Glad to have stopped by to enjoy this excellent sheep milk ice cream before leaving Paso!…read more Been wanting to check out Negranti ever since tasted their lavender flavor at the Lavender farm when in the area some 2 years ago. Wife and kid didn't care for it, but I enjoyed that novelty flavor and the quality of the ice cream. So many more flavors were. Such a cute area, overall relaxing atmosphere in the Tin City lol. The first thing that hit as we entered the store was the smell of waffle cones! Wife immediately said we need to get waffle cones. Friendly young folks helped with samples and order. Got a cone to share with salted brown sugar & wife always chooses coffee. Both were delicious, creamy, superb quality, and very easy to digest, lol! Even my kid who usually doesn't eat regular ice cream went for the waffle cone with a cookie flavor and he ate it all by himself and loved it! He did not eat any other ice cream during spring break, and he still wants to have this sheep milk ice cream again. Something about sheep milk is just gentler on the body. Should have bought the kid Negranti again on the way down from Paso, when passing thru SLO. Oh well, if don't come back to Paso, maybe will have to get him if we ever go to Phoenix, AZ since I found a location there of all places! If can set up all the way in Arizona, please bring this down to the LA/OC area! Better yet, sell it in the markets, so I can pick it up in Walmart to keep my kid happy!!!

Christine was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent, making everything easy and stress-free. She perfectly matched the cake to the tasting we had, and it was exactly what we envisioned for my best friend's 35th birthday celebration. Not only was the cake stunning, but it tasted absolutely fabulous. Every guest raved about how delicious it was, and it truly became one of the highlights of the party. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely be using Christine again for future celebrations when we visit Paso Robles. Highly recommend!" read more

I gave my husband a 60th birthday party at the Eberle Winery catered by Cass Catering. Although desserts were being provided by the caterer, I needed a specialty cake that was to be more of a joke than a dessert. I was a little afraid to ask as my request was for the cake to be in a shape that was not in especially good taste. Well, Christine had a great sense of humor and was not at all offended by my request. She did an excellent job of recreating what I asked for and delivered it to the Eberle Winery in time for the party. Oh and the extra bonus - it was absolutely delicious! In fact it was the preferred dessert of the night because of the taste - not the shape! Thanks Christine!! read more
