2 hours. The food was good we didn't have a single bad roll or app. Our second round i did felt like it was too much either eel sauce in the 3 different rolls we got. Our server was nice and it was busy but finally died down our waiter was very attentive made sure our drink we're never empty. I do recommend ordering what you can eat the 1st round. 2nd round if your still hungry might be a bit of a wait They say they will charge $1 for any left over rolls not eaten and can not take home since it is an all you can eat but there is a time limit. Place was definitely loud but it was busy didn't expect it to be silent. We were in one of the booth so it didn't bother us. Very cool anime decor. Little robot helping out the servers. Definitely recommend getting on the wait list asap to avoid ling wait time

Do they have many gluten free options?

All sushi rolls have rice which is generally gluten free. The small bites have breading or flour coatings so are not gluten free.

The place was packed when we arrived but we were seated in about 10 minutes. Service was fast and friendly the whole time, even with the crowd. We arrived shortly after they opened, so we had our pick of tables. Our waitress greeted us right away, took our drink order, and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. We decided to start with the special as an appetizer, along with a Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll (which was very tasty), miso soup, a house salad, and a variety of sushi rolls. The salad was large enough for us to easily share, and everything came out quickly. The presentation of the sushi was fairly typical of what we've experienced at other sushi restaurants, but the portions were generous and, most importantly, the quality was very good. We also noticed that the restaurant uses really nice ceramic dishware throughout, although the soup bowl was the one exception and appeared to be plastic or melamine. One of the things we especially appreciated was the service. Yonsei has that genuine mom-and-pop restaurant feel, which is something we really enjoy and prefer to support. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and everything about the experience felt comfortable and welcoming. Overall, we were very happy we gave Yonsei a try. Good service, generous portions, quality sushi, and that local neighborhood feel make it a place we would definitely return to when we're in the area! One small suggestion would be to provide a better quality soy sauce. The soy sauce used at the table was a little too salty for our taste and not as "velvety" as others I have tried in the past.

Cooking the Wagyu right at the table was a fun experience, and the flavor was incredible. For sushi, I ordered the Magic Tuna Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll, both of which were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My son enjoyed the chicken nuggets, fries, and teriyaki noodles, so there was something for everyone on the menu. We also enjoyed the selection of beers on draft, which paired perfectly with the meal. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food came out quickly, everything tasted fresh, and the atmosphere made for a great family dinner. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Sachi Sushi to anyone looking for excellent sushi, a unique dining experience, and great options for the whole family. This is attached to the mall so don't come here Thinking you're going to have sushi somewhere that feels authentic because it definitely feels like a mall restaurant. But if you want some sushi I do recommend it. I judge sushi mainly based on two things - obviously the quality of the fish or seafood, but also the rice. Presentation can be whatever since I don't eat the presentation. Either way, Between my party of four we had 11 different rolls and an appetizer and no complaints there with the fish, So that was great. Really was not impressed with the rice though. Just could not taste fresh, really was not sticky. Couple of rolls that my friends had not wrapped in seaweed fell apart pretty easily. Also, minimal ginger and wasabi given with your rolls. So that could be a pet peeve of mine. An $18 glass of Japanese whiskey and that was fantastic. I got the last of the bottle and it was perfect with a heavy pour. Service was great here. Our waitress was attentive and checked in on us often anytime she walked in the general area. I'd love to come back and try it again And hopefully give a better score.
