SoOo where do I start!!!! I'm visiting from Vegas looking forward to this location to see what they have that Vegas don't. We get our sale person, and omg her customer service is terrible!!!! Every sale person I get from chrome heart is very nice and very helpful!!! If you get (Qian) Asian female with short hair , just know your going to get bad service with a side of attitude!!!! She got mad when I brought out my phone and thought I was taking a picture but was just texting a friend. Then my boyfriend kindly asked to see some rings and she started to throw attitude for opening up the cases and making unnecessary noises. Like Wtf we're trying to make her a sale and she treated us like crap. Visited the store during the day, and while shopping is currently by appointment only, they were able to fit me in later in the day. As a first time CH customer, Kara was extremely kind and helpful while showing me all the pieces and giving recommendations. Ended up walking out extremely happy and with a new favorite store to visit. Even being so far away, I can't imagine I won't be back sometime soon. Had the best experience shopping there! I didn't know that I had to make a reservation to shop there (due to Covid), but Marc was super nice and let me in since I was leaving the next day and his next customer was late. He even took time to help me pick a ring and let me try on different ones and different sizes and made sure they fit properly and all. I also had the chance to browse through the store - I wasn't rushed at all. I loved the store, it's so aesthetically pleasing. The sales associates are all very welcoming which seems to be rare in luxury stores like this. Not coming here again. Hubs was already in the store w/ 2 others in our group when we decided to join them 5 minutes later. Walked up and the door was closed like the store wasn't open until security poked his head out and said we're not allowed in because they're at capacity. I shop a lot on the luxury strip, Chrome Hearts definitely sticks out like a sore thumb. I had the privilege of working with Mark, who was condescending, not knowledgeable and dishonest. First, he looked at my purse before looking at me when I walked in. He never smiled a single time. I had to ask a question multiple times before getting half-hearted answers. He stood so far away and purposely looked in the other direction that it was nearly impossible to get his attention. He even raised his voice at me for wanting to see some clutches. He didn't know the answer to most of my questions, and of course didn't apologize for not knowing. Except this one time when he claimed a bag was "hand made" even though there were clearly machine stitchings. When confronted about this, he raised his voice again and rolled his eyes?! Sounds familiar? Mark is your typical bully-type used car salesman. With so many people losing their jobs during the pandemic, why hire someone like Mark to represent your brand? I have several pieces from chrome hearts so I already inherently love the brand. 6/9/16 went to Chrome hearts with my cousin to get two rings, one for herself and one for her husband. The lady salesperson was very nice and described the meaning of the rings for us. There was one ring with the meaning of "F U" so she suggested us not to get that if she was picking up present for herself. After we left the store, my cousins decided she wanted to look for another presents at the Chrome hearts again. On 6/11/16 we went back to look for other items. This time was a guy salesperson who helped us out, I think he was the manager for the store ,but not 100% sure. He had the rudest customer service ever! At first,he gave us the looked like " I don't think u can afforded it why wasting my time" and when my cousin asked him for the meaning of bracelets ( which there were only 5 bracelets) his respond was "They all have different meaning and different prices" after 10 seconds of awkwardness, he said " u pick one then I'll tell you the meaning" Like seriously! duh we know they all have different meaning and that is why we asked u!! Why can he just tell us the meaning of bracelets so we could narrow down her choices; what happens if she picked out the one she likes, and the meaning of the bracelet end up to be "F U" just like the ring before, in that case isn't she has to waste his time and her time to pick up another one? I'm from Japan, and in Japan...this brand is quite popular so I wanted to check out what the hype was all about. The minute I entered the store, the two ladies that were by the register just kind of scanned my appearance and said hello. From that point on, I felt very uncomfortable, as if they were just staring at me and giving me a silent "if you don't have $$$, get out of here" kind of look. One lady is the manager, she is local and has long, black hair. The other one is also local, has brownish hair, and is fat. The one sales guy, John, was very polite, told me ladies stuff was upstairs and smiled (I asked his name after my purchase that day so that next time I can ask for his assistance, not the other two snobby gals who think they are better than you). My friends from Japan has asked me to buy a neon pink jacket that they have, so I was searching for it and finally found it upstairs. The woman who helped me (local, fat, has a super messy bun style hair regardless of working at a high end brand store) was a little snobby, but I thought that she was just trying to do her "job" to act snobby because she works at a high-end store, so I ignored it and began to try on the jacket. The jacket...I REALLY do not know why my friends wanted it...it's a neon pink, plain cotton jacket with their logo on the back, and says "Chrome Hearts" on the front pocket...it's $310. I thought my friends are ridiculous when they asked me to buy this for them and bring it back to Japan, but I decided to get it since they gave me money for it. I was so curious, so VERY curious, as to how the price justifies the flimsy material. The saleslady said that the zipper part is made of real silver....but, the bottom part of the zipper clearly says "YKK"......YKK zippers are made in China, cheap stuff. Since my friends are about my size, I tried it on, and asked to get 2 size smalls. The sales lady said OK, then took so long to come out of the stockroom, and then tells me that it's so limited that she can only sell me one. I was confused, so I asked,"um...one per day per person?" She flatly said , "NO, one per PERSON." I asked her why, and she said in a really cold, snobby voice, "Well, because, if I sell you two, other people can't buy it".... Im willing to buy two $310 jackets, like, really??? At that point, I was totally clueless. I just did not understand why I can't just buy two. After, she says, "It's not fair if you get two and there's no more...what if a Japanese tourist that doesn't live here wants to buy it but we don't have anymore because you bought it.".....that's really not my problem, and in fact, if you work on commission lady, wouldn't you want to make that sale??? I bought one jacket for at least one of the friends, because supposedly that's my "limit" at that store. I walked out very unsatisfied. I wanted to just rip that jacket apart, if it hadn't been $310. A total RIPOFF store that acts like their stuff is high end and limited quantity, and their sales people are rubbing off on the store image, thinking their better than the customers. I bumped into a friend later that night in waikiki, and she said that she was inside Chrome Hearts, but she only saw me right when I was leaving the store. My friend told me that after I left, the sales lady that helped me was gossiping about me, on the sales floor in the presence of other customers. The sales lady was supposedly telling the manager lady that I was "asking too many questions" and that "annoyed her." That just made me want to rip that jacket even more, but I had to resist myself, as it was my friend's. Even if a friend asked me to buy something from here again, I will never go back. Hawaii is very small, I will try my very best to tell everyone I know that this place is not worth the trip. Their stuff is a ripoff, and their employees are rotten, just like their products!!!! Friendly and helpful sales staff. I am a local resident so finding parking specifically to shop at the store can be difficult. Before I got there, I called the store about parking and I was told they validate parking at a nearby garage but I lucked out with street parking. Kara helped me narrow down my choice of design and color of caps by getting additional caps in the back. She also helped me determine the right size for clothing. It appears this store now carries much more clothing and accessories than before if you are not interested in their jewelry. I noticed other sales staff being helpful to their customers. Overall a great experience so don't be discouraged with the other not-so-great reviews. read more

Even when I don't purchase anything, I never feel pressured by the staff to get something. I saw a lot of reviews speaking to poor customer service, but I've never experienced or witnessed this myself as every employee I've interacted with was great. Being into both fashion and jewelry, Chrome Hearts was on the top my list of places to shop in Waikiki. Obviously, they have a very distinct vibe and ethos that carries itself throughout all of their offerings. That being said, if you're not into it, you most likely won't find anything that suits you. The store design is beautiful and the level of detail mirrors that of their products. We went in with no idea of what to purchase. While we browsed, Mark Ngo introduced himself and offered assistance. We asked him a slew of questions, tried on multiple sizes of things and traversed both floors of the store. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and friendly. There was absolutely no pressure or snobbishness. We had an excellent experience and will certainly be back to shop with Mark next time we make it out. read more

I have to start off by saying I am a fan of Chrome Hearts but just not for this location. This is the worst and rudest customer service Chrome Hearts in all United States granted we are in the friendliest state of all. In New York and LA, I would say the selections are not as available, maybe because the demand is higher there, but at least the employees are cool.. they fit with the cool biker image. Cool biker image does not mean you can treat people like crap please. I think the local employees are trying to bring some moke to the store.. that is not professional at all.
