Located on Foothill with plenty of parking. It's a fairly small shop with a few tables. The lady behind the counter was nice and answered my questions. I was specifically looking for French crullers, since not every shop has them. They did, so I picked up a few along with a cinnamon roll and apple fritter and she added a few donut holes. Total was $10.90 The French crullers maybe could have been a little softer or more airy. Don't know if they make them the traditional way with choux pastry or not. Cinnamon roll and apple fritter were nice.

After being MIA a craving for Christy's never disappoints. They've not only maintained their store clean but also the quality of their donuts. Christy is as welcoming as ever too. Just walked in and all they had were your basic donuts. They had nothing depicted in their outside advertisements or on the pictures of others reviews. I read another negative review where they responded that they only bake once in the morning and that on weekends and holidays they run out quick. It's Tuesday. Mostly all the donut shops are the same. They offer the same selections and very similar pricing. I needed something to eat after my doctors appointment near by and grabbed a bagel & muffin for roughly $3.65. With that said Christy's stood out because of the very welcoming and friendly service. I'd definitely say give this local spot some of your business! read more

I have been coming here for my donuts for years. Every single time I come in I am welcomed immediately with kind smiles and warm hellos. The donuts are amazing, not greasy or heavy, these donuts are light and airy, and they are so delicious every time I have one. Donuts are way too sweet. They put way too much sugar in them. This is probably one of the better ones around but for Upland this is considered pretty good. The sweetness of these Donuts remind me of the sweet donuts from Thailand. The Japanese in Japan pretty much have donuts perfected. read more

You ever get a craving so strong so bad you get in your car and Yelp the nearest donut place, drive 5 miles savoring and picturing the old fashion you wanna pick. or that jelly filled donut? Oh oh how about a classic glazed? Welp....So annoying. We went on a Sunday, It was closed. BUT we wouldn't know that. The doors were propped open and employees were there. Nobody said anything to me when I walked in with my kids either. I had to read the sign and assume closed then notice oh yea they don't have any donuts. What a waste of time. read more

I will not continue to go to this place. When I walked into this buisness one of the employees behind the counter was constantly touching his face and wiping his nose without washing his hands. They use tongs and don't wear gloves but knowing that he's handling food is grotesque. I walked out. read more

I drive from Alta Loma to Upland to buy these doughnuts (which is a little bit a ways) there are plenty of doughnut places around here but i dont mind the drive because its worth it!! I absolutely love this donut shop. The customer service is great and their product is good. I've never had a bad experience here. I work around the corner at a doctors office so I made this my Friday morning stop for a bagel and coffee. They remember my order every Friday and are the sweetest people. Rude business owner..don't know how they're in business. Made me feel unwelcome. Idk if it was a race thing. There was a bunch of other non Mexican customers that were treated a lot better. Jus wanted a quick donut while on my morning walk. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

First time yelper. I didn't get a chance to write this until now. I stopped out to check out this donut shop having fresh strawberries in their donuts. I am not a person to try something different except for the recommendations from my friends to give it a try. At first view of the shopping mall, it looks quite old. I had worried with an old building that the donuts might not be as delicious. As I stopped in, I saw an array of drinks. They had the monster drink that met my tired mood. I was greeted by a young gentleman that was informative and yet entertaining. I have always felt that customer service is not as professional today as it was years ago. However, this young man was helpful and very entertaining with today's events. I was able to get a hold of the delicious strawberry glazed donuts. Strawberries aren't always tasty and sweet. I was having a bad day and I happen to be craving a donut. I happen to stop in for a quick visit to get a crueler. A very nice lady made my day. She welcomed me into her establishment. Like some establishments they fail to attend to the needs of the customer. Visiting Christy's Donuts turned my awful day around and made me more upbeat. We've lived in Upland for years now and never discovered this wonderful donut place. I googled Donut stores near me just to find something new for my kids and this place popped up it's right down the street from my house and I've been in the shopping center tons of times but I've never seen this donut store. We each grabbed an extra treat as well, an apple fritter for me and a ham and cheese sandwich on a jalapeño croissant for my wife. We also got two coffees. Everything was delicious! I do wish my cake donut had been a little denser, fluffier, and crispier around the edges. I'm a sucker for a really fluffy, dense, crispy cake donut. That said, the bars were fantastic! Chewy and topped with the perfect amount of frosting and glaze. The apple fritter was exactly what we were hoping for. We recently had one from another shop that just didn't hit the same, but this one absolutely did. One thing we really appreciated was that the donuts weren't overwhelmingly sweet. They had just the right amount of sweetness without leaving you feeling like you'd eaten an entire day's worth of sugar. It was genuinely enjoyable without that "I'm going to feel guilty after this" feeling you can sometimes get from traditional donut shops. The ham and cheese sandwich was savory, soft, chewy, and gooey, with the perfect amount of spice from the jalapeño. And the coffee? I swear, this was some of the best donut-shop coffee I've had in a LONG time! Donut Delite quickly became our new favorite local spot, and we're already planning to come back, even if it's just for a cup of coffee. Definitely worth a visit!

So we went in to get breakfast croissants and try their coffee. We placed our orders, took a seat and noticed that about six customers that came and got their orders and left. An hour later we were still sitting there waiting on our order. When the server came out to check on us, he brought us our coffees, and one bagel with cream cheese, which was not what we ordered. So I stood in line because at this point, we were frustrated and already paid for our food, and noticed that a couple in front of us had ordered pretty much the same order and got their food handed to them right away. Once I got to the counter, the server who was helping us, pulled me aside and continued to apologize, as he already did. He offered us a cookie and said that it would be a little longer of a wait, but our food would be out soon. Eventually our food did come out and we were not even given bags to place our food in - we were just given the boxes. I did ask for a few pastries for the inconvenience and they did give us a lemon bar and a couple of macaroons which I do appreciate. The breakfast croissants were not worth a one hour and 30 minute wait, and I'm not sure why several servers behind the counter, forgot that we were sitting there and failed to check on us. Regardless, we will not be coming back and it is really unfortunate since apparently this restaurant has some really great options to choose from.
