I needed to get a bunch of shirts and pants pressed and figured I would go to the closest place to me, and, living in Volo, this was it. I am glad I decided to go here. Above all, the employee that helped me was what made it great! Helpful and friendly made for the perfect combination. She noticed i was not in the system and asked if I had recently moved to the area. when I said I had, she welcomed me to the area and commented on what a nice area it is. She was also very accurate in making sure she knew what I needed with each article of clothing. When my wife picked up the clothes, she also said how nice they were. Now, I realize many people will say, who cares, how were the clothes? I can happily report that they all came out great. I asked for lightly starched, and they were. Creases were all correct. Fold were correct. My shirts actually looked newer than when I dropped them off! As far as prices, I had 3 pants pressed and 10 shirts pressed for a total of $31.00, which as far as I can remember seems about average. This is definitely my new permanent cleaners and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

I thinking ok, relax and remove the hesitation from your voice. As I proceeded to explain where the patch would go she days, no, too many turns. She picks the jacket up again looking at it with a sour face. I said of you don't want to do it, just tell me. She hands it back and says nooo with this, passive aggressive response/behavior. I politely said, thank you and left. Finding people to actually wanna do the job they've specialized in is almost impossible. Needless to say, I found a very nice woman who'll have the jacket complete no later than next Wednesday. It's costly. But very worth it. As a new customer, I made the mistake of asking them to make a simple alteration--taking in the sleeves on two dress shirts by two inches. What followed was an absolute disaster: 1. The gentleman at the front took proper measurements and pinned the shirts, assuring me they'd be ready in a couple of days. I returned two weeks later. 2. When I arrived, he admitted the shirts weren't ready because he had let the pins fall out during cleaning. He had to remeasure me, but this time he seemed confused, marking the fabric with a pencil instead of pinning it properly. I was able to pick up my dry cleaning, but he forgot my pants, requiring me to call and return again. Another two weeks passed. 3. I stopped by on a Saturday--another two weeks later--only to be told the shirts still weren't ready because "the lady has them." He asked for yet another two weeks. 4. When I finally picked up the shirts, I tried them on in front of him. They had been shortened so much they were now T-shirts. Furious, I asked for a refund, requesting only $50 as a compromise. He said he couldn't issue the refund and that I'd have to wait for his wife to call me. She didn't I had to call her of course. She then promised to have a check ready for me the next time I came in--another two weeks gone. 5. When I showed up today to pick up the check (because apparently they "can't give cash"), the guy at the front, unsurprisingly, did not have it ready. He had to call his wife while I waited. At this point, he was clearly slow-playing the situation. As my patience wore thin, he asked me to write down my address so they could mail it. Then, he had the audacity to comment on my "attitude." That was it--I told him to keep his $50 and that I would be leaving a review reflecting my experience. It took them nearly two months to turn dress shirts into T-shirts, never once apologizing or taking responsibility. And after all that, they were too cheap and full of excuses to issue a measly $50 refund. This place is a complete joke--go anywhere else.
