I have to start off by saying I am a fan of Chrome Hearts but just not for this location. This is the worst and rudest customer service Chrome Hearts in all United States granted we are in the friendliest state of all. In New York and LA, I would say the selections are not as available, maybe because the demand is higher there, but at least the employees are cool.. they fit with the cool biker image. Cool biker image does not mean you can treat people like crap please. I think the local employees are trying to bring some moke to the store.. that is not professional at all. When you first enter, no hi or nothing. Just plain staring like you're either not cool enough or you're gonna steal their shxt or something i don't know what their deal is to be honest.
I understand the hype, and I get how the company functions.. everything is limited and is made with silver blah blah blah, but that does NOT excuse bad attitude and rude behavior. When you work in retail, you are supposed to make your customers feel comfortable shopping and spending there, but not talking behind their back, raising your voice at them, and giving them side eyes.
YES! Like the reviewer below mentioned, I did see the same incident happened about their employees talking badly about customers. I caught them talking shXt after this certain customer made their purchase. They were saying it's not even worth their time selling a tee shirt as if the customer did not buy a large enough item. I understand jewelry is what they make the most commission, but is that the right way to treat your customers by being unappreciative and just plain tacky in front of the other customers? Obviously they only care about the customers who are interested in buying their jewelry, which I understand. I just felt very awkward shopping there after, but I don't think they care at all.
And another worse incident I saw was this so-called manager person was really cocky, and scolded a customer because he had a cell phone in his hand, and she tapped the mirror with her long fake nails in front of that customer and yelled at him saying THERE IS A MIRROR HERE, NO PHONE ALLOWED IN THE STORE! Omg.. like where are we? Concentration camp? A cell phone Nazi? Yo lady.. things are not free for grab at the store ok? You need to learn that you do not tap your fingers at anything in front of any customers. That is just low down dirty and rude to treat anyone. What happened to sorry sir, we do not allow cameras at the store? (Or phone? which I am still puzzled.. why can't he hold a phone? What if someone was calling him?) This is supposedly a high-end store but the service.. again, I just felt very awkward being there the whole time. Is this the same Chrome Hearts on the mainland? They are running a Nazi camp here for sure.
It's not just the messages you are sending to the customer, it's the ATTITUDE and the RUDE WAY.. you are presenting a fool out of yourself. That is no way to run a successful business granted how limited and demanding you are.. you as a sales will never be able to better yourself in this industry, and your company will eventually become a fad and it all thanks to you! read more
