Ugh I love when they throw in the extra donut holes in your bag for no reason! I came in around 4:30AM when the donuts were fresh. I'm for sure coming back here again!

Located on Foothill with plenty of parking. It's a fairly small shop with a few tables. The lady behind the counter was nice and answered my questions. I was specifically looking for French crullers, since not every shop has them. They did, so I picked up a few along with a cinnamon roll and apple fritter and she added a few donut holes. Total was $10.90 The French crullers maybe could have been a little softer or more airy. Don't know if they make them the traditional way with choux pastry or not. Cinnamon roll and apple fritter were nice.

After being MIA a craving for Christy's never disappoints. They've not only maintained their store clean but also the quality of their donuts. Christy is as welcoming as ever too. The locals who just chill in their favorite tables are as friendly as well. If you're close, don't look any further. If you're farther, the extra mile is worth the trip.

I was able to make the morning rush for Donuts. Their donuts as usual are as delicious in taste as it is rumored to be. Their delicious scent and flavor had their donuts going out the door quickly. I will be waking up early to get these delicacies. Not only is the price affordable, but customer service is superb. It felt good going into an place of familiar recognition for their regulars. I was bummed when the donut shop by my house changed owners and the donuts. I went to alot of donut shops searching for a great donut. Finally I found Christy's Donuts and it was just down the street. They have great soft donuts. Not greasy and old tasting like other shops in the area. Stay doing what you do because the donuts are awesome. read more

We all know that doughnuts aren't the healthiest thing to eat....right? So when it comes to doughnuts, it starts with presentation. They have to look so good, you can't resist buying one; you'll experience this sensation if you walk into Christy's. This place is clean, well lit, and (I think) they use extra bright lights around the doughnut displays. They are all beautifully on display for your choosing. They have all your favorites here: glazed, buttermilk, twists, cake, filled and of course, my favorite, the apple fritter! Again, presentation is key, and I only stopped in for a coffee after spending an hour at the gym this morning. After seeing how doughy and fluffy their doughnuts are, I had to buy a few! I couldn't bring myself to blow my morning workout so I just took a few bites of the apple fritter. OH.....MY......it is probably the BEST apple fritter I've ever had! Perfectly crunchy, plenty of cinnamon apple chunks, beautifully glazed and not a hint of grease (if you eat apple fritters as much as I do, you KNOW how that oil can hide in those crevices). The coffee was coffee. The coffee bar has sugar, two sugar free sweetener alternatives, cinnamon and half & half; pretty basic. Disappointed on how disproportionate all the donuts were when I walked in, my donut was sadly all bread and no frosting. Road Runners Donuts down the street is definitely still my go to, go to Road Runner's they're donuts are fresh, huge, less expensive and the owners are the sweetest people I've ever met! read more

My family and I are totally fans of Christy's Donuts. These donuts are freshly made and they go by fast. It's the locals favorite spot. Everyone is nice when you walk in. Strawberry filled donut was a delicacy! As far the donut itself-it was soft and definitely made how a simple glazed donut should be. The filling was perfect, it wasn't overly sweet but still very good. If anything it was just a little much for me, but you can always scoop some out. I wish I lived closer! read more

Better than the famous Upland Donuts. Glad I tried this place. I took a dozen on 2 separate occasions to my staff meeting and they said wow these are so much better than the Upland Donuts you always bring us. I conquer. There's isn't 30 people in line either like at Upland Donuts. Ample parking. Seats inside. Fridge stocked well. 5/5 for me. read more

I come to Upland once a week on Thursdays and I was craving doughnuts but didn't know where to go. I looked it up on yelp, the place happens to be literally across the street from where I was at and decided to give it a try! I stoped around 10am, the place was practically empty and therefore I was in n out quick! My chocolate doughnut filled with fresh strawberries was SO DELICIOUS!! I've been to Christy's a few times already and I can't say that there is anything special about the donuts. One donut that stood out because it was something different, was a donut sliced down the middle stuffed with what looked like whip cream and strawberries. Last time I was there I stood in line with a few people ahead Of me and when it was my turn the older lady (who looks like she may be the owner) said the man behind me was here first and took his order. If that was really the case, by all means go ahead but it wasn't. It just so happened that as I was walking towards the donut shop, this gentleman was walking out and away. Few minutes later he returned and stood behind me in line. Every customer deserves appreciation and respect regardless of age or sex.Everyone can smile but still be rude. I never thought I'd review a donut place. After all, donuts are extremely unhealthy and they all more or less taste like the same sugary mess. However, after visiting Christy's Donuts today, I felt compelled to rave about my excellent experience! I came in today to pick up three mixed dozens for my students on the second to last day of school. When I arrived, the shop was empty and I was assisted immediately. The lady who put together my order was SO NICE! After telling her I was picking up donuts for my students, she put an extra donut in each box, so it was like getting three bakers dozens. She even gave me an extra donut of my choice on top of that! That way, I didn't delve into the students' stash :) After paying for my order I was on my way, and I knew right away I would be writing a review. Now, if you're wondering about the price, here is my response: I try to avoid buying donuts so I'm not sure what a "good" price is, but for three bakers dozens (13 donuts) and a donut of my choice for me (I chose an apple fritter) I paid $26.75 -- that's including a 50 cent credit card fee, so when you break it down each dozen was $8.75...whether or not that's a good price for three mixed dozens, I do not know, but I certainly found it to be reasonable, especially with the added freebies. If you're wondering about the taste -- they tasted fine, really no better or worse than any other fresh donuts (I came in the morning) I have had, but maybe just a tad better because of the awesome service. If you're in need of donuts in Upland, definitely give Christy's a try -- it is a fantastic model of what an amazing small business should look like! read more

I went in and ordered what I thought was a Cheese and Jalepeno croissant and I didn't notice in small writing it had ham. I am vegetarian so I couldn't eat it. I went back in and told her that I didn't know it had ham in it and she was just like sorry, yeah it says it right there. I understand not giving a refund, but she didn't even offer me anything else. Just walked in and all they had were your basic donuts. They had nothing depicted in their outside advertisements or on the pictures of others reviews. I read another negative review where they responded that they only bake once in the morning and that on weekends and holidays they run out quick. It's Tuesday. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.

It became so hostile to the point I wanted to never come back it was so frustrating I spoke to Sara the manager and explained the situation and instead of assist she wanted the same at this point I wanted a refund and they could keep everything I order at the end of it Sara took Care of the issue and made the missed drink which I truly appreciate because if the lack of communication due to no one speak Spanish and system issue. This has left a disappointing taste to a place i absolutely love going to and spend time with my kids while enjoy a coffee I love. I truly hope the customer service returns to what I have experienced many time and this is a one time bad day.

First time yelper. I didn't get a chance to write this until now. I stopped out to check out this donut shop having fresh strawberries in their donuts. I am not a person to try something different except for the recommendations from my friends to give it a try. At first view of the shopping mall, it looks quite old. I had worried with an old building that the donuts might not be as delicious. As I stopped in, I saw an array of drinks. They had the monster drink that met my tired mood. I was greeted by a young gentleman that was informative and yet entertaining. I have always felt that customer service is not as professional today as it was years ago. However, this young man was helpful and very entertaining with today's events. I was able to get a hold of the delicious strawberry glazed donuts. Strawberries aren't always tasty and sweet. I was having a bad day and I happen to be craving a donut. I happen to stop in for a quick visit to get a crueler. A very nice lady made my day. She welcomed me into her establishment. Like some establishments they fail to attend to the needs of the customer. Visiting Christy's Donuts turned my awful day around and made me more upbeat. We've lived in Upland for years now and never discovered this wonderful donut place. I googled Donut stores near me just to find something new for my kids and this place popped up it's right down the street from my house and I've been in the shopping center tons of times but I've never seen this donut store.
