Booked an appointment around a week in advance and , as you have to for all Chrome stores, crossed my fingers that the store had stock which I know is pretty random. Was surprised to see they recently had a silver stock and was able to purchase a pendant. My SA, Bryson took great care of me and was welcoming and friendly. Love the Hawai'i CH compared to the other stores I've been too! read more

My boyfriend made a reservation, and we were really excited to visit this location. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the staff informed us that they were basically out of stock and had very few items available. We initially left, but later regretted not purchasing anything, so we came back as walk ins. At that point, the gentleman at the store told us they were fully booked for the day and could not accommodate us. However, I checked online and there were still appointments available, so I made a second appointment for later that same day. After waiting and returning for the appointment, the same gentleman then told us that customers are only allowed to visit the store once every two weeks. His demeanor was not very welcoming either, but that was not even the main issue. It would have been much more appreciated if the staff had explained the two week policy from the beginning instead of making us waste our time leaving, coming back, booking another appointment, and waiting again. Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly communicated. We were genuinely interested in making a purchase, so unfortunately, they lost our business. read more

The reviews on this page really speak for itself. My first time here three years ago was a positive experience. They had enough pieces in stock for me to purchase from, I left with four new rings - lucky enough to have really small fingers. However, my last visit in May was not very positive at all. I asked the gentleman if they had any appointments left for the day and he said no but walking past again on the way back to our hotel, he invited us to come in. They were "completely sold out" which is why they allowed walk-ins at that point. I'm not sure what he meant by "completely sold out," does this mean their silver rings, their cheaper lines? There was still some jewelry, although not what I was looking for, plenty of sunglasses, and lots of clothing options available. There was nothing of interest which is fine but not the reason for the low stars. Customer service could be 100x better. Our SA kind of came at us with a defeated attitude and not very professional. I could already tell the experience was not going to be positive. It does feel like a place of judgement. read more

Honestly, one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I've had. The staff followed us around the store, which made us feel like we were being watched rather than welcomed. The woman helping us would repeatedly go talk to another employee while looking back at us, making it very obvious that we were being discussed. We were also told there were no shirts available, yet we could clearly see shirts in the back by the register. If the merchandise is available, why not actually sell it to customers? I understand that luxury stores may have a certain atmosphere, but there's a difference between being exclusive and making customers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The attitude came across as extremely pretentious, as if they were too good to help us. I expected much better customer service from Chrome Hearts Honolulu. read more

Was hosting a few friends from Japan who are big Chrome Hearts fans and were ready to drop $10k. They booked an appointment online and were so excited to shop here as a highlight of their trip. Unfortunately, they were completely sold out of all silver jewelry, all T-shirts, all camisoles, and basically everything they wanted. The staff was not particularly friendly, attentive, or proactive in offering any kind of help other than looking annoyed that we weren't interested in their extremely limited selection of leftover merchandise and rather brusquely insisting that all members of our party stay together. I get that exclusivity and being too cool to give a shit is their schtick, but this was just next level "what are you even doing here" vibes as if we were some unwelcome window shoppers and not people who booked an appointment with high intent and cash on hand. Had a much better experience as a walk-in at the Fukuoka location. Hard pass on Waikiki. read more

Very disappointing experience at the Honolulu location. My group and I felt singled out and uncomfortable the entire time. While we were simply browsing, we were closely followed by three male employees, even though there were other customers in the store who weren't being watched the same way. It made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We enjoy supporting Chrome Hearts and have no problem spending money with the brand, which made this experience even more disappointing. We were also told it was limited to one T-shirt per group, even though the website states one per person (at least based on the information we saw). The inconsistent policy and the way we were treated left a bad impression. I hope management looks into this and provides better customer service training so future customers are treated with respect. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect the level of service you'd expect from a luxury brand. read more

The 2 times I went, they kept their doors locked, only way to get in is with an appointment. Going to Hawaii is a vacation for 90% of people there especially if your location is right on the Waikiki strip. So that was very inconvenient for anyone that wants to browse. Honestly the brand isn't even that exclusive or high end. Even Hermes has their doors open to anyone. Honestly not even worth the hype. Better off going to Vegas! read more

It was my first time shopping at any CH store and i had a really good experience. The two sales associates were super nice to me and let me try on some stuff. Would definitely go again next time im in the area. Shoutout Kelly and Naomi for making my experience great read more

10/10 experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had two reservations over my week trip, one at the beginning and one near the end. I was able to pick up a hoodie & socks the first go around, but they had no silver. The second time, the silver must've restocked, because I was able to get a double floral, 20" paper chain & dagger pendent! I totally understand the frustration with some of the comments not being able to get in or low stock. I've been to nearly all of them stateside since Christmas this year and it's seems to be low stock everywhere. If you really want your grail, best bet is to do a special order! read more

I really don't understand why some Chrome Hearts employees act like they own the store. You're an employee--you don't own the business. There's no reason to treat customers with a rude attitude or refuse to provide proper service. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are. read more

Great service! Felt very welcome to their establishment. Great place to stop by but remember to book an appointment online!

This Chrome Hearts has the nicest staff out of any I have visited! Appointments are tricky but keep refreshing the website and one might pop up like mine did! read more

This was my first time shopping at Chrome Hearts in Waikiki, and honestly I was a bit nervous before coming because I had read some not-so-great reviews. But my experience turned out to be completely the opposite -- it was absolutely amazing. The sales associate who helped me was incredibly genuine, patient, and attentive. He took the time to carefully explain each piece and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. There was zero pressure, only great energy and sincere service. This experience totally changed my impression, and I'm so glad I came. I'll definitely be back! read more

Go to buy a pair of glasses that I had looked at the day before with no appointment. Now they're insisting that I need an appointment to buy them so I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Crappy attitudes all around. And the appointment signed up has the audacity to tell me I'm welcome as if I'm not spending my money there. read more

I have heard too many things about this place... let me say not good things LOL because of these yelp reviews LOL. I am very grateful to say that my shopping experience was wonderful because of my friend who works there. He took the time to let me try on and recommend me what styles I should go for based on what I was looking for, especially because I am still relatively new to the brand. The interior of their showroom is amazing. Sporting a big ass chrome hearts sign in the front and a boujee chrome hearts couch near the entrance as well as a chandelier, and crosses lining the staircase. Jewelry is mainly on the first floor as well as apparel. The second floor is gold jewelry and more apparel. After shopping here once I get the hype... Will definitely be back but only because my friend gives exceptional service. LOL read more

Poor service and people working there think they are some special sort of.... But understand u just seller ,, that can be fired ... without listening.. they respond.. don't have reservation , dont have many days to stay... just sometimes being polite and educated is nicer ... If you actually want to blow thousands of dollars, go down the street to actual designer stores that don't need to create an illusion of exclusivity to attract customers. The staff will find satisfaction turning you down. Waited a week for a reservation just for everything to be extremely picked over, and what was left was exceptionally hideous. Never seen a company stoop so low to deny willing customers just to make their product more desireable. Go here if you want to fall for their obvious marketing strategy. Long story short I had a very "pretty woman" experience. I spent all my cash at Louis Vuitton etc. where I was treated with kindness and respect. You're not Harry Winston or Rolex so stop acting like you are! read more

I rearranged my entire day for an appointment here after being told that jewelry would be in stock. When I showed up, there was absolutely nothing but just a few clothing items and eyewear. Lying to a customer just to get them through the door isn't "exclusive" service--it's a cheap bait-and-switch. It is genuinely embarrassing that a designer store with these prices operates with such a lack of basic honesty and organization. If you're looking for overpriced sterling silver and a staff that wastes your time, this is the place for you. Personally, I'll take my business elsewhere(which I know they don't care about). Total waste of a day. Y'all stay blessed. read more

Spent a good amount of money while i was here a couple years ago but this time it felt like the new staff wanted to push me away. It started with all they have is hats and glasses discouraging me to not go in for my appointment then to go in and find out they just received new shipment of jackets to we don't have the size your looking for. The help at some point telling me to try other stores in las vegas because thats where i usually shop. read more

The short Asian lady working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. Every time I asked a question, she just kept saying "I don't know." Even when I showed her the model name, she still said she didn't know and didn't even bother to check the system. She made no effort to help. I honestly don't understand why she's working there if she knows nothing about the brand. Very unprofessional. read more

Definitely recommend making an appointment here while you're in the area. They did not have exactly what I wanted but they had a very close match which I ended up purchasing thanks to the woman who helped me in there I don't remember her name but they were very nice and helpful didn't make me feel unwelcome or anything. So the selection is not perfect but amazing that they have all this here on the island available. The value to me is worth it because it's cheaper than other designer stores but the quality is still very good and very fashionable. I already want to go back read more

The staff was able to squeeze my boyfriend and I in for a quick browse during one of their appointments. The seller will follow you around but that wasn't really a surprise or problem for us. They weren't super kind or enthusiastic but I feel like that's mainly because of the demographic that usually enters the store. After purchasing sunglasses and speaking more to the employees, they were much nicer and upbeat about talking about their products :) We went into the store 2 more times and they remembered us / were nicer ! This store didn't seem to have many silver-only jewelry options other than pendants. There was a lot of pave diamond jewelry though! The interior is pretty cool too. I would say the only things that aren't really worth it are the clothes (especially the ones that are not embroidered or intricate whatsoever) You can make an appointment really easily online, and the website states that this location requires one. + if you've been to the LA chromehearts, this will be much more fun as there are more items to look at :D read more

Not welcoming or friendly at all. Must have reservation and the person opening the door was terribly rude to us.

Kelly and Chris are the BEST sales associates ever!!!! There's no Chrome Hearts in the Bay Area so I definitely had to stop by on my trip to Hawaii! We were super indecisive but Kelly took the time to let us try on every single ring we were interested in, in several different sizes too! On the first day, my friends and I ended up buying 2 earrings (they're sold separately), 2 shirts, a hat, and a ring. The next day we came back and they remembered us! Kelly and Chris were so easy to converse with, it felt as if we were speaking to someone we knew. Not once did we feel pressured to buy more but we ended up getting another 5 rings haha. Definitely spent a lot more than we anticipated but we're all super happy with our purchase and already looking forward to revisiting this store! read more

They don't always have a lot of inventory but when they do they may restrict the amount of purchases you can make which is fine, makes it fair . Also anyone complaining about having to make an appointment I don't understand. It's not a big deal, you can make an appointment before you land in Hawaii. And if you go to the store there is a QR code to make an appointment and they usually have plenty of openings at least when I went in January. Staff was pretty nice to me as well. Okay, let's talk about today's horrible experience. First of all, there was only a few styles of hoodies and T-shirts to select. Secondly, the attitude of the salesperson (who was a middle-aged female with long black hair, like an Asian) was extremely bad. I think the reason was that I requested her for getting me some other styles with different sizes for like three times. She was fucking unpleasant with that and pulled a long face with her customer. She was also impatient when I asked her what the size of one of the displayed t-shirts was. Instead of telling what size it was, she fucking taught me how to read the label (wtf). When I finally decided to purchase two t-shirts from this salesperson, she said "EXCELLENT" like telling me that I finally made a purchase. I don't mention other details that caused me think that she was rude. Baitch don't ever think you can earn appreciable commissions from your customers with that fucking rude attitude : ) The wrapping was good tho, which another male salesperson did it(no credit for that woman). Other sales' attitude were nice including the security guy by the door. Main point here: Guys please pay attention and avoid that black long hair woman if you needa get something from this store. read more

We were late to our reservation which was our fault, the rezzies are in 30 min increments so we only had ~15 min to really look around. Despite that the service was nice and friendly and we got to see everything we were interested in -- rings and necklaces. Ended up getting a nice ring from 2017. It's reservation only but if you call ahead you can probably get a same day one. If I had more time I might've gotten more! But super satisfied with experience for what it was and the interior design is really cool read more

I wanted to shop at CH while visiting Honolulu, but it turns out they are only allowing appointments to visit and shop. I was able to get an appointment on 5/5 at their store opening time. They also advised at the time that masks are still required in their store. Coming in, they asked me to use hand sanitizer prior to shopping around. They have two floors worth of product, with their silver, accessories and leather goods on the ground floor and their gold, clothes, sunglasses and some other goods on the upper. You can't help but appreciate the detail of the store itself, with even the front door hinges stamped with Chrome Hearts on them. Feels almost museum-like. Tani was wonderful to shop with. She was super nice, easy-going, no pressure. She knew the products really well and encouraged me to try stuff on without feeling like there was an expectation to buy something or being judged for it. She also provided me with a good lay of the land to know what they offer and also showed me some other clothes that weren't on the floor. I saw mention of the staff being rude to shoppers in other reviews, but I definitely didn't experience that. The other staff in the store also seemed really easygoing too. I ended up buying a charm, a long sleeve and a hoodie. So stoked for all these since they are my first CH pieces. Looking forward to shopping here again on my next visit to the islands! read more

I brought my bf here to buy his first piece mind you I have a couple items, and our sales gal "Naomi" was amazing and super sweet!!!! Yet I don't get how the rest of those bums stand around obnoxiously then over heard an older dude asking her if we were going to buy anything with a condescending tone as if his job is so hard while throwing assumptions out the door. Keep in mind we were at the beach prior explaining why we looked a little rough as if there's not a whole ass beach on the other side of the street don't come here if u wanna be judged by mfs standing around as if they own the store ( besides Naomi) love u girl! She could do no harm!! read more

Lived in Hawaii for more than three years and finally the courage to step through the door. Because you can't see anything outside through the door! However, Chrome Heart is an amazing brand because they make their own culture as far as you can see in the store: Stapler... Silver, ballpoint... Silver, small plates with change... Pure leather, even the details of the dressing room are the logo of their own brand. But their customer service is nowhere near their brand standards, and I've been to the store twice. The first service was ok, and the second time a middle-aged woman with long hair was very rude to us. I asked to try on a sweater on the second floor. I asked size S and size M to try on. She was very reluctant to help me find the clothes, and she knocked on the door of the fitting room very quickly and loudly then asked me if I had finished yet. This action really scared me! 4 stars for brand and store details, negative 1 star for service. read more
