Service was very terrible here for our first time experience! Front hostess let another party of 6 ppl (preference) while we had already been waiting 30 min & received our txt that our table was ready. The hostess said, wait 5 more min & let in the party that had just arrived in their car, rushed inside to sit down while the gentleman was wiping the table. Our table. Others patrons noticed too! Finally she called us in, gave us a tablet that twice froze up & we couldn't order our food items. Was hard enough to get other busy staff employees attention Very tiny establishment for Korean BBQ. Limited menu (not the same as the Monterey park) menu. Bathroom was filthy! Food was good Everything else really, really needs improvement!

One of the smallest Chubby Cattle I have been to but one with the best service! Love that I was able to make a reservation online and got seated right away. It could be due to the size of the restaurant, but it was very smokey and I felt it lacked ventilation. However, the service was excellent, the food was amazing, and the price was great (one tier vs three at other Chubby Cattle establishments). I had a great time and my waitress even convinced me to upgrade my membership! A 9/10 :)

This review is for the two women who were working the night of April 11, 2026 who were so kind to me when I accidentally broke a bottle of their samurai sauce, causing us to need to move tables. I was so deeply embarrassed and needed to leave the restaurant briefly to cry (whoops, trauma) and these two ladies (one was our main waitress, the other was her coworker--I wish I got their names) were so, so kind to me and I just want management to know that because they went above and beyond what anybody would've done in that situation for me. They were kind, empathetic, so professional, and saw how distraught I was and even gave me a little plushie at the end of our meal and went out of their way to reassure me that everything was okay. I'm so embarrassed about breaking that bottle but they were so understanding, patient, and kind, and so I just want them to be highlighted. Also, the food was excellent, and we got seated immediately despite having no reservation on a Saturday night. I feel like both of those things come secondary to how kind and sweet those two ladies are and I will forever remember their kindness to me, even if it was a small blip in their minds.

Only picture I took cause you get side tracked like a kid in a candy store. Wagyu lovers heaven!

5 star dining! Truly impeccable service and hats off for the attentive staff who served my friends and family. Everything is beyond amazing here. From start to finish you are treated with respect and love. Located in the back of a plaza boasts this powerhouse who serves certified A5 wagyu at a price even the godfather couldn't refuse. Truly an experience worth having! So you get 2 hours of dining for 65+ tax and tip drinks not included. So order some soju or sake with some beers and get ready to have a flavor explosion(21 over for the spirit drinkers!). Everything was top tier. Every cut of meat. In the beginning you're given a special round of cuts (1 round only for that per table) and every 2 minutes you can order a new option up to 6 items each round. All for 65 bucks. Totally worth it. Tenderest, juiciest, fattiest cuts of Wagyu you will ever get to have in the states for the price of 65 bucks! Can it get any better? Don't want to load up on only Wagyu? They have sushi as well, plenty of sides, chicken karaage, bimbap bowls, sashimi...the list truly goes on. It's wild! If you're a foodie. Like true foodie who came to shut the place down this is the right place. Worth every penny! Also to mention it is a small eatery with big heart. Not too much seating but enough for a party of 8 in one row or just maybe 12-16 tables total. All in all an amazing experience. I want to say 8 people with drinks(alcohol and non alcohol) with everything that I mentioned above was $800 smackaroos. Basically 100 per person. I've been to dinners with just 1-2 people and spent 400-500 dollars all to leave hungry still. This was something else. Everyone was FULLLLLLLL and HAPPY! Very much worth the experience and like I said earlier everyone is attentive and super respectful. Can't ask for more for a dining experience. Also if you want to check their Japanese Wagyu cert it's on the wall. So they aren't just serving you regular beef, it's the real deal Holyfield!

I usually feel so greasy and heavy after eating bbq, but our friend introduced us to this place and it was sooo delicious! I would definitely come back here. The servers were nice and friendly. Didn't even have to wait long at all. Just look at the pictures!

This location doesn't have the tiers. But it has slightly more high quality cuts for the $65 pp compared to the silver tier at $55pp at other locations. Almost everything was good quality. The meats were decadent, salmon carpaccio was yummy, the kimchi and seaweed salad was flavorful. I liked the sauces and seasoned salt too. Was not a fan of the cheese corn ( the smell of thé cheese reminded me of Kraft Mac and cheese lol) Service was fast and attentive, we got everything a second after pressing send on the tablet, pretty impressive. They were patient and helpful as this was our first time. I love the millennial top 40s music. Such a vibe.

I got severe food poisoning after visiting this location on Saturday night. Do not order any of the nigiri dishes or hand rolls. It was definitely the raw fish that caused my food poisoning because I dined with my parents (who didn't consume any raw fish) and they were both fine. This is extremely upsetting because everything else tasted really good. The meats were great quality and all the food came out quickly, which was perfect because of the time limits (70 minutes to order, 90 minutes to eat). I feel like other AYCE restaurants tend to bring food out slowly, but that wasn't the case here. I would like to try this place again, but I definitely will not be getting any more of the sushi dishes. :(

My second time having Chubby Cattle but my first time at this location! It's smaller but we were seated right away which is a big pro for us. All the servers were so fast and attentive. Their wagyu selection is top tier, along with their sushi items.

I don't even know where to start. This place was everything! It's lik kbbq but also with japanese food. Came here with fam to celebrate bdays and it was so good. Unfortunately idk the names of any of the meats that we got but you can't go wrong bc everything was so good. First of all it's an all you can eat - what beats that? And everything was delish. There's a little arcade w games at the front which was fun esp for the kids but we didn't have to wait too long bc we had a res. I started with the milk tea ofc and it was so good then got the banchan - i specifically loved the seaweed salad and i love how they had so many sauces and you can make your own. We got sushi as well which was pretty good but the meats were def my fav. There's sashimi was yummy and I liked the hand roll that I got. We also got the lobster roll which was good but had uni on it which I don't love. They also had a miso soup dispenser which was amazing and rice with furikake as a topping (my fav!!) they had Wagyu sliders which were also reallyyyy good. Basically everything was good lol. we ended with the matcha mochi which was a great dessert. Def wanna come back

I have heard such great things about this place and really wanted to like it. It's definitely not a cheap dinner and not really close to us so we saved it for a time when we wanted to splurge or was in the area and I can say I'm a little disappointed. The quality of meat is great! That I cannot deny. The menu was very confusing- we had 3 people explain it to us 3 different ways and I guess I still misunderstood it but it was fine. The soda was supposed to be included but it was low on syrup and when I told a random waiter walking by he just laughed and said "oh ya we're out" without even looking- which tells me they've been out for awhile? Or maybe they're just always out since it's suppose to be included? It forced us to order beers which took forever to come out and when it did it was warm. The chefs cooked some of the meats for us but not others - which I wished they would just either let them cook all of it ourselves for cook it all for us because we weren't sure which ones were which. The buffet dessert/sides part was okay, seemed like it was out all day. Overall disappointed, especially for the price, the quality of meat was good- but that was about it

Took my fiancée here for a birthday dinner because we were in town for a sporting event nearby. Pretty small location, but the food and vibe was great. Food (4.5/5) - Only 1 set menu at this location at $65 a person, way smaller menu options than other locations. Regardless, the food mostly was still amazing after trying basically the whole menu lol. Stand-outs def being the short rib, marinade pork belly, beef tongue and the cow plate they bring out initially. We tried a handful of sides, most just being ok besides the wagyu rice (great) and corn cheese (duh). Service (4/5) - The ice waters we were served had a strange chemically type taste, when replaced they were fine (i saw the water pitcher with cut fruit in it so idk what went wrong) other than that, it was busy when we went so the service was spotty but fine, didn't have to wait any outrageous times for new orders. Ambiance (5/5) - They nailed the decor for this small location too, themed beautifully with extremely comfortable table arrangements. Great ventilation, no smokiness. Lively, upbeat place to take someone for a celebration or a good night out for sure.

Tried Chubby Cattle Rosemead and the experience was overall what you'd expect from the brand--excellent meat quality and great service. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and the staff was consistently attentive, just like at their other locations. The main downside is that this location doesn't offer the same variety of drinks and desserts that places like the Little Tokyo location have. For the same price, I'd hope to get the same selection--if not more. I might come back because the quality is solid, but honestly, for the high price point, you can get better overall value at other Chubby Cattle locations. Still a good meal--just not the best version of what the brand can offer.

It proved more difficult when dealing with the owner Scott. I'll start by saying the end result was us rescheduling at the same rate that we booked & our event went well, however it wasn't without hiccups. When rescheduling, we were specifically instructed by Scott to cancel our booking in Peerspace & rebook the new date. That's when issues started. Before cancelling I mentioned how Peerspace won't refund our full amount & Scott replied that whatever isn't refunded will be credited toward the new date. That didn't happen without us constantly reaching out via text, email, & Peerspace. When you request a date on Peerspace it's pending review/approval from Blush, however it charges you immediately. Since we opted for the payment plan that required about half down & remainder later, we were waiting on our refund to book the new date. It never came. When we were finally able to have a phone call with Scott, I couldn't get one word in the entire time he was mansplaining the world of business. He was very patronizing & I swallowed my pride because we just wanted a resolve & to not lose the deposit. I asked very clearly whether he was going to uphold our agreement. He did, but under the condition that we pay the remainder of our balance upfront in good faith to them. We did & that was that. Thereafter, it was back & forth whether Chris would still be working our event which Scott said he was. Chris was the saving grace of Blush in our opinion. Customer service & how you treat people is king, so it put our hearts at ease. But not for long, since it was changed later to Jin. Getting Jin to respond was difficult. We requested a final walk through with our coordinator about a month before our event. Jin told us he wasn't feeling well & wasn't present for most of the walk through. So we asked questions via email instead. I specifically mentioned a clean facility is important to us. The place just wasn't as polished as we first saw it. He was responsive only after I'd send text follow ups. The week of, not at all. I was waiting on confirmation about our drink selection which I never got & we just hoped it would all work out the day of. Day of our coordinator arrived first. The bathrooms were clean but the bar, cocktail tables, mirror hallway, & front door were full of fingerprints and sticky as if not cleaned from a previous event. We were told there would be 2 staff & that they'd be able to help us move cocktail tables. We weren't aware one of those people would be Jin & he wasn't helpful at all. He completely ignored our coordinator & aunt, but jumped to help our DJ with the sound system. We can only conclude it's because our DJ is a man & as a same sex female couple that leaves such a bad taste in our mouths. Our coordinator & aunt ended up cleaning everything with the one rag & spray bottle he gave after we repeated asked. Coordinator, wife, son, & I moved the heavy tables/ottomans. The drinks didn't taste like our selections. But the worst part was that he started charging our guests upon arrival. My wife & I stepped away to change our clothes. We were there 1.5hrs before start time & Jin never approached us or our coordinator for our card. He also had our itinerary ahead of time and met our coordinator. FYI on top of booking fees, you're also required to use their bar service for ALL drinks alcohol/nonalcohol which is included info on Peerspace. We agreed we'd cover the required minimum of $2500 & once we reached that amount it would turn into a cash bar. Our guests approached us confused about the bar so my wife personally went to Jin & asked why people were being charged, to which he responded "I couldn't find you guys." They immediately include their tip, which we weren't aware of, so drinks totaled to about $2100 w/ the remainder being tax/tip. They continuously ran out of cups & had zero cups for the water dispensers. We were refilling used water bottles to give to the kids. My aunt & cousin were busing tables. Bartenders didn't care to stay quiet or hold drink orders during vows. Every video we have of our vows is them shaking drinks & slamming glassware. There were good things too, kinda. It wasn't communicated to us that the front bathroom was for staff only & we had a outfit change planned, so after first saying no, Jin ended up letting my wife & I use the front bathroom. Also him assisting our DJ resulted in the music going well. It's sadly overshadowed by all the other things that needed improvement. It comes down to a lack of customer service & professional decorum, because the venue itself is beautiful. We gave a final 3 STARS because everything came together. Those missing components are just so vital. A work day for them is literally someone else's most important day that they're choosing and paying to celebrate at Blush.

The place itself has a really cool vibe, kind of an old brick, industrial style that gives it character. We had a private outdoor room in the back, which was a great setup for a party. They also had games available, which added to the fun. For a Saturday night around 7:30-8:00 p.m., it wasn't overly crowded, There was plenty of parking, and most of the staff were welcoming, attentive, and quick with service. Drink prices were reasonable too,. The only downside, and honestly a big one for me, is the food situation. If you want food, You're required to order from the restaurant next door due to their contract (according to security at the door), and the prices are pretty steep. For example, $32 for 12 chicken wings with no sides just didn't sit right with me. We asked if we could bring in outside food (we were craving pizza), but security said no until the restaurant closes, which was too late for us. Because of that restriction, I probably wouldn't return. It's unfortunate, because the place itself has good vibes and a lot of potential. If they allowed more flexibility with food options, it would make a big difference.

Balanced, creative, and clearly crafted with precision. You can taste the intention behind each drink, whether you stick with a classic or try something more adventurous. The decor is just as compelling: moody, textured, and full of interesting details that give the space personality without feeling overdone. It's the kind of place where you settle in, lose track of time, and leave feeling like the evening was something special rather than just another night out.

When you enter the 35er, you take the stairs (closer to the back door) and there's a phone booth. Pick up the phone and the bartender will ask how many in your party before letting you in. The space is small. Some reviews mentioned tiki bar and this is not a tiki bar, it's a speakeasy. They have a cocktail menu and a full bar for well/cocktails. Great place for a small group.

It's just off one of the Main Street. I haven't spent anytime in this city so everything was all new to me. We found street parking right out front but did noticed when we got inside that they had a parking lot out back. The place isn't that big. A dive bar of sort but was quite nice. One side is the bar and counter while the other side host three pool tables. There's also a couple of hi top table in the middle. They did offer happy hour everyday from 4-8 pm with free pool. And free pool Tuesday Thursday and Sunday all day. Drinks specials offered as well. We only popped in for a drink which was glad to know that happy hour was happening. The bartender behind was sweet. It wasn't that busy when we walked in. Bartender and a couple people utilizing the pool table. It was pretty chill but I'm sure it can get busy later on in the evening. Drinks specials offered were quite nice for the price. We also tried their spicy margaritas which was great. Bartender knows his skills. Also, a quick round of pool. The vibe was mellow and chill. Don't know if the music changes often but it was somewhat metal that was going on when we walked in. Crowd was great as they were all there for the same reason. Drinks and pool. Overall, it was a cool place for a pint and pool. Somewhere people meet up for drinks.
