Half of the washers and dryers don't work! After this middle machine malfunctioned, I attempted to move items to washer next to it. That machine accepted my quarter but didn't start. Once the "supposed" attendant showed up, another patron and I informed her of what happened and she blamed me and said I put to much soap in the machine. In which I told her I put less than a cap full. She then replied "Oh, yea...this machine does that sometimes". She then said the owners have to review the security cameras to confirm what happened. She took down my name and number and told me the owner will "probably" contact me. It's Tuesday the following week and I haven't heard from anyone. They don't care about the service rendered or the $11.00 their machines keep of my money. Save your time, money and self dignity and go to 24 Hour Laundry Depot.

My family has used this place before for dry cleaning, but I went to get something altered by them…read morethis time. What a mistake! My skirt was not hemmed to the agreed upon length and was crooked. They just folded about 2.5 inches of fabric under the skirt, old hem and all, and rehemmed it that way. The skirt hem was bumpy and distorted due to the skirt bottom being wider than the part it was hemmed to. With the old hem in place it not impaired walking as the old hem pulled across my knees as there never should have been a hem there. They refused to issue a refund and insisted it was fine. They told me to give it to them and they'd remove their hem. I refused as it was clear they couldn't adequately hem it correctly in the first place. I was afraid the skirt would be damaged by their removal of the skirt. The woman there then implied that because I refused to let them take out their hem that I was trying to get something for free.
