For its size, Johnny O's serves a ton of food, quickly, to a full-house and a lot of waiting patrons. It's definitely worth the wait! We were greeted with smiles by a super nice wait staff. I got the 10oz steak with basted eggs, home style potatoes, biscuit with gravy, a side of sautéed mushrooms, and coffee. A big platefull of food had my med rare steak as I ordered, a plate-filling serving of potatoes cooked soft & crispy, eggs were runny and great, & the biscuits were soft with a generous helping of very flavorful gravy. I asked if they had a house hot sauce & Michelle brought me a spicy and tasty, homemade, habanero hot sauce. It wasn't as fiery hot as habanero can be, but it WAS spicy and super yummy. The potatoes are cooked with peppers and onions then seasoned with their house seasoning. Very flavorful! I saw folks at another table who got massive pancakes and French toast with strawberries.
