Despite this, I still held out hope for the food. Initially, the meat was decent, but as the meal progressed, the quality deteriorated significantly. By the time we were 30 minutes into the meal, the meat was so bad that we had to spit it out and stop eating altogether. We alerted the server multiple times via the iPad, but it took an unreasonable amount of time for them to respond. As someone who also works in a busy restaurant, I've never allowed a customer to wait that long without addressing their concerns immediately. When we finally spoke to the server, they seemed entirely indifferent to our complaints, as if they were accustomed to hearing similar feedback. To make matters worse, we were still charged full price for the meal, despite the poor quality of both the food and service. Fortunately, we were members, so we paid a discounted price of $60.
